• Nigel (7/5): I believe it was a great hotel for a couple of nights & location straight shot to downtown - Property was clean quiet inside room, clean really like that. Shower was wonderful hot and strong water pressure. Easy check-in. The beds wasn’t really comfortable too soft kind of gave a feel of a poorly made air mattress to me but once you settle in, it’s OK to sleep in after and I did not like the property owner at front desk. Women contacted me a hour before my check out to check out I felt that was a little weird and disrespectful.

• Tim (10/5): Great place - The place was good for our quick visit, and the lady checking us out was nice. The gentleman who checked us in was straight faced. Although my check-in was quick and hassle free. I didn't really feel welcomed.

Very penny pinching room, no tissues, no shampoo, no hairdryer, but it was supplied on request. If only they would smile or say thank you

• Dustin (10/5): Great room! - Our stay was great, very easy check in and out and great room for what we needed. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and the room was perfect for our one night stay.
• Debra (8/5): - It was okay. Just happen to be staying during a motorcycle convention and it was noisy with motorcycles coming and going all during the night. We were happy that we received a call about the storms coming and was offered to check in early. That was super nice of the manager.

• James (10/5): - Had to see why the deadbolt wouldn't fully engage. Turned out the metal box in the door frame was not properly cut so it blocked the deadbolt from fully engaging. A little persuasion got it secured.
• Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - I like the nice wooden floors, it was clean, great location and was close to Walgreens and CVS Pharmacy, it's was a good location off Highway 90, that we could get there. My husband didn't like it due to the door opened out to the parking lot, he is use to the big hotels downtown New Orleans Louisiana but I don't like that crowd of that large amount of people downtown. We attend the Nomtoc parade, we all meet on Newton Street for the parade.

My fault that I didn't look closely at the location, but I assumed the hotel would be no more than three or four miles from the airport given my search parameters. Also, there was no shampoo in the bathroom.

• Michele (5/5): Very rude managers and unkind - The room and the bathroom was a very nice size The manager and his staff were very rude and unkind. When i arrived to check in I tried to used my credit card which the manager said was declined. I told him that I used the card earlier in the day to purchase gas and have you it since and everything has been fine.. It was late at night and was attending the New Orleans Jazz Festival the next day and did not want to go look for other accommodation. I was forced to use my debit card which I do not to use. The number on the pass key read 201 I asked the manager wife outside where the room was and she said she did not no and seemed like she was not interested in helping me I am thinking how can you not no you work here unbelievable. Then I went inside and asked the manager he said it was 102 but it read 201..Plus the hotel is 20-25 minutes to downtown by car you will need a car to get around otherwise it would take about a hour with public transportation. I would never stay at this place again when visiting New Orleans. I would suggest to others to find other accommodations when in New Orleans.your wife was very rude when I asked for help and the card read 201 do not lie. you are making excuses it was your falut and my credit card is working everywhere except your place
