Guest Reviews
- Anonymous (1/5): Bad -
- thomashB1053GH (2/5): Stay away. This place is awful. - Under no circumstances stay at this hotel. Find a truck stop or a rest area and sleep in your car. When I checked in 2 days ago the clerks were outside blasting rap music. When I got to room 216 the smoke detector was beeping. I went to the clerks to get a battery battery they sent up a guest of the hotel who unplugged the smoke detector and left it on the night stand. That's when I noticed the horribly stained carpet and the 100 big black flies on the walls, on the bed and in the bathroom. The room was uninhabitable. I went back to the front desk to cancel and leave and the 2 clerks and a large group or others were smoking pot and still blasting rap music. I felt unsafe. The area looks low-income and high crime. I left without a refund. I will dispute the charges through my bank.
- M.C. (2/5): - The room I was provided looked nothing like the one in the photo. The carpet was dirty, there were roaches present, the room did not have a table similar to the one in the photo, the bathroom did not even have a roll of toilet paper. When I asked for extra towels, we were told none were available. Like the old saying goes, 'you get what you pay for'.
- Christina (2/5): Worst place I have ever stayed - This place is a known to be a drug user area. This hotel was the worst I had ever seen in my life. I left immediately and kept my dog in my car while I worked a 12 hour shift as a nurse. This place is unsanitary and dangerous. Only drug addicts live here and looked at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Just horrible!
- Kathleen (2/5): - Filthy, cockroaches, falling apart, no towels, no drinking glasses drug and prostitution going on all night. Couldn’t sleep, left there at three am. Nothing like the picture. Only reason I stayed was because I had been driving all day and was exhausted. Had no idea where I was at and where to go and was now afraid to leave the room. Thankfully there was a lull in activity and that’s when quickly left.
- Valerie (2/5): Drug den - Room wasn’t available when I arrived. Front desk manager was very polite and polite but asked if I could wait while the room was cleaned. Lots of people in the parking lot being very loud. When I got to my room with the dog I was transporting I brought her and my bags into the room. I always check for bed bus no matter the hotel and didn’t find anything and the bed had a zipper cover to protect it. I did find roaches, mold and burn spots in the room. I just wanted to get sleep and I decided to stay. The noise level outside sounded like the people were inside the room. After taking meds to sleep I pulled out the covers from them tucked under the bed and a needle popped out onto the floor. I contemplated leaving but had taken meds that made it unsafe to drive. I should have risked it because the noise was never ending and when I did get to sleep I was woken up by new noises from outside including someone vomiting. With the noise and nightmares about the roaches I didn’t sleep much and left at 5 am to sleep at a rest stop so my mind could actually rest
- Laquanda (2/5): NC - The hotel was very dirty and the phone didn’t work and the carpet was very dirty
- Nelda (2/5): - Crazy crack heads…. Bugs…. No thanks
- Jonathan (2/5): Not a good experience - The room we received smelled very bad, had stains on both mattresses, on the pillows and bedding as well. The bathroom had mold in the shower and had a smell as well. We ended up not staying in the hotel at all, and sleeping in the car. The beds were dirty, the floors had bugs/roaches, and the bathroom had mold and mildew. People we’re hanging out outside their rooms playing music, and there a number that lived there. The attendant was kind I have to say, but that was the only positive part.I stay in a lot of budget hotels/motels and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- John (6/5): - it was ok
- Hunter (2/5): - Gowifi didn't work at all it had bugs it had no remote no toilet paper and to top it off I almost got robbed pulling in there avoid this place at all costs
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not a happy camper! - Well do you really want to know and will this email be seen by anyone?
So I arrive at the hotel around 5:15pm and the manager does not greet me because she has a problem; I have a reservation but doesn’t have a clean room ready - blames it on help being slow.
However she assigns me room 108 which looked at first but things went downhill pretty quickly.
There is only one light in the room, no lamps - had to read with by bathroom vanity.
Go to take a shower, no towels.
Also noticed no TP
Go to use microwave, dirty with 2 ants crawling around.
No flies in room.
Bring my bedding sleep on top of bed, use my towel use my Kleenex.
Noisy neighbors / nice people but hotel cannot be both - a SRO and a business/tourist establishment. The manager seems to be doing the best she can. The age and location and neighborhood is not helpful.
So to top it off I wake up at 3:00am because there is noise outside - there is a guy and girl just walking back and forth. She is tall wearing a robe and he was smoking and wide awake. So I have packed my stuff walk out to my car and she said she needed to use my phone, I said no. He very politely asks if I could spare a dollar, I said yes, he then saw that I was carrying 2 water bottles, asked if I had others, I said yes, then he asked for another dollar, I said no.
This is not what I thought I was getting into when I booked the trip.
I thought it was rather ironic was that I received an email offering to extend my stay / no way would I ever stay there ag
- douglas (2/5): - Walking from my room to the office after the key didn’t work I got propositioned by 3 hookers and a drug dealer walking across the parking lot. Room had peeling paint and a bare light bulb. No towel and I was afraid to walk back to the office again so I dried myself with a sheet.
- William (2/5): - It was filthy, roaches everywhere, someone OD'd. This place should be CONDEMNED!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Ana (2/5): Do not believe the pictures - Photos do not match the actual condition of this place, bugs in the room, no lighting, tv not working and to top it all off tons of people outside their rooms smoking marihuana and wondering around.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Bring Cleaning Supplies and Your Own Sheets - NO NO NO NO NO. Do not stay here because:
-there were cigarette ashes in the sink hair and stains on the sheets which made me believe that the sheets had not been changed;
-there was mold on the shower curtain- like a lot of mold not just a little bit of mold
-the rug was filthy and there was trash under the bed
-there were no towels or rags in the room
-there were screaming matches every night in the parking lot
-there are holes and stains on the walls
-the wifi sucked
-the front desk people both seemed a little off- they would only stare at me when I came to the window. I partly understand because I wouldn't want to work there either.
The pros:
My door locked, the outlets worked, the lights worked, the toilet worked, the water got hot in the shower, and the HVAC unit worked.
You really don't get what you pay for when you stay at this hotel because the rooms are filthy and I am always under the impression that the hotel room is at least clean with everything working.
The pictures on this site are misleading.
- Vladimer (6/5): - I booked a queen size bed they gave me a two bed room , and room smells cigarette .
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not worth - Cockroach in the room. It was a smoking room even though booked a non smoking room. Room was stinky. Room key was not working so had to call the person in charge to open the lock every time I stepped out.
- Tristan (2/5): - This place is disgusting and has bugs and mold!
- SHANNAN CLARE (2/5): - When I showed up for my stay there the manager came out, got my information, and asked if I wanted to see the room first. So another employee brought me to see the room. I thought that was odd as no other hotel has ever asked me that before checking me in. Anyways, we go into a first floor room with what appeared to be dirty sheets, a very unkept room with stains on the walls and the employee showing me the room said oh no this room isn’t ready, the toilet is leaking and we’ll need to call a repair on that. At that moment another employee comes in, a female, who said this isn’t the room for her. The two started talking about the toilet needing to be fixed and that they’ll go back to the office and find me a room that’s available. The man asked me to wait while he goes search the rooms. There was a man on the balcony of another room staring at me extremely scary and then a woman walking around the parking lot and street out front talking to herself and looking, well, high. I went to sit in my car to wait for them to “find me a room” and started looking for someplace else to stay. After several minutes of waiting no one came to tell me I had a room so I just left. A couple days later I got a charge for a no show fee of $90. I quickly responded with I wasn’t a no show but that they weren’t prepared to have a decent guest staying at their unkept very unprofessional and dirty hotel. I will never refer anyone to stay there. Clearly they only stay in business by charging for no show
- Tennis (2/5): - The place was full of bugs. The bedding had stains on them. The towels in the restroom just outright dirty. I can’t believe they would allow anyone to stay in this hotel with the type of condition that this place was in. I checked in and when I got to the room and seen how dirty and disgusting it was I immediately check out and went somewhere else. I didn’t even bother asking for my money back, not that they would have refunded me any ways. This hotel needs to undergo a full makeover and then some. If this is all someone can afford I just recommend buying a tent from Walmart and sleeping outside.
- Kevin (2/5): Do not stay there - Hotel wasn't in best neighborhood but I can look past area. When checking in, I was handed TV remote through security slot (should have been a red flag). When I entered room they assigned to me, there were roaches crawling across the bed.
I returned to front desk where I was offered another room (do I pray there are no roaches there) but I declined and left to find another hotel.
- Robert (2/5): Never again - There was blood on the sheets, bugs in the room and we left immediately and still didn’t get a full refund
- Arif (2/5): - If you want to hear standing outside of your room smoking pot and arguing as loud as they can go , please go stay there. terrible , terrible
- elizabeth (4/5): - Upon arrival I noticed that the outside condition did not match the picture on the site. It was very run down. The upon going into the office to check in I was told that they did not have a handicap accessible room as I booked due to someone trashing it the night before and no one was there to fix the room. I went to look at room and it was dingy and smelled musty and stale. I immediately went to check out explaining that we were not going to be able to stay. They cancelled my room and then I got charged for a late cancellation fee. We shall see 😊 f it gets returned. I would not book this hotel again.
- Segundo (2/5): - Rude....
- Amanda (2/5): Would not stay - I didnt even stay we where in the room 5 min and left. There was mold in the tub and all over shower current. There where footprints all over the bed and cockroaches crawling around. They dont even have a working number so i can get my money back.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Terrible
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Property littered with drug users and prostitutes. Room 110 was DISGUSTING...ashes everywhere, dirty bed sheets AND towels writing on walls as well as bugs. We REFUSED to stay there and got our cash back...HOWEVER because I booked online my CC has been charged for 2 nights. I WILL BE FIGHTING THIS...this place isnt fit for a stray dog let alone a person. Health dept or police should shut this place down. Will tell everyone I know DONT go there!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This hotel is disgusting. The room assigned to me was not as advertised. Bathrooms did not work, there were roaches, dirty sheets and hair upon arrival (sheets were not changed, but bed was made), the floors were stained and sinking in, there was bloodstains on the walls, and there was mold and water damage to the ceiling. I left immediately; I did not feel safe, nor were the conditions healthy for any guest.
- David (2/5): Filthy - This is the most dirty place i have ever been in. It smelled bad and i am surprised i didn't get sick staying there.
No towels were offered. Shower was moldy..
- Mario (2/5): ATTENTION, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - ATTENTION PEOPLE!!! DON'T USE THAT PLACE IF YOU JUST WANT TO BE SAFE. I was traveling for my bussines with 2 other guys and we booked the hotel to stay one night. I booked 2 rooms. 1 room queens bed and other room 2 queen beds. We arrived around 10pm after driving for 8hr. We couldn't belive the eyes. Cracks everywhere, people sell-buy drugs around the hotel, do drugs everywhere. Nasty place, prostitutes that fighting with each other. Yelling on people. That area is dangerous and the front desk lady was very disrespectful. First i came, i asked her for the rooms that we booked. She told me that is only one room no 2. After that she told me are 2 rooms for only 2 people. Anyway, we left, we just lost 80$ because they didn't refund money back. We traveled 30 more miles and finally founded another clean and safe place. Stay away of thet place and that area. Please don't stop. Even if you'll book i'm sure you will not like it. Just don't wast your money and your time.
- Keishi (2/5): - When I got to the Hotel they had cancelled my reservation without any notice. Staff was too preoccupied to assist anyone. They also looked like they were understaffed. Ended up being for the best as the Hotel condition as well as the neighborhood is not great.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Bed bugs, my wife got a rash from sleeping in the bed. The bathroom had sticky stuff all over the floor. The batht
- Angie (4/5): Not a great area - Didn’t even pull in to stay! The area was very sketchy and we didn’t feel safe!
- Verified traveler (2/5): A thousand times: Nope!!! - No towels, roaches, mold on shower curtain. Carpet was nasty. And the sheets on the bed had stains.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not worth it - The hotel was disgusting, not cleaned. The sheets had stains and burn holes on them. Towels were not cleaned. We left after 20 minutes of being there and will not return
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Try hey place look like it has not been cleaned in a decade…they had bed bugs…infested with bed bugs…I was hoping maybe I can get my money back/….
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Room floor was wet from air conditioning, bad social around
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The front desk employees were great. The room was clean to some point. There were roaches, the shower curtain had shoe prints on it. Some walls had feet marks. But if you just need to sleep a few hours, it's tolerable.
- Belinda (2/5): Stay away - Disgustingly filthy. Hair and soap bits in the shower. Beds had obviously not had clean sheets in a while. There was no on available at the office upon arrival and the door was locked. Wouldn't recommend at all.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Staff was friendly and very helpful
- Verified traveler (2/5): Do not Stay here - Worst nastiest room I stayed in.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Waited 45 minutes along with other customers for someone to come to front desk. Room was dirty. Hotel did not provide towels or wash cloths and doesn’t indicate online to bring your own. It is also hard to get a refund! Disgusted!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This property have false advertisement this is a motel for homeless the room are dirty I have to leave after check in because the room was disgusting the blankets had stains nothing like the picture. Expedia need to removed this hotel the place isn’t what is showing in the pictures. The lady in front desk was nice but the hotel isn’t a place you should stay .
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Something from a horror movie
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It is cheap. No toilet paper, no chair. 4-5 flies. Noise until 11:30pm.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I was shocked at the condition of this "motel" - apparently, persons lived there - it was dilapidated, no light when I entered the room - had to step over 3 men siting on the curb in order to enter the room, one towel left in a lump, the furniture was gauged and completely unacceptable. I wouldn't be surprised to find a drug deal going down right outside my room. Not sure why I acctually went to the room after seeing the premises. The picturews provided online are a complete lie. I didn't stay - left within minutes of arriving. I am dismayed that Expedia allows this "motel" to appear on their site.
- Iran (2/5): - Really dirty and unorganized. Room only had a bed and that's it no tables or anything else just a bed
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Nothing, we pulled in at midnight for a quick sleep and immediately we all looked at each other and said, “Hell No”
It looked like drug deals were going down and that our bikes would be stolen off the car if we left them outside.
I guess you get what you pay for....we left as soon as we pulled in.
- Kameron (2/5): Don’t go there please. - Very bad condition all over the property, bed & room dirty as hell. No light in the room. People playing very loud music & weed smile everywhere.
- Deja (2/5): Never Again! - This is the absolute worse hotel I have EVER stayed in. I came from out of town and not only was I not aware that this was DEEP in the hood. Prostitution, drugs, bad room, and an even worse bathroom. Our bathroom had nothing but mold all over the the shower/tub area and on the ceiling. We had to shower at a family member’s house because it was just so infested. All night, we heard yelling and screaming. The room had no microwave, trash can nor an ice machine but gave us cups... I strongly believe that jail is a better stay than being there! After driving so long we just need a place to sleep and OYO is usually good but THIS brings shame! They wouldn’t even give us a refund it was just absolutely terrible!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - This hotel was unsanitary, and the smell in here was absolutely terrible.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - No microwave or fridge
Needed that.
Overall visit was fine
- Lakeisha (10/5): - It was a great stay they made it convenient for me.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - After waiting 20 minutes to check in outside because nobody came to the window, it took another 20 minutes for the associate to check me in. At this point, I was thinking of leaving and I should have trusted my gut. At least the linens were clean... the issues: Floor hadn't been mopped, the toilet ran constantly unless you reached in the tank to fix it everytime, broken desk, tv remote didn't work and you couldn't turn on the TV otherwise, no handsoap available, bathtub looked gross and soap scummy and the heater sounded like a train when running. The topper was the cranked out female tenant who went around banging on doors at 4 am screaming and body slamming the door to get let in. I was not worried for myself because I was traveling with my dogs who barked and sent her on her way but heard her proceed to two other doors and do the same thing. I've stayed at far cheaper roadside motels before (TravelLodge Motel6) and paid far less for a much nicer, cleaner and peaceful stay.
- Meeka (2/5): - The hotel was bug infested and infested with drug addicts it was dirty I would never stay at one of there hotels again
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Felt like an unsafe neighborhood. Guests were loud and room was in unclean.
- BJ (4/5): - The staff are pleasant and friendly. Beds were clean. Black mold on ceiling in shower. It as a place to sleep.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The room was in disarray. Holes in the walls sheets had hairs and cockroaches were in the room.
- Evelyn (4/5): Disappointed - No microwave or fridge no trash can n no towels or wash clothes.
Needle in the parking lot
Junkie walking around
Drug dealers. Felt unsafe there. Will not go back to that oyo hotel.
- Christopher (2/5): - Disgusting. Run from this place.
- Patti (6/5): - The staff were awesome. Thats the only good part. Mo microwave mo nottle water. Dirty. Door was flimsy hole in the wall. Sheets looked dirty
- Inez (2/5): - Un safe environment , contaminating, had mold in the bathrooms, sheets was dirty, their was no toilet seat on the toilet bowl.tv didnt work neither did the phone
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Trashy flies dirty smelly loud ghetto unsafe nasty
- Zamirali (4/5): - Discomfort
No clean
Not happy
- Verified traveler (2/5): - One word. TrapHouse. Didnt even stay the night. Great if your broke
- Welder (2/5): - Big difference in the photo from real and we waitin for 10 minutes into lobby unattended
- Verified traveler (2/5): - When I arrived, nobody was at the check in desk. After waiting, I called the 800 number and they had to call the staff worker on duty. The room was filthy. I tried to shave but the sink was clogged with cigarette butts-one of which floated out of the drain as the water ran. There were flies and other small bugs everywhere. The floor was so dirty, I had piles of dirt washing off of my feet after walking to the shower
- gilles (2/5): I don’t Recommend this place - Dirty, no furniture, just a bed , i asked to change the pillows. I don’t recommend this place. The pictures have got nothing to do with reality.
- Kaila (2/5): DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE - I have stay here multiple times. I thought it would get better, but it only gets worse. It’s beyond dirty! They housekeeper said seems to want to socialize and not assist the guest. The owner seems nice but he’s never on site. I had to write about this property because I strongly suggest that you DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARN MONEY HERE. There is no privacy. People are ways listening at your door and window. The remodel, wasn’t worth it. I’m here for work , so I can’t go too far. I would pick any OTHER PLACE IN PETERSBURG or go to RVA before spending your hard earn money at This hotel. They don’t truly care for the guests. It’s not safe. ITS A MESS HERE.
- Kaila (2/5): not worth it - House keeping was VERY rude. I asked for a toilet tissue for my room, the housekeeper never brought it. My keycard randomly stops working. Trying to get assistance after hours is the worse! The owner and his family are nice, but I wouldn’t spend money at this hotel unless you have no other option. People are always by my window and door. There is no privacy. One night I heard shooting, police never showed. It can be scary for anyone not from the area
- Kaila (2/5): DO NOT DO IT! - DO NOT STAY HERE! The staff is terrible. They are nice but do not respond to questions or concerns I have. I asked for toilet tissue. I waited for about 2-3 hours waiting for housekeeping to bring it. No one ever came. Towel and bed and bathroom are DIRTY! They tried their best to remodel, but it’s just as bad area. Not comfortable or safe at ALL!
- Bernie (8/5): - Very good price. Very friendly people. Clean basic room with a bed, bath/shower, sink, small dresser. No chair or table. HBO and Wi-fi included. No morning coffee. It was just what we needed for an inexpensive night on a long 2-day drive. We enjoyed eating at Liason, just a block away on North Crater.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent staff. The rooms are very clean, and cant beat it for the price.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff here is amazing. The price is amazing for the customer service and cleanliness.
- roseg406 (4/5): Another dump in Petersburg - First off, owner is very nice but place is in a horrible neighborhood and rooms are dumpy. By the pics, it looks like there is a pool but the pool is filled in with rocks. Drug addicts are everywhere and was approached in the parking lot. Scary place at night especially. Cheap prices but ya, I see why.
- W3050NEdaleb (6/5): Very very basic - Went to visit my nephew at VSU and spent the night down there. Best that I can say is that it had a door that locked, a bed to sleep in and hot water. Nothing fancy or desirable.
It's a step up from sleeping in your car.
- randyk448 (2/5): Absolutely Horrible! - This was by far, the filthiest, run down facility I have ever stayed in!! From the poor lighting to the filthy carpets, and garbage laced parking lot..I really thought I was just going to check out and find another place, but we were exhausted and only had two days! NEVER stay at this motel!!!! Unreal!
- blevin_608219 (2/5): Dont stay here - Booked for brief overnight stay. Wallpaper and vents coming off walls. Tub rusty and cracks in them. neighborhood shady.Go to next exit. May not be worst room I have stayed but in top 5. Fellow checking in was nice but he seemed embarrassed to rent us the room and insisted we look at it before we stayed. It was midnight and family tored so we endured the stay. Cost was cheap as only positive.
- 626kerryh (8/5): Friendly staff and clean rooms - The only downsides to staying at this motel was no extra pillows, no pool, and no breakfast.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was the cleanest I have stayed in in years. I would recommend this to everyone.
- patriciabM9710QW (2/5): WORST STAY IN PETERSBURG VA - It's the worst hotel/motel that l ever stayed it. I won't repeat the mistake again! I do not recommend it! The room air was musty, and frankly unhygienic. It was a terrible gamble on my part. It won't recur!
- katiedE5151ZY (6/5): Clean - Clean ,friendly but in need of remodeling ,area was ok close to freeway I 95 .We arrived late someone was there to help us and showed us to our room ,clean and bug free ,we were pleased we were traveling with our granddaughter
- R4886SAvalleygirl (2/5): EXTREMELY budget accommodation, badly in need of renovations - Wasn't even worth the low price. It was clean -- that's about all I can say. We got there at night -- if during the day, I would have immediately gone to find another place. The area is dark and we had to shine the car headlights to find the right room number. The door looked dented -- did someone try to kick it in? Inside there were holes in the wall and exposed wires -- where there should have been a smoke detector and where perhaps an electrical outlet had previously been. The tub was cracked and the plumbing falling out. The bathroom door handle was falling off. The mirror looked like someone had tried to stick it to the wall in a hurry and it might fall off anytime. Not worth even $30 a night ...
- latoyaf732 (2/5): Terrible - It was the worst experience I have ever had. There were people drinking and partying outside, smoking marijuana. My daughter and I returned home with bed bug bites all over our bodies. We stayed in room 120 on the bottom floor. The only pleasant part of our stay was the man at the front desk he was very friendly.
- pasha572 (8/5): Short stop - The staff is friendly, the room is good but uou have to be ready for 🚬 odor.
If you are on the journey and would like to recharge your batteries it is good enough for the ammount of $ you pay.
And wifi is faster than in 5 stars hotels
- MootsieFortWayne (2/5): Just NO! don't even consider staying here! - Worst hotel in the United States. Looks like a bombed out building in Beirut. Most likely there for prostitutes and sex-trafficking. Check-in desk is just a man behind a bullet-proof window with a little hole in it to pass money and a key through. Go anywhere else!!! See the photos I have posted.
- gurtejh (10/5): Loyalty inn - Friendly staff.rooms are good. Manager is really nice. He helped me a lot. It was a nice visit. I would like to visit again.I wanted a non smoking room and the room provided to me was very nice and I really liked it
- cjt595 (2/5): Bad, just so bad - Gave the "Inn" 1 star for the friendly service at check in. Otherwise all other factors deserve ZERO stars. Room smelled like a non-stop 5 year rock concert had been going on. Read: the stench of marijuana was so potent in almost caused me and my husband to run out of the room gagging. All surfaces were sticky. The shower was all moldy and mildew-y. We actually had to wear flip flops in the shower.
- Adventure280960 (2/5): Just so, so bad - If you don't mind rooms that reek of marijuana smoke and aren't afraid to potentially contract a blood borne illness, then this is your place! Mildew all over tile in shower, all surfaces were sticky and gross, and the smell was horrendous. Such a potent marijuana smell that blasts you in the face as soon as you open the door. If you are looking for a place to stay, even if it is just for a quick overnight sleep ( like it was for us) then I highly recommend spending an additional $20 and staying somewhere else that feels safe and clean. I am only giving this review 1 star because the gentleman working the desk and checking us in late was very nice.
- 203eddie (6/5): Good space, good room, good wi-fi, good bathrom, terrible carpet... - Tobi, nice guy, but the team need be trained.
The girls is ok, but sometimes forget some good manners.
That's it.
A lot of bad elements in the neighborhood, so, beware with solicitors and iffy people.
Good price.
- 204aliyah (6/5): Descent ...... - I say descent because its not the worst hotel yet its cheapest. Its good for last minute arrangements or weekday stay. They dont have bugs, they do have a wide nice selection of channels, with fridge and microwave.
- anitaw158 (10/5): It was good - The people was very friendly there and I had no problem with anyone there and it was the cheapest place that we found for the number of nights we needed to stay in Virginia and we found everything ok and I would recommend this place to anyone
- steven1290 (2/5): Go somewhere else - Stained/dirty carpets, there 1 hour and got bit on ankle by something, left and checked into EconoLodge at exit 58. Much nicer!!!! Thought I was saving money but had to pay for two rooms instead. Also, there was a flea/bed bug bomb in window of room next to mine. I didn't see it until I was leaving.
- Carlos_Reston (2/5): Awful - It was awful. There were breadcrumbs in the bed there was hair in the sink -- clearly, the room had not been cleaned -- and the toilet was leaking sewage. There also were vagrants in the parking lot asking for money. I slept with a chair lodged against the door.
