• DOMINIQUE (8/5): Étape une nuit - Bien dans l’ensemble. Clim/chauffage bruyant et peu efficace . Proximité rond-point grand passage, environnement assez bruyant dans chambre malgré double vitrage.

Comfortable beds and good hot shower.Special thanks to a very helpful chap at evening check-in who gave us a warm and sincere welcome. Recommended and will return.
• Mrs Margaret (10/5): Great AIR CON and helpful staff - Budget hotel, but had everything needed including very efficient AIR CONDITIONING! Such a relief when outside was over 30' Automatic evening check in worked ok once I found out my reservation code from the helpful man on the intercom. The morning staff were also really friendly and helpful.
• Dennis (6/5): - Check-In am Automat hat nicht geklappt. Der Check-In Code, welcher per Mail gesendet wurde, hat nicht funktioniert. Notruftaste gedrückt, zusammen mit dem freundlichen Herr war der Check-In dann möglich. Zimmer sehr klein und im 2. Stock, kein Aufzug vorhanden. Fernseher hing an der Wand, jedoch ohne Kabel, dies waren abgeknipst. Dusche hat kaum Wasserdruck u Wasser lief schlecht ab. Duschvorhang dreckig.
• Tessa (8/5): - Prima nacht gehad met 2 kinderen in dit hotel als tussenstop voor eindbestemming. Ik had een babybedje bij geboekt maar dat was niet goed doorgekomen en ze waren ook niet meer beschikbaar. Gelukkig had ik een eigen camping bedje. Met z’n 3en was al krap in het 2 persoons bed laat staan met z’n 4en. Je hoort de auto’s wel rijden op de weg ernaast maar geen last van gehad. Vriendelijk personeel die me nog warm water uit het ontbijtbuffet heeft gegeven voor het maken van een flesje.

Par contre, la chasse d'eau fuyait et l'abattant du wc se démontait, ce qui était pénible. Impossible de tirer la chasse d'eau correctement. A revoir à ce niveau.

• Explorer60901313745 (2/5): Worst hotel experience ever - While in self-check-in hotels the risk of having some kind of automation failure is always lurking around the corner the experience at this b&b hotel by far was the worst ever. While the day started under a bad star with the EV not wanting to charge and it has been raining each second of the 600km trip the only thing you want arriving at 9:30pm is a good bed, but no way José, this was not what happened. The facts in a row: - the check-in computer asked for my last name, which was not found it said, not with or without spaces, last part first, full first and last name, reversed neither - pushing the help button on the 24/7 assistance phone box only brought automated messages - after 30min of trying, getting very tired and forcing myself not to give up suddenly a human voice replied - while the man on the phone was extremely unfriendly, rude, inpatient with my 80% native speaker level of french, and certainly not service oriented I stayed calm all time not wanting to lose the opportunity of getting a solution - then with the new number he gave me the system retrieved the booking, and asked me to pay full price while it was all confirmed prepaid 2 weeks earlier - not wanting to lose the opportunity I chose to pay again and have it all done but then - it didn't accept any Belgian debit card (mentioned nowhere) and when I then tried my Visa the system then crashed and went into a loop - at that time the procedure had already taken 45min with 5 other travellers standing in line. The time was 10:15pm - sleep in the car but suddenly

Radiateur électrique pas allumé et inaccessible sous une table vissée, chambre petite comparée aux chambres BandB habituelles (on est plus sur un hôtel première classe que sur un BandB). Ouverture de la porte et lumière par une femme de ménage à 9h30 un samedi matin sans avoir "toqué" à la porte...

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Bij aankomst was het ff lastig omdat wij in de nacht aan kwamen en de instructie voor inchecken alleen in het Frans was en er geen baliemedewerker was (logisch bij een dergelijke prijs/hotel( Helaas was ook de betaling aan Expedia nog niet goed verwerkt waardoor we de kamer nogmaals moesten betalen. Kamer was zeer netjes !! Ook de volgende dag heel goed geholpen en gratis ontbijt gekregen. De medewerkers hebben de betaling gelijk verwerkt en direct het geld terug gestort op onze credit card. Ik weet niet bij wie de fout van de betaling heeft gelegen maar alle lof voor het hotel voor de positieve manier waarop zij hebben gereageerd . Prima aanrijden en goeie bedden als overnachting op doorreis naar het Zuiden...

• Roy (2/5): B&B Hotel Dijon - Very poor, lamp, air conditioning/ heater broken. Informed by reception the incorrect time for breakfast, poor communication as no English spoken, not as advertised. Restaurant closed, locked out due to key not working.

• dave (6/5): Basic low cost cheap hotel. - Ok for an overnight stay but not for anything longer. Plus points, secure parking and free wifi. Minus points, cheap bed and only 2 pillows. Novelty, 24 hour vending machines mean you can always get a snack and never runout of coffee.
