Solange (8/5): Quiet and reliable internet/power. A gem in Zim! - Warm and friendly staff that will customize your experience for you. From breakfast, to lunch and dinner. Very helpful. Internet is stable. The issues at the hotel are issues with Zimbabwe. However Nicola (the owner) has really tried to have back up plans for electricity - which affects water and internet. The hotel has a generator which is good news for everyone!! Awesome water pressure and good hot water. It's quiet and only has 10 rooms, so it's quite pleasant. It's close to a small and good mall right 5 mins drive away but it is is about 10-15 mins drive from the city center. I commuted every day to the city center and it was quite easy. I also stayed with my husband and 3 year old daughter and all worked well. Great for them to also include laundry!

This feels very much like it's your home for the duration of your visit. The rooms are very comfortable, and the specially made toiletries are a lovely touch. Nikki and her team are doing a wonderful job and nothing beats the welcome hou receive when you arrive here.

Barcode (10/5): Fantastic Hotel - Comfortable, homely, personal touch, pleasant rooms, nice garden. I will not be staying anywhere else when I go to Zimbabwe in future. It's a smaller lodge so I hope the rest of you don't over subscribe it. One of those gems you don't find very often.
