- Gerhard (10/5): - We hadden een probleem met de kaartschakelaar voor de electriciteit en dit werd binnen de kortste tijd opgelost! Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel en ook een zeer goed en heerlijk ontbijt!
- Stephan (8/5): - Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir ein Zimmer , in dessen Badezimmer der Abluft Ventilator so laut pfiff, dass trotz geschlossener Tür an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Einen Zimmertausch verneinte die Rezeption mit der Begründung das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Nach der dritten Reklamation war dann doch ein Upgrade möglich. Wir finden den Kundenservice fraglich, da keinerlei Kulanz gezeigt wird, obwohl wir angeboten hatten , das Zimmer zu behalten und für die folgenden Tage die Mehrkosten zu bezahlen. Das sollte man von einem vier Sterne Hotel doch erwarten können. Sehr schade.

- Peter (8/5): - Hübsches Hotel an schöner Lage. Mitarbeiter freundlich und bemüht. Das Grühstück war schmackhaft und zweckmäsfig. Leider entsprach die Sauberkeit des Zimmers nicht den Erwartungen. Staub und Kalk im Badezimmer und ein schmutziger Boden solllten nicht vorkommen und entsprachen nicht 4 Sterne Standart. Schade, der Rest war gut.
- henricea2015 (8/5): Nice quiet hotel - This hotel is set in a great location: a quiet road along the dunes. If you cross the street it’s a steep 5 min walk to the beach. I had a deluxe room that was spacious and had a French balcony. There’s good sound proofing. Wifi was a bit intermittent. Shower has toiletries and there’s a nice coffee machine as well as a kettle to make tea. You can rent bikes from the hotel both normal and e-bikes. The breakfast was excellent with great selection of breads and spreads. I didn’t try the restaurant. The door to my room didn’t close properly so it often bleeped and I had to slam it to close it properly which wasn’t great for guests staying next to me.

- 200gerdav (6/5): Beach Hotel Zoutelande - Good location, close to the sea, enough parking, bike hire, friendly personnel, room was nicely set up and well equipped with fridge, safe and bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, handsoap, handcreme. Breakfast was very variable and nice. The diner in the restaurant was also okay, but the portions were way too big, even for me and I am a big eater. But the restaurant was cozy with a fire place. The cleaning of the room I stayed in could improve; I found the plastic of the tapas of the previous tenants in the corner, it was dusty and dead insects were laying in several places. Toilet and sink were clean, but the shower was not. The switch for the rain shower was so full of calcium that it couldn’t be used. There was also an irritating noise coming from somewhere I could not trace, maybe it came from the heating or hot water pipes, or from machines in the kitchen (my room was directly above), no idea. Some of the personnel had a cold and they sniffed and coughed near the food. People can have a cold, but when you are in the vicinity of food, please wear a mask. I should have mentioned the negative things to the reception, but I didn’t, my bad. Overall, it is a nice hotel to stay for a few nights. But I definitely will mention the flaws directly to the reception, if I return.

- Karin (6/5): Leider nie wieder - Wir wurden auf dem letzten Stock in ein kleines Zimmerchen gebucht, vermutlich wegen dem Hund. Außerdem mussten wir sofort beim Einchecken bezahlen und mussten bei Barzahlung 4,- € pro 200,- € Schein bezahlen.... Die abendliche Bedienung schien auch nicht so motiviert das ein oder andere Getränk zu servieren... Wir sind vor vielen Jahren gerne ins beach Hotel gefahren. Ab jetzt leider nie wieder. Zum Abschluss wurde gesagt, es gäbe ja auch noch andere Hotels mit großen Zimmern mit Hundeaufenthalt. Nicht nett.
- K2683GRlc (8/5): Good 2 night break; easy parking and dog friendly! - Good 'beach' hotel, lovely friendly staff; very easy parking with EV charging points, and an excellent restaurant serving lovely breakfast and very good quality dinner at night! The beach is opposite the hotel but with quite a steep walk over the dunes, once there you will find a sandy beach and a beach cafe. The small town is about 10 to 15 minute walk with plenty of bars and shops to while away a hour or so! Nice location to explore this part of the coast and nearby towns.

- carlysB8526QU (10/5): Amazing staff - We booked a suit but I recommend a regular room the price difference is silly, rented 2 electric bikes for 40 euros the food menu didn't look so good.. breakfast was great ... they also have this thing called a lazy day check out which allowes you to stay all day for only 25 euros.. awesome

- Kelilans (8/5): Convenient - This hotel is a bit plain and lack of personnality but it is clean and ideally located with plently of parking places, the staff is friendly and really efficient and the food is good. A pleasant place.
- Citizen_Stu (8/5): Very pleasant stay - Lovely hotel, very well located just behind the dunes, in a quiet area, overlooking the dunes and forest. It is within walking distance from the town. Staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed in a deluxe room, very clean, new bathroom. Very convenient to have a mini fridge in the room. Dog friendly hotel. Big parking and also free of charge. Wifi was good. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise as well with fresh fruit and pastries, good bread. Will certainly come back.

- annaritad979 (8/5): Beach Hotel Bike Visit - Nice hotel well positioned and nice people who welcome you with a warm smile. A garage with to store the bikes would be good. A locker to close the garage door after 22.00 pm would advisable to avoid any thefts. Nice room and relatively clean. Breakfast is nice, although in the past it had more fresh products. We'd surely advice people to stay overnight.

- Chapter15 (10/5): Fantastic weekend break by the sea in this lovely region of Holland - We visited Zeemand as part of a Morgan Sports Car Club tour. The hotel did not disappoint and all our dealings from initial booking to checking in were faultless. We English take it for granted the the Dutch will speak perfect English and of course everyone did. The hotel laid on two evening meals which were served in a large room solely for us.The food choice was maybe a bit limited but it was all delicious and served with aplomb. The bedroom we had was perhaps a little small being on the second floor, and the balcony was petite but our fellow guests who were lucky enough to get first floor bedrooms had bigger balconies. The bathroom looked good but had a few minor design flaws (this is being really nitpicky, but when you have limited space these things count). The shower was basically open with no door, but the shower head faced the aperture instead of being across it, so you had to be careful about water getting all over the floor as it bounced off your body. There was a heated radiator but nowhere else to hang towels and hardly any horizontal surfaces where you could put things. But, as I say, that is being very picky. Also there were no drawers for storage. But the car park was big enough so that you didnt have to hunt for spaces and we were lucky enough to be able to see our car from our balcony. Breakfast was very good and I especially liked the fruit flavoured water literally availbale on tap,as well as tea and coffeemaking facilities on each floor. The hotel is conveniently located to access the wonderful beach and beach bar, and it is just a few minutes walk to the centre of town.All in all, a great place to stay

- Erik (8/5): Goed gelegen hotel met alles wat je nodig hebt. - Als je gaat voor rust en uitgebreide stranden is dit de ideale locatie. Veel rustiger dan de Belgische kust en vooral geen hoogbouw. Verschillende restaurants in de buurt om lokaal te blijven.

- Nicole_SIN1986 (8/5): Peaceful, perfect for us! - We’re a young family from Singapore, and a friend suggested we spend a few nights here. It’s a fairly new, brightly lit and tidy hotel within walking distance to the beach (no views because of the dunes but it’s all good). Rooms are simple, I agree with other reviewers that this is a higher end, very good 3* hotel :) Safe to say we will return when we are back in the area, as the Beach Hotel met our needs! Decent breakfast spread of poffertjes, scrambled eggs, cold cuts, machine coffee. Lots of happy guests with their dogs! Staff are kind and helpful! It really is such a peaceful place. We do miss our three nights here! Thank you for having us. Do ask for a room on the first floor (one level above ground floor) with a balcony!
- Resort23838 (8/5): Very nice minimalistic hotel - stayed for two nights, The staff are friendly, the room is clean and basic, It has all you need but nothing more. The bed was very comfortable; Plenty of free parking spaces. The breakfast buffet was very good, the coffee despite being from a machine was good. there is also coffee and tea free of charge on every floor. Not 5 stars, as it would benefit from another mirror with more light particularly when two people are trying to get ready. Will definitely be staying here again!
- Alcestersimes (8/5): Hotel Good, Restaurant Menu dull and unchanging - The staff are very good, as are the rooms. No issues apart from the slamming doors, all day and into the evening and once again from 6am. If you are asleep, it is like a bomb going off outside your room door. Room 3, there is an 'unnamed' door opposite, from the noise emanating from behind this door I suspect it is a Kitchen door. This door opens and SLAMS shut VERY loudly most of the day and well into the Evening. Forget having a lay in undisturbed, the loud conversations of the. I presume "Kitchen Brigade" entering the door opposite Room 3, means that no alarm call is needed after 6am. The Restaurant Menu is rather dull, and doesn't change, Plenty of Restaurants nearby who, without exception are very good. It pretty well confirms my remarks above about The Brasserie de Walvis, let the hotels do their job, and find somewhere called a 'Restaurant' to have your meal.

- michelev598 (6/5): Good but ... - Went there for one night with a friend. Room was clean and nice, but quite small for the price of 140€ and for a so-called De Luxe room. Breakfast buffet was good, with no fresh butter or bread (only industrial). Why not 4 stars in my review? Because I forgot a box of chocolates in the fridge and when I came back in the afternoon asking for it, it had disappeared although the room was free. The cleaning team didn't bring it back to the reception. Was quite disappointing. Good point though: they allow dogs.

- Jan (8/5): - Das Hotel liegt sehr schön direkt hinter den Dünen in Zoutelande. Ausstattung und Frühstück waren gut. Einzig die Sauberkeit des Hotelzimmers waren nicht gut. Badezimmer war dreckig und der Boden(trotz Januar) sehr sandig. Wenn die Zimmer sauberer wären, würden wir wieder kommen.

- Elmar (8/5): - Für einen Kurztrip bin ich mit meiner Familie nach Zoutelande gefahren. Das Hotel liegt direkt hinter den Dünen an einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Der Ortskern ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Parkplätze sind ausreichend und kostenlos vorhanden. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer (bis auf das Bad) neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und mit TV, WLAN, Kühlschrank und gemütlichem Bett gut ausgestattet. Nur das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht zu 100% sauber gewesen. Ein besonderes Lob hat das Frühstück verdient. Sehr reichhaltig und lecker kann man im modernen Speiseraum gemütlich und entspannt frühstücken. Tolle Atmosphäre mit insgesamt guten Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Letztendlich hatten wir einen tollen Kurztrip ans Meer mit einem schönen und gemütlichen Hotel! Sehr zu empfehlen!
- JK (6/5): - Schön gelegen, direkt hinter den Dünen. Die Zimmer sind schön und modern eingerichtet. Wir empfanden es allerdings als etwas hellhörig. Beim Frühstück war nicht genug Platz für alle Gäste, das Personal kam nicht ganz mit dem Abräumen hinterher.
- Yvonne (10/5): Unser Kurzurlaub - Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mi super Service. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft, immer zu empfehlen. Wetter war allerdings auch super, daher konnten wir die weitläufigen Strände sehr gut erkunden.

(Weg ist sehr steil). Tierhaarallergiker sollten bedenken, dass sowohl das Hotel als auch Strand und die meisten Restaurants von vielen Hundebesitzern mit ihren Hunden frequentiert werden.

Alternativ auf Vorbestellung Fleisch. Fleischqualität hervorragend und gut zubereitet. 1. Mal Fisch gewählt. Leider absolut geschmacksneutral genau wie Beilagen. Salat war auch nicht angemacht. Schade. 2. Tag komplett mit Fleisch super. Würde aber nicht wieder HP nehmen. Auswahl Speisekarte könnte vielfältiger sein. Frühstück reichhaltig und gut. Direkter Zugang zum Strand über Dünen sehr steil. Hundefreundliches Hotel. Empfand es aber nicht als störend. Für Kurzurlaub gut geeignet.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Das Geld nicht wert - Ganz sicher keine 4 Sterne und mit 120€ zu teuer! - Zu wenige Parkplätze - sehr kleine Zimmer - Mini Balkon - lauter Kühlschrank - hellhörig (man hört alles vom Nebenzimmer und aus dem Flur) - der Service im Restaurant ist unaufmerksam und die Zubereitung des Essens dauert ewig - Besteck und Servietten mussten wir uns selbst holen - Zum Frühstück: Kaffee aus dem Automaten (mit Milchpulver) und aufgebackene Brötchen
- Didier (6/5): Gutes Hotel in Strandnähe - Optimale Lage hinter dem Deich mit direktem Aufgang zur Strandbar. Sehr ruhig, vor allem nachts. Zimmer sauber, einzig die Toilette könnte etwas sauberer sein. Wasserdruck der Dusche zu gering. Liegt wohl am Spar-Duschkopf oder am schon fast defekten Schlauch am Duschkopf - weil der Druck am Wasserhahn besser war.

- Jo en Jose (8/5): Prima hotel in een leuke omgeving. - Hotel en hotelkamer was in prima staat en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zal in de toekomst hier zeker nog eens terugkeren.
- Christian (6/5): 4 Sterne Hotel mit Verbesserungen Potenzial - Das Hotel hat zwar 4 Sterne aber die Ausstattung dürfte maximal 3 Sterne bekommen. Die Betten eine reine Katastrophe... Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück gut, aber das Abendessen ziemlich teuer für die Portionen. Für nicht Fisch Esser nicht empfehlenswert da nur zwei Gerichte ohne Fisch sind . Aber definitiv sehr Hunde freundlich ...!

- Scott (8/5): Easy access to Zoutelande beach - Hotel staff very friendly & informative, rooms were a very good size and clean & comfortable, though could do with tea & coffee facilities which is pretty much standard for most hotels. Perfect location for access to Zoutelande beach, and as we had our dog with us it was ideal and just what we needed.
- Andrew (10/5): Beach Hotel - The Beach Hotel is a pleasant place in a great location. The dunes and beach are right across the street. The room was small and simple, but comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice. I would recommend this hotel.
