The kids splash park should be included in hotel in stela village as the park and entertainment is shared that should be in my opinion. I saw many guest get kicked out. • דמס (9/5): למעט עניין הרעש בערבים השהייה שלנו הייתה מעבר לציפיות ונהנו מאוד. נציין לשבח את המנהל שמגלה אכפתיות - אהבנו את היחס של העובדים במקום, ניכר שהם מכירים את הישראלים, אהבנו מאוד את המתקנים והמתחם באופן כללי, וגם את השפע והמגוון של האוכל. גם כאשר הייתה לנו בעיה עם רעש בשעות המאוחרות של הערב, מנהל המקום התייחס ברצינות רבה, ניסה לעזור ככל הניתן ודאג להתעניין ולשאול בכל יום. יש לציין את המנהל לטובה. הזמנו את הגרנד וילה למשך השהות שלנו. הווילה מקסימה, מאובזרת ונוחה מאוד עם חצר ובריכה ענקית. במשך היום זכינו לפרטיות רבה ושקט ונהנו ממנה מאוד. אך מהשעה תשע בערב (עד חצות בממוצע) התחילה מוסיקה רועשת מאזור בילוי של המלון הסמוך ושגובל עם הווילה. באף מקום הדבר לא צויין ואנחנו שהגענו עם תינוקת בת שישה חודשים הופתענו מאוד מכך. יש לציין זאת במפורש בתיאור המקום כדי לאפשר לאנשים להחליט אם הווילה מתאימה להם.

• Eoin McCormack (10/5): Paradise for Families - Everything was perfect. The staff are amazing. Our family room was beautifu for 2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 4. The nighttime entertainment, The pools, the food, kids club, spa and work out sessions to paddle courts. Its one place that we said we have to come back too. Thank you for a perfect 9 night stay. Nothing please keep up the high standards.

Anche il resto del personale si è dimostrato gentile; abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia e, seppur con un po’ di ritardo, ci è stato fornito supporto e assistenza. Rapporto qualità-prezzo deludente. La struttura avrebbe del potenziale, ma risulta datata e poco curata. Buffet dozzinale e ristoranti appena sufficienti.

Cleanliness is very good, lots of fun activities, amusement and entertainment. Food stands out the best of all of it. We had different options in restaurants to choose. I recommend to use All inclusive as adults and kids get varieties of food and drinks. Though we couldn’t get much into pool due to cold weather and cold water however we had rest of the entertainments. I give all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ No negatives

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful in every area of the hotel – from reception to the dining room and housekeeping. The food was absolutely excellent, with a wide and diverse selection at every meal to suit all tastes. Including picky kids and vegetarians. The service throughout our stay was outstanding – quick, attentive, and always with a smile. We especially appreciated how smooth and easy everything was thanks to the hotel’s app, which provided all the information we needed and allowed us to book services directly from our phone. One of the highlights for us was the wide range of activities available for children, scheduled throughout the day. Our kids were entertained from morning to night, and the kids entertainment staff was extremely kind and adapted to our youngest not speaking English very well. The hotel features several pools of different sizes and styles, so it’s easy to find the perfect one whether you’re traveling with toddlers, teens, or just want to relax quietly. and the water park was top level. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The hotel grounds and interiors are modern, fresh, and very well-kept. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way – we’ll definitely be back! .The only downside is if your looking to travel in the hotel surrounding we went to Hersonissos but its a small village if your looking for a lot of shopping and full day trips you will need to travel far from the hotel. then again, you wont want to leave the hotel :)

Огромный водный парк, ребенок был в восторге!!! Все время все убирают, всюду все чистое. 5-6 спец ресторанов, очень вкусная еда, и разнообразная!!! Нам очень понравилось!!!

La femme de ménage a pris par mégarde le doudou de mon fils pour l’envoyer à la laverie… mais le personnel incroyable de la réception a tout fait pour le retrouver et nous l’apporter à temps avant notre départ!

• Isabel (3/5): Nur Wert für den Wasserpark, alles andere nicht dem Sterneniveau entsprechend - Der Wasserpark ist sehr umfangreich und toll. Allerdings sind die Treppen zu den Rutschen teilweise sehr in die Jahre gekommen und könnten mal erneuert werden. Grosse Poolbereiche. Gutes Essen im Steakhaus. Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Starker Gestank nach Kanalisation im Bad. In der Dusche läuft das Wasser nur sehr langsam ab und es steht schnell hohes Wasser. Handtücher abgenutzt, Bademäntel vergilbt und in schlechtem Zustand. Das Essen im Buffetrestaurant und im Restaurant Elia hat keine gute Qualität. Sogar das Personal hat sich darüber unterhalten, dass der Lachs ungeniessbar ist. Speisen oft leer und es dauert lang bis nachgelegt wird. Zu wenig Platz im Buffetrestaurant, es bildeten sich teilweise lange Warteschlangen. Zum Glück konnten wir in einem a la Carte Restaurant Abendessen und Frühstücken. Doch auch hier regnete es am Morgen rein und überall lagen Handtücher um das Wasser aufzusaugen. Die ganze Nacht laufen die Gäste sehr laut durch die Anlage und zusätzlich viel Fluglärm.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicherlich wieder. Ein suler Familienhotel. Toiletten im Zimmer haben gerochen. Buffetsaal Posaidon war sehr laut.

• Matveev (4/5): - everything was great until we ask something we asked too make us a basket because we where leaving early they sign us .and forget then they call us at the evening too take us to the resciption at the morning and forget also the phone was not working so we and the kids need to take all the luggage to the reception 15 minutes at 6:30 at the morning alone we where late too the cab the gay at the resption smiled and said sorry and forget about the basket not good ending.

The bars are excellent and the barmen are professionals. The staff is friendly and professional. The shows in the evenings were spectacular. The dancers group and the illusionist were top notch. The Mediterranean Sea Cuisine restaurant is exquisite. The room was very nice. The main restaurant was good as well. Maintenance needs to be better. We had a leak in our room from the ceiling, coming from the room above, twice. The staff tried their best to fix, but it was an annoyance. Not enough shade in the aqua park. The showers for the leaving guests were in a very bad condition. Soap holders were torn off the wall, the place was dirty and smelled pretty bad.

• Rony (8/5): Good hotel in general, with some disappointments - Was our 3rd year visiting a big all-inclusive resort in Crete (different hotel every-time). So we have some comparison. Booked 2 standard rooms for 2+3. We asked for the rooms to be close and indeed received adjacent rooms. Both rooms were the same, with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Rooms were spacious even for 3 with a nice balcony towards the pool. Bathroom and shower were also spacious and comfortably designed. However- the drain in the shower was a bit clogged, the water went overboard. We asked to be fixed and they did immediately. Also, the current is changing in pressure and temp every min’ in all hours of the day, with no control from our side. All of the sudden- weak and very hot for a few seconds&back to normal. Also, almost every night there was loud music from the bar by the pool, either a regular dj or a live band. We were not that close to the bar, and yet heard the music very loudly in the room with closed doors until 23-midnight. I am a light sleeper and needed earplugs for an hour or 2, since we went to sleep around 22. Also, only upon arrival we found out that the a-la-carte restaurants are not included in the all-inclusive package if you stay less than 5 nights (we stayed 4). It is probably mentioned somewhere but I did not see that info when booking with hotels.com. It was rather disappointing since the price per night is high, and we did not plan on paying extra for dinner for 5. On the other hand, did not want to eat at the same buffet 4 nights
• Bar (8/5): חופשה משפחתית מעולה! - מלון מדהים, הצוות מקסים ונחמד. המון אטרקציות לכל המשפחה. פארק מים ענקי לכל הגילאים. הארוחות ערב במסעדות מעולות ברמה גבוהה. היה נדרש ניקיון טוב יותר בבריכה הצמודה לחדר. האוכל בבופה בערב היה פחות טעוב אבל במסעדות היה מעולה!

• Liat (10/5): מלון מעולה וחויה טובה מאוד למשפחה - מלון מדהים, מעוצב ומוקפד. צוות מקצועי ונעים שנותן תחושה נעימה לאורחים בכל מצב. האוכל היה מצוין. בריכות רבות, והרבה פעילויות לילדים. פארק המים אטרקציה מעולה. ממליצים בחום ובהחלט נחזור שוב החדר שקיבלנו היה במצב רע ולא מתוחזק. פנה לפארק המים ורועש. כיסא שבור בחדר, טלפון מנותק ללא אפשרות ליצור קשר עם הקבלה. למרות שביקשנו שיבואו לסדר לקחת את הכיסא איש לא הגיע. מועדון הילדים פועל ברב שעות היום ללא אפשרות כניסת הורים (ורק מגיל 4 ניתן להשאיר לבד) מבאס מאוד ביחס למלונות אחרים שתמיד אפשר להגיע ולהיות בסביבת הילד.

The resort's employees are all cheerful, smiling and always willing to help. From the friendly and happy bellboys and every other employee. The resort's pools are just wow, just perfect. I ate at each of the resort's restaurants - All of them are very, very high-level. The food is fresh and very tasty. All the restaurants are suitable for everyone. Thank you everyone. • Karin Biton (8/5): - המלון יוקרתי ומהמם ביופיו, גדול , יש בו בריכות רבות ופארק המים מדהים! , הברים של הנשנושים snacks באזור פארק המים טעימים . היינו ב2 הופעות בערב ונהנינו. המרחקים! כל דבר צריך ללכת המון. יש עניין עם מגבות - בכניסה לפארק במים ורק פעם ביום וממש מקפידים. לא היו מצילים כלל באופן מפתיע. קידס קלאב סגור ימי ראשון "זמן משפחה" וצריך להרשם מראש. לנו במלון 2 לילות כך שלא הצלחנו להיכנס וגם לא להרשם. מי שישן פחות מ5 לילות לא מקבל אופציה להיכנס למסעדות המלון ממש תמוה ומבאס... והאוכל בחדר האוכל לא הכי היה לטעמנו.

• Babuha (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Stella Palace Aqua Park Resort! The staff were always smiling, kind, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The facilities are excellent, and the food is of very high quality, special mention to the Elia and Almyra restaurants, which were outstanding. The water park is fantastic, with plenty of attractions for both kids and adults. Personally, I love coming in August, since the kids can fully enjoy their summer vacation. Highly recommended for families looking for a mix of relaxation, fun, and great hospitality!

We loved being there with our children and see other families at every age, enjoying. The energy is of absolute happiness and friendliness. The food was excellent! Fresh and an incredible verity. The staff makes sure you have everything you need. Very high quality. Nothing. We loved everything!
