• Debi (9/5): We had a wonderful four-day vacation, and the comfort the hotel provided made our stay even more enj - The staff were very accommodating. Even before our arrival, they consistently reminded us about our booking via email and provided clear instructions regarding the airport transfer. They also offered services such as island tours, city tours, and various activities to enjoy in Coron. When we entered our assigned room, I was genuinely impressed—it was spacious, very comfortable, and clean.

• Peter Max (1/5): allgemeiner zustand des zimmers war sehr schlecht, unbedingt renovierungsbedürftig - Das zimmer war sehr alt und heruntergekommen: muffeliger geruch im zimmer... wände und decken vergilbt... 3/4 des zimmers ein alter, schmutziger teppich am boden... stoffsofa verdreckt und flecken... in den ecken überall loser dreck... nachtvorhänge defekt... eine lampe über dem bett aus der decke gebrochen... terrasse unbrauchbar und schmutzig, da sich die türe nicht öffnen läst... badezimmer komplett abgenutzt... kakalaken im badezimmer... in der nacht, gräusche von mäusen in den zwischenwänden...

Le personnel super chaleureux ! On a loué des scooters ça c’est très bien passé et on a donné nos affaires pour la laundry et là aussi très bien ! Je recommande fortement !!

• Ian (10/5): Easy to get to all activities in and around Coron - Access to the island hoping and scuba diving as well as easy walk to all the other parts of Coron. Staff were very helpful for bookings to and from the airport and ferry.

• Noel (10/5): The room was big enough to accommodate the 5 people that we had. Loved the buffet choices from breakfast and the dinner - The room was close by the restaurant and the beach was just close by Nothing was wrong with it
• Cyden (10/5): - We had a very pleasant holiday stay at this accommodation. The place was clean, comfortable & well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing experience. Also, the accommodation is well-located near the port which is ideal for guests participating in island-hopping or island escapade tours. The staff were so professional, responsive & accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, we are very satisfied & would highly recommend this place to other travelers. As the room was quite large, the air-conditioning wasn't able to cool the space fully. This is a minor point & did not take away from our overall positive experience.

• keith (7/5): Gateway hotel Coron - Good location, close to main town and the wharf where most tours start - about 5 mins walk. Very nice and big bathroom with bath. Good room space. The beds were a bit hard and the aircon wasn't strong enough to cool the whole room. If you are the type to sleep relatively early, it will be hard as the hotel is close to the basketball court where they have games until after 10pm and have a commentator on loudspeaker the whole time which was very loud.

• Brendan (3/5): Unclean rooms - Location is great for tours and restaurants. Rooms were really rundown and dirty Lipstick stains in the bedsheets, here was hair everywhere, dirt in the bathtub and around the toilet.

The room size was huge and located close to town.Would stay here again Having to carry suitcase up the stairs

• Plint66 (7/5): - De locatie. Centraal in Coron City Het hotel is sterk verouderd en heeft een renovatie nodig.
• Alexander Edward (7/5): Het is een hotel om alleen te slapen en je moet tegen lawaai kunnen. - Ruime kamer, ruime badcel. Vrij hygiënisch. Er was een restaurant, maar ze hadden bijna niets. Verder was het niet goed geïsoleerd en dicht op het centrum, waardoor er herrie was (festiviteiten) elke dag tot 2 uur ‘s nachts. En ‘s morgens om 6:30 begon het weer met het schreeuwen door een megafoon van een handelaar die broodjes aan het verkopen was en dat aan de lopende band.
• MARIA DOLORES (3/5): - It was next to the port No cleaning of the rooms,, no shampoo not even soap to wash hands. We had to ask for everything. The people working there were very kind but I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Breakfast had such a slow serving that we had to leave without having it .
• Lou (4/5): - Quite an old property, there were towels down in the public areas as it leaked when it rained. Felt like the floors had never been cleaned (very very dusty), and there were also "soft spots" in the floor that felt like we might fall through at any moment. Staff were very helpful, and the building location right by where the island tours depart was convenient, but didn't make up for the rundown nature of the building overall. The provided wifi didn't reach our room either.

Nice view of the port from the window The room was so large the air con struggled to fill up the room so it was a bit toasty in there. It was a nice space but not the cleanest space, but not in a way that I’d say I wouldn’t stay there again.

I was quite ill when I was staying at the hotel and they went above and beyond for me making sure I was okay. Couldn’t be more grateful, what a lovely hotel with great staff and excellent value for money. Nothing to report!

Everything kinda worked although sometimes a bit needy, like no sink plug, lazy shower head, leaky door. Bed a bit too firm for us, but staff helpful and really it was completely fine for a short stay.

• Eric (8/5): I nice place to stay for a night or two. - This is a perfectly fine hotel. It’s older and needs a little bit more maintenance, but was a great value for the money. The staff was nice, and the room was spacious. It had cable TV and a big bathroom. The restaurant downstairs had decent food, and there are tour places and shops nearby. I only stayed one night, but I really can’t complain. It’s a 3 star hotel, and was pretty good quality for that. There wasn’t anything wrong with the place, other than maybe the floors needed some repair in my room. But it was a great value.

• Michael (10/5): A great place to stay in Coron - Staff were very helpful and polite. They helped us arrange scooter rental, and transport to the ferry terminal. The room was very big and spacious, and the bathroom was nice.

There wasn’t any running water between 2am and 6am. The door chain was broken. The bath was filthy. The people running this hotel know about the rats, it was not a surprise to them.

• A (8/5): Iyi bir konumda farelerle geçireceğiniz bir hotel - Özellikle otel sahibinin dikkatini. Otelin konumu cok iyi, yıllar önce güzel bir otel olmuş olabilir. Fakat odalarıni yenilemeniz gerekiyor. Çünkü eski ve pis oldugu için 3 gece lağım faresi ilen birlikte konakladık. Odada ki fare sirt çantami içinde bir paket pasta yi yemek için parçaladı. Personeller ilgili ve saygılı. Bu konumda bir otel için bu yazdıklarım üzücü olarak fakat gerçek bu. Fiyatiniz uygun. Size tavsiyem odalara biraz tadilat yaparak oda fiyatlarını yükseltebilirsiniz. Konumunuz çok iyi. Fareleri uzak tutmak için düzgün temizlik ve acil ilaçlamaniz gerekir
• Ina (5/5): Although the location is great and the staff is very friendly we cannot recommend staying at this hotel because of the c - The staff was very friendly and polite at all times. The location was great. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. The staff was really nice and assured me the broken toilet flush would get fixed, but it wasn’t fixed within the duration of our stay even though I asked about it multiple times. My friends stayed in a double room on the second floor and encountered at least 6 cockroaches in their room, in the bed and bathroom. In my room on the third floor the toilet flush was broken and there was no warm water to shower.
• Katarina (6/5): - Das Hotel entsprach leider nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Bilder geweckt wurden. Für 1-2 Übernachtungen ist es noch in Ordnung, aber die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Unser Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt, und trotz Meldung war die Badewanne sowie das Lavabo ständig verstopft.
• Charleston (10/5): Birthday Vacation - The property was located centrally to tourist attractions, bar and restaurants and merchandise stores. The concierge and housekeeping were also great as they respond immediately to my requests when I arrived the hotel room. My room also has the best view of the sunrise and sunset. Nothing at all.

I have stayed in this hotel when it was very new and stayed several more when I come to Coron. My memories about it stayed with me. The rooms were relatively large and commodious.

It wasn’t worth being charged $55 for a 3rd guest in a room with 2 queen beds for $55 a night for 3 nights. Booked this place coz it’s conveniently next to the port but should’ve looked somewhere else.

We had so many requests due to some of the malfunction in our room and staffs are willing to help anytime. They tried to fix the wifi router in front of our room for a better signal. There was a rat in my room at night, making some noise crawling and coming down from curtain trying to get some snack on the desk. It was the most horrible thing! The water in shower room was really slow. It took me like more than hour to finish showering. The cleanliness need to be improved. The wifi wasn’t really good enough to connect in all areas especially in our room.

• Oliver (8/5): Perfect location right at the front specially for day trips and trips out diving - Room was very large, largest room we stayed in throughout our travels in Philippines. Can see the sea and sunset from our room. Bed was huge and very comfy. Right at the front of the main town centre but set forward enough that you don’t get the noise of the busy streets. Walk straight into any your or dive trip Wasn’t a great supply of water to the shower but I assume this is an island / destination issue not exactly the hotels fault.

Probably they live under the floor which was elevated. Also a big part is outdated. Bed is uncomfortable. All in all a place not to go to.

• Raquel (5/5): Passable - It was very close to the dock for our tour, to bar, restaurants, and grocery stores. There are too many steps in the room, which may cause tripping and fall. There was a rat in our room. We had crackers at the table, and then at the middle of the night, I heard a noise when I opened the flashlight from my phone towards the table it was a big rat. Told the staff at the concierge, and she just said because the hotel is very close to the old market and didn't even do anything or even apologize. The water in the shower runs very slow, and the faucet was so wobbly.

The tub is a good plus, especially after a long day of island hopping.. It lacks of cleanliness and the water pressure wasn’t the best..
• Roz (8/5): Great value for money, loads of space - Room size was amazing with a sofa, massive bathroom and loads of hanging space Not everything worked completely! Bed was rather hard. Very noisy outside but we wanted to be near the port area so kind of expected it.
