- Karen (10/5): - Great location, near the beach and restaurants. Apartment was spacious and had ample kitchen utensils, appliances and crockery. The carpet probably good have done with a steam clean. There was an odour that occurred at times that appeared to be coming from possibly upstairs sewerage. It was not there all the time only on a few occasions. Pool and spa area was great. Sliding door onto balcony was broken and wouldn’t lock. Overall we had a lovely getaway for the weekend and we would book this apartment again.

A couple of minor issues - seal on the balcony door has come off so windy comes in, laundry has a very odd smell coming from it BUT everything else was great. Would definitely stay again. Major kudos to the Regional Escapes team who were amazingly helpful and quick in their response each time we needed to reach out.

- Joshua (6/5): - Good location and our room was clean and spacious, however the bed was small and uncomfortable (double, not a queen size) so my wife and I slept in separate rooms. No instant coffee or machine, just 2x cappuccino sachets. Fixtures and fittings need a refresh. We won't be back.

Some things a little out dated (hello iPod docking Stereo - no bluetooth), the apartment felt grubby and needed a deep clean ie. The walls, inside the cutlery draw, the air vents, the range hood. More shower towels would also be useful. It did have a clothes washer and dryer which was so handy and plenty of kitchen utensils etc Nice touch to have some washing powder and detergent, sugar, salt and pepper etc overall recommend for comfort, facilities and location.

- Antoinette (8/5): - Master bedroom was very noisy all night with some kind of air conditioner/ vent right outside our window. Adequate kitchen facilities for a couple of nights. Great to have washer & dryer in the apartment. Two decent size bedrooms. Overall cleaning could have been much better - the whole apartment was in desperate need of a deep clean. Shower in ensuite had gross buildup all the way around, fridge had other people's food buildup. Spider webs and lots of dust on the heating/ AC unit in the main living room. Had to pull out trundle bed in kids room to retrieve dropped toys, and carpet was filthy. Also very concerning that window in kids room opened up from the floor. Yes it was locked, but the key was sitting in the lock and I only knew about it after my kids (6 yr old) already worked out how to open the window themselves. They're lucky they didn't fall straight onto concrete below. Very unsafe for a kids room! Also not much point having a mini bath under the shower if you don't provide a plug. Kids loved having access to the indoor pool - this was a major selling point for us. Great overall location, but not sure I'd go back due to the lack of cleanliness and noise from fans.

One reserved parking space inside the premises and plenty of parking spots on the adjoining side road.

- Jolene (6/5): - The property was in a great location with very easy walking access to the beach and cafes and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and overall facilities were sufficient. What let this property down was it’s cleanliness. The glass table top was full of finger prints, the cupboard doors were smeared and splattered, the bedside table and lamp were dusty, also with finger marks. The bathroom mirror also had fingerprints and the carpets were it vacuumed. The linen had been changed but the surfaces had clearly not been wiped.

The only thing was there was a broken cushion on the couch, the hair dryer was really dirty, and the stools in the kitchen were leaving grease and rust on the ground. The apartment was in a great spot, the size was good having restaurants directly down stairs was handy.

When I turned the power point on all you could see was dust. The seats around the table were not good condition.

The gym needs a makeover with new equipment desperately required. Equipment don't look safe for use with the treadmill out of order. The swimming pool however is a welcoming site. Nice and warm and hours of family fun. Our room was in some desperate need of cleaning as had cob webs and was dusty, but after speaking to the accommodation staff, cleaners came and vacuumed the property. We were lucky that the owners daughter was in an adjoining room who came in and did the initial cleanup post complaint. Overall, I recommend this property as it is a nice escape.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The location of the apartments is fantastic, so close to the beach, restaurants and parks. The size of the apartment was a lot bigger than I expected with an extra toilet seperate from the bathroom, lounge, two bedrooms, kitchen and laundry. The pool facilities were also great and it was very quiet although on a busy road. A couple of cons- the light in the second toilet didn’t work, there were extremely bright lights in the hallway to access our apartment which saw the second bedroom completely flooded by light which made it hard for our son to sleep while we were there. The apartment also had a number of spiders and cobwebs but otherwise pretty clean. All in all I would definitely stay here again, just maybe bring some blockout blinds for that second bedroom.
