Ankita (3/5): - It’s okay The staff lacked ownership and managerial responsibility. Everyone seemed to be doing only their own tasks without any coordination. When we informed the receptionist that the kitchen was not picking up calls, the response was simply to “try again,” which shows a lack of basic hospitality. No one seemed concerned about guest experience. We had also called in advance regarding checkout and requested them to be prepared, but even after reaching, it was not ready for 15 minutes, and we had to wait another 15 minutes despite having a flight to catch. The staff showed no urgency or accountability.

There is no welcome... we waited for almost half an hour at reception for someone to pick our luggage... the staff was looking at each other helpless... ultimately we had to carry our own luggage to room.... no one to escort you to room. 2. Pool was not clean after repeated request someone came but again the person has no idea how to clean . Not any in house activities for kids 3. Very overcharged food... They even charge for ice cubes 4. Breakfast which was complimentary did not have much options and the timings they change to their discretion we got an abrupt call stating it's till 10.00 am only although in menu it's written till 10.30am
