- Roxana (2/5): I do not recommend - I appreciate that we had water to drink, especially taking into consideration that we arrived late and there were no open stores. First of all, the owner did not answer my messages at all ( only exception was when we arrived as he had to give us the info on how to get the keys) It was cold and despite the fact that it was mentioned in the booking details that we had the AC as a facility, it didn’t work ( we message the owner 2 times and asked about it - never received an answer, he completely ignored my messages). There was dust everywhere also.

Because there is no reception, the initial entry into the property is somewhat cumbersome. Owner/manager was rude, sarcastic, and disrespectful. Definitely did not expect or appreciate that.

- Luisa (8/5): Week end in famiglia alla scoperta di Roma - Struttura accogliente e pulita, in una posizione abbastanza comoda, vicina alla città del Vaticano, a fermata metro e autobus. Pratica per muoversi sia a piedi e con i mezzi pubblici che con l'auto. Ampia disponibilità di parcheggio in zona. Appartamento tranquillo con quattro camere, pulizie giornaliere. Check in autonomo con guida sempre presente del titolare. L'unico difetto forse è che non è molto visibile la struttura. Siamo arrivati di sera, con la pioggia e non siamo riusciti a trovare al primo colpo la struttura, ma per il resto nulla da dire.

Complimenti - Una struttura molto bella praticamente attaccata alla Cittadella giudiziaria di Roma titolare disponibilissimo sin dal primo momento camera ampia pulita e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo non sono abituato a dare il massimo dei voti Ma questo giudizio È comunque uno dei migliori che io abbia mai dato se vi occorre un garage ce n'è uno a poche decine di metri che il titolare vi indicherà in stanza fornito minibar gratuito

Cependant cet ligne pouvait mettre parfois du temps à arriver. Transport, lorsque nous voulions rentrer le bus n'était pas très fréquent
- Edita (9/5): Siamo stati molto bene! - Posizione molto buona per lo stadio, siamo tornati a piedi in mezz'ora evitando l'imbottigliamento di auto e bus post concerto. Si può raggiungere a piedi anche S.Pietro con una passeggiata di un quarto d'ora. Nelle vicinanze c'è anche il capolinea di molti autobus. Quartiere bello e sicuro. Camera abbastanza spaziosa, bagno un po' piccolo ma funzionale, molto graditi l'acqua e i wafer offerti .

Parcheggio a pagamento su circonvallazione Clodia 4 € x 8 ore. Staff molto cordiale e camera completa con frigobar/ bollitore e macchina del caffè con cialde. Balcone ampio, ma vi erano resti di un intervento di manutenzione forse non concluso. Pulizia camera migliorabile.
