• Thomas (8/5): Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage, bequeme Betten. - Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es hat von allem etwas. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und ist in Laufdistanz von anderen Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichskeiten entfernt. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Die Badetuchstange hinter der Glastüre zur Dusche ist etwas fehl am Platz. Etwaiger Lärm vom Gang war im Zimmer zu hören, war letztendlich kein Problem. Es gibt nur ein Lift, da ist manchmal etwas warten angesagt oder das Treppenhaus benutzen.

• Martin (8/5): - Leider eine grosse Baustelle neben an den Tag über, in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Es gibt aber einen Gutschein für ein Getränk als Entschädigung.

• Barbara (8/5): Ich habe mich da wohl gefühlt und würde dieses Hotel sofort weiterempfehlen!..... - Das Zimmer einfach jedoch geschmackvoll eigerichtet und sauber. Beim Buchen ohne Frühstück reserviert - jedoch dann am Morgen spontan doch Lust darauf.... War kein Problem und sehr lecker.....!

Es wird an alles gedacht! Die Zimmer sind schlicht eingerichtet-modern und toll geräumig! Es ist alles vorhanden! Toll geführt! Danke für diese Erfahrung! Schön gibt es noch diese Hotels!

• Michael (8/5): - Very friendly staff, clean and well maintained, and great bar. This is a gem of a small hotel. Found by accident as I couldn't get a place in Baar, but this is a great hotel. The only point is that it is near the train line, so if you stay on the rear of the property it can be noisy...but that is the same with a lot of hotels in the area. I will definitely use again.

• TiborM_12 (10/5): nice surprise in all aspects - stayed one night, wanted something close to our Zug office, and this looked okeish at a reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised not only by the services in general, but I think I saw the best covid handling so far. To start the personnel I think is reduced, all the more impressive how the lady at the front desk was also covering the bar & restaurant. Dinner was above expectations (I at least thought will be given an option between 2 or 3 basic dishes, nope, they have a full menu, I think 12-15 options), we were 7 or 8 people, well distanced, and as I mentioned the lady was handling it very nicely, friendly and quickly. To be honest she did mix up my order a bit, but to my advantage, si I will not complain, ended up with a delicious veal stew. Really outstandingly done. Breakfast, also very well thought, with pre-portioned cheese or cold cuts platters for individual use, fresh bread buns are brought personally to the table, so no multiple people cutting the same bread with the same cloth and knife as in other places. Eggs in different shapes can be ordered. The room is super clean and the bed, I would say top 3 in my hotel life, perfect firmness, super clean sheets (that were not noisy at the same time, as in other hotels/reviews from me :-)), modern and super clean bathroom. No fridge is the only small minus, but let's remember : this is a 3* hotel officialy. Hats off !
• Eve-Marie (10/5): Sehr zufrieden - Das Hotel war sehr "corona-konform" und die gebotenen Leistungen entsprachen unseren Vorstellungen. Das Personal war zudem sehr nett und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das einzige was es noch geben dürfte, wäre Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer.

Freundliches Personal. Gute Parkmöglichkeit in hauseigener Tiefgarage. Gegenüber auf anderer Straßenseite hervorragendes Restaurant, das auch vom Hotel empfohlen wird.

Special mention about Front Desk staff Sara D'anna who was single handed at the desk serving superbly with smile at all times. Very efficient and multi functional. • Oliver (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt - Zimmer ist geräumig und schön. Auch das Badezimmer sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Die Produkte sind frisch zubereitet und die Auswahl mit versch. Aufschnitt, diversen Käsesorten, Fruchtsalat, Birchermüesli und Rührei wirklich toll. Auch viele Brotvarianten sowie grosse Auswahl an Getränken. Auch der Empfang sehr effizient und ausserordentlich freundlich.
• div106 (10/5): Comfortable stay - We stayed at Hotel Arcade for a night. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the city with a magnificent view of the landscape. The rooms were huge. Ours was next to the huge terrace which made it private and comfortable.
