D emblee le ton est donné linge qui sèche sur les rembardes, detritus partout , vélos partout....On hésite à faire demi tour. Entrée en chambre , une odeur désagréable vous vient. Literie potable par contre très mal insonorisé et ça court dans les allées en criant, merci pour le repos en débauchant. A fuir

• ROBERT (2/5): Filthy and Rundown - This is possibly one of the filthiest hotels that I have ever stayed in. The dirt and decay in public areas is stomach churning. Many choices in close proximity so no reason to stay here. As a brand, B&B should be ashamed of themselves for listing this hotel.

• Bernard-Yves (6/5): Personnel très accueillant mais locaux médiocres. - Mauvaise isolation phonique. L’accueil et le personnel sont parfaits. Malheureusement lorsque quelqu’un ferme une porte cela fait vibrer les cloisons. Quand les voisins sont bruyants, c’est très compliqué. On entend parler et c’est pire quand ils le font à une heure du matin sans aucune retenue. La salle de bain n’était pas propre (cheveux, traces dans le WC).

Mon code de réservation ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai utilisé l'appel à la borne où la personne m'a tout de suite débloqué l'accès. Literie récente. Salle de bains propre et assez spacieuse. Je ne suis restée qu'une seule nuit.

• Keith (8/5): Bad night. - When we arrived at the Hotel we was met with a happy smiling face reception was good, then we went to our room and it was like a Gypsies room and stunk of weed, our neighbors was was cooking on a electric ring and it was a really horrible smell so that was not good but we stayed in the room, next when you wake up to 20 police vans in a car park that to is not good with them opening and closing van doors all night talking and laughing so we didn’t get much sleep, so we won’t be staying at that hotel anymore sorry to say.

• Johann (6/5): Bien mais sans plus. - L'hôtel et la chambre reste très bien pour cette chaîne hôtelière, l'emplacement est très bien. Vous êtes à côté de l'autoroute sans être dérangé par le bruit, plusieurs restaurants sont situés à moins de cinq minutes à pied. Par contre quel dommage d'avoir des chambres qui ont été récemment remises au gout du jour et d'avoir une climatisation qui souffle qu'un petit brin d'air. Si vous venez hors d'une période de grande chaleur pas de problème mais dans le cas contraire vous risquez d'être déçu. Concernant le petit déjeuner, très bien par contre suite à la pandémie celui-ci est fourni à emporter mais le prix reste le même qu'un buffet alors qu'on a pas le choix concernant le nombre d'aliment.

• Claudia (10/5): - Lage dehr gut, keine lange Anfahrt von der Autobahn (war für mich wichtig, weil ich auf der Durchreise war. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.
• Patrick (4/5): Très déçu de cet établissement !!! - L'accueil est parfait, chambre familiale avec odeurs particulièrement désagréable, nous avons ouvert au moins pendant 1h30. Concernant la nuit cela a été une catastrophe, des étrangers genre polonais n'ont cessé de crier, courir dans les escaliers, sur les paliers, une nuit quasiment blanche, nous sommes arrivés à nous endormir sur le petit matin. Je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement. Habituellement très satisfait de cette enseigne, aujourd'hui vraiment déçu de voir une clientèle non respectueuse et non reprimender par le personnel. Très déçu !!!
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Die Rezeption ist nur kurz besetzt (17:00 Uhr - 20:30 Uhr). Bei späterer Ankunft muss man an einen Check-In-Automaten. Das ist ja grundsätzlich kein Problem, führte aber bei uns dazu, dass wir nach der Vorausbezahlung über Expedia dann vor Ort ein zweites Mal bezahlen mussten. Im Zimmer selbst waren ein Handtuchhalter und eine Lampenabdeckung defekt. Am schlimmsten allerdings war die Grundfeuchtigkeit im Raum und die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Das Frühstück ist günstig, allerdings das Billigste vom Billigen. Lieber das Geld sparen und etwas Frisches vom Bäcker holen. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, man konnte dort gut schlafen. Parken ist im Preis enthalten und findet auf einem durch Umzäunung gesicherten Bereich statt. Angesichts der weiter oben genannten kritischen Punkte würde ich eine Übernachtung trotzdem nicht empfehlen.

• Keith (4/5): Normally good - we have stayed in this place several time before but this time the room was very dirty and we was not happy with it and could not be bothered to ask for another room as we was very tired, our room was number 73B so hope that we will never get that one again. The area has several restaurants around and the food is ok breakfast is served at a cost but the food is always gone or slow to replace overall get what you pay for.

• Tibias (2/5): Leider sehr dreckig und kaputt - Schimmel im Badezimmer, Spinnweben an der Decke und zum Überfluss noch eine defekte Wasserleitung die den Boden durchnässt hat und dadurch auch unsere Reisetasche über Nacht! Sehr schlecht..... Leider kann ich kein Französisch um mich zu beschweren und Ersatz meiner Reisetasche fordern, bzw mein Geld zurück für die Übernachtung.

• David (8/5): Good hotel for families traveling by car - We stayed at several B&B hotels during our recent trip to France. They are all pretty much alike--clean, comfortable, and well thought out for families. They do tend to be in industrial/commercial sectors close to the highway and far from the city center, so I wouldn't recommend them to anyone traveling by public transportation. Travelers should also be aware of the limited reception hours--if you arrive late in the evening, you have to check in via a machine. But we found everything pleasant here, and would stay there again.

• Phillip (10/5): Good motel-style family room close to autoroute A9 - A good motel-style hotel just off the A9 autoroute near Montepellier. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Our split-level family room was comfortable and clean. The security gate between the single bedded area and stairs down to main room will reassure parents of younger children. The locality is non-residential, all hotels, restaurants and commercial properties. The room was surprisingly quiet given the location by a motorway exit. There is a good choice of chain and fast food restaurants in easy walking distance.

• Dennis (6/5): Beware the Sat Nav - We were caught out a little with the location of this hotel. Our fault, but read the address carefully. If you use Montpellier as the town for the Sat Nav you will be out by about 10km. The road this is on has a duplicate Place in Montpellier, being tired we missed that our Sat Nav had picked Place instead of Rue. Once we corrected that error the hotel was easy to find just off the motorway. Close by there are many restaurants and a supermarket. The room was smaller than the usual B&B standard and the bathroom was tiny. The shower was a mini tub and getting in and out was tricky due to the sinks location. It was clean though. This hotel was very busy the night we stayed and quite noisy; the walls actually moved when our neighbour got in or out of bed. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was good; certainly what we have come to expect from this chain of hotels. Recommended for an overnight stop.
