- Carlo (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno, buona posizione vicino alla metro - La struttura si trova in un quartiere tranquillo di Roma, vicinissima alla stazione Baldo Degli Ubaldi. Il proprietario é molto disponibile ed educato. La camera era molto pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort, letto molto comodo e televisore grande. Colazione molto buona e fresca, portata direttamente in stanza all'orario concordato. Presente anche un piccolo frigorifero per le bevande. Nei dintorni sono presenti molti locali dove poter mangiare e diversi alimentari. La camera può essere sistemata in qualche dettaglio, ad esempio ritocchi sui muri e altro, ma niente di rilevante. Potrebbe sentirsi di notte qualche rumore di auto o moto in strada in quanto le finestre sono un po' datate e poco isolanti.

O responsável era gentil e solícito. Isolamento acústico não é muito bom: podemos ouvir barulho dos outros apartamentos e do trânsito intenso de manhã cedo.

- Prisk_55 (8/5): Bon établissement très bien situé - La taille de la chambre et la salle de bain était tout à fait approprié pour une personne. Le mieux était la situation géographique de l'immeuble à quelque part il y a une station de bus qui vous emmène directement dans le centre très pratique point et la station de métro n'est pas loin non plus.

Közel a metró és a buszmegálló, így könnyedén be tudtunk jutni a belvárosba. Egyébként egy csendes környék. Az úriember aki fogadott minket végig a kedvünkben járt, segítőkész és figyelmes volt. La habitación tiene un tamaño perfecto. La cama es súper cómoda. Tiene televisión conectada a internet y pudimos ver un partido con nuestras claves, fue ideal! . Andrei prepara unos desayunos muy completos y deliciosos, es muy puntual y te lo lleva a la habitación, hay un escritorio para desayunar muy acogedor. Además el baño está muy nuevo y equipado. Está muy cerca del metro, para poder ir a todos los monumentos importantes en roma. Para ir del aeropuerto al hotel hay un bus por 9 euros que te deja muy cerca del hotel. No tengo nada que decir. Fue perfecto!

- Denise (8/5): - Fica muito próximo a um ponto de ônibus, e rapidamente você chega ao Vaticano. A um estação de metrô um pouquinho mais distante, mas dá para ir a pé tranquilamente também. O Andrei foi muito atencioso, ele leva o café nos quartos todas as manhãs, e esteve sempre disposto para nos ajudar com qualquer necessidade. Ele é o responsável por cuidar do local, é muito caprichoso, deixa sempre tudo muito organizado e limpo. Não me recordo de nenhum ponto.

- Mihai (10/5): Amazing option - Everything was very good for the price. The location is in a peaceful zone. If you speak a bit of Italian language, you will get along with the citizens. The food in this zone is local food, cheap and very tasty(compared with the downtown). The location is also very connected to the public transportation. You can get to the Vatican in like 20 minutes. If you are arriving at Fiumicino Airport (FCO), you have the Shuttle bus, which is at 5 minutes from the location. Andrei was very kind and helpful for us. Nothing to report

Close to the metro station, in a quiet neighborhood. For the price I paid I got good value. The breakfast should definitely be more varied. I know that a typical Italian breakfast is exclusively sweet, but the accommodation should also offer a salty breakfast (eggs, sausages), especially for international guests. and not just croissants and juices. My room was not properly cleaned, the table was dusty, and I found a long human hair on the pillow.
