• Baba (2/5): - 安いなりのホテルです。 ツインのホテルを予約したのにダブルの部屋に通されそうになったので、予約画面を見せながら説明したらどうにかツインに通してもらいました。 本当に安く済ませたいならいいホテルなのかもしれません。

• Micaela (2/5): - I had a disappointing experience during my one-night stay at this hotel. The hallway lighting was quite dim, which made the area feel unwelcoming. When I arrived, the bathroom floor was wet, and there was a noticeable smell, possibly coming from the toilet. I also saw what appeared to be mold in several areas of the bathroom. The mirror was unclear due to smudges, and the bathtub didn’t seem properly cleaned. I noticed exposed wall plug outlets in the room, and the bedding was not comfortable. The pillows didn’t look fresh, and the blanket was very thin. The bed was made by pushing two single beds together, which wasn’t ideal for a restful sleep. There were also visible marks on the walls. When I asked to move to another room, the staff was unfortunately not able to assist. Overall, I didn’t feel comfortable and had a restless night, which affected my trip. Based on my experience, I would personally not choose to stay here again.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - According to Naver map, this place is actually a motel. The check-in process relied on paper work, and during my check-in, the counter staff simply asked me to point at my name on the list without checking my passport, thus accidentally marking the name of another booker who would leave a day earlier than I would. The subsequent misunderstanding, though eventually cleared up, ruined the last night of my stay. Almost all the plugs of my room provided no electricity, and the only plug that worked required a specific angle for power connection. Besides, there was hair on the towel (didn't use it at all, so the hair ain't mine). The only thing that satisfied me was the proximity to the Beomnaegol station.
• mauro (4/5): Meglio trovare altro - La camera non è male, la posizione vicino al centro facilità gli spostamenti. Ma in camera ho sofferto davvero il freddo, una cosa mai vista. Non c’è nemmeno un secchio dove buttare la spazzatura. Non ci tornerei mai.
• Jessica (4/5): - Stayed in a room with a double and twin bed, the twin bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t have a proper blanket. Asked the staff for a blanket but they refused to give one. Didn’t even have proper towels or toiletries available…not worth the money.

• Paul (6/5): Could do better - I made an all-paid reservation for 3 people, but on arrival was forced to pay an additional fee. The man working the counter basically said if it was an issue I should bring it up with expedia. Also the room had a mildew stench and was lacking a third set of towels, and the type of bathroom mess kit that is common among motels in Korea.
• Heewon (10/5): 아주 만족스러웠던 호텔25h 2호점 - 가성비 최고의 호텔입니다. 5일간 출장왔는데 교통도 좋고 편안하고 추천드립니다 많은 곳들이 호텔이라고 해놓고 모텔같은 눅눅함을 보여주는 호텔이 많아서 저는 유로이든 무료이든 조식이 되는, 조식 식당이 있는 곳을 우선적으로 고려합니다. 코로나땜시 조식은 없었지만 조식이 되는 식당이라 하기에 예약했지요 호텔25h 2호점 코로나때문에 저렴해진 가격에 대한 만족도도 있었지만 제가격이라 할지라도 부산에 이만한 가격의 호텔이면 아주 만족스럽습니다 방이 일단 환하고 넓직하고요, 욕조따로 샤워부쓰따로 있는데 욕조가 4인가족 다 누워서 물장구치고 놀만큼 큼직합니다 하얀색 침대보에 폭안기는 하얀색 이불도 마음에 들고요 근처에 또 아주 유명한 돼지국밥집도 있어요 (50년할매국밥) 다음에 또 출장오면 여기에서 묶을까합니다

• Verified traveler (8/5): 25 Hours in Busan - Made a mistake finding the hotel, I first went to the one that is in Seomyeon but they told me it's not this one! You should be aware that it is about 10 minutes taxi ride from Seomyeon when you book this one. Anyway, I went there and the lady told me that it is not possible to check-in before 4.00pm (even though the room might be ready). So you have to leave the luggage and wait. Apart from that, nice comfortable room. My boiler was not working but the lady replaced it instantly.

• Tilde (2/5): - The pictures are terribly misleading. This is a run down hotel with very few redeeming features. Air con was broken, massive holes in the walls, shower flooded room, window didn’t lock, door was left unlocked after they cleaned, unprofessional situation at front desk, heavy stained mould in the shower...I could go on. We left and booked into another hotel as soon as we saw our door was unlocked.

• GI (6/5): - 由於是凌晨機, 到達酒店只是早上9時, 但CHECK-IN要下午5時, 前台說要多收W25000就可以即時入住, 另外每天都有人打掃, 不過床單有點髒, 有污漬, 第二晚睡覺時身體都痒痒的, 立即要求全換床品, 之後就沒事了~ 房間燈光太暗, 幸好有個大窗戶, 也比較通爽, 整體都算可以的.但到了最後一晚, 酒店在電梯口只放了一張紙, 說那天開始要維修, 會沒有電力提供, 要我們轉到隔壁的酒店入住, 連前台都全拆了很突然!! 我們就到隔壁問了, 說第二天我們CHECK OUT, 所以不用轉酒店也可以...... 期間電力都沒問題的, 只是感覺很不安全, 因為應該整幢樓都沒幾房人在住吧? 前台又沒人, 大門住了幾天也沒有鎖的! 一按自動門就可以進去.... 安全問題做得不好!

• Verified traveler (2/5): 令人失望的服務與不舒服的住宿經驗 - 優點就是飯店離地鐵站很近，走路5分鐘不到就可以抵達，洗澡水量大，熱水足夠。 缺點是房間裡面無法自行調整溫度，非常冷，暖氣不足，在韓國的飯店裡這樣的情況很少見，通常都是開的很溫暖。被子很薄很薄，床墊也舊，躺的算勉強，整個睡得令人不舒服。 服務人員的服務品質很不一定，有的態度很親切，但有的卻表面裝親切，一旦遇到問題就擺臭臉。 另外最讓人失望的是，網路訂房時，因系統出現問題，有重覆訂房的狀況，櫃檯人員不幫忙處理，請我自己連絡Hotel.com。但是回到台灣後與Hotel.com人員連絡多次的結果是，服務人員熱心的以電郵聯繫飯店好幾次了，但該飯店人員不回覆郵件，數次聯繫的電話中也只表示要用電郵聯繫，之後再打電話就不接了。令人無語，完全不推薦！！

Large bed, but I was quite cold at night as there were only sheets available in the room. A thicker duvet was available from reception at a small additional charge. Hotel around backstreets and not on a main road but I felt safe as a solo female and don’t have any problems. Recommended!

• Abdul Rahim (8/5): Good stay at 25 Hour Hotel - Location is convenient to many places as the subway is just a couple of minutes walking distande to hotel. Hotel is warm enough in winter.
• Chun-Chung (10/5): 性價比極高的住宿旅館 - 離地鐵站六號出口非常近，一上來就可以輕易抵達！地點距離西面站僅有一站，沒有鬧區的喧囂，卻也可以輕易享受逛街的樂趣！

• KA MAN (10/5): - This hotel is excellent in all aspects but not for the room feature design. The design is a little bit uncomfortable for me who don’t enjoy vintage and dull lighting.

• Yiee (8/5): - 交通非常方便，凡內谷地鐵站6號出口出來往後走，一個轉角走路不用一分鐘就到了（而且重點是6號出口還有電梯～～～）周邊兩側一共有兩家便利商店所以想吃吃喝喝買點宵夜也很方便，櫃檯人員服務態度非常優，很有耐心（櫃檯服務有24小時，可英文溝通）唯一就是房間整理得沒有道非常乾淨就是了（但還可以接受）總之，綜合它的價位及方便性，推！
• みー (8/5): - トリッ⚪ドッ⚪comで予約していたホテルが前日に急にキャンセルになっていた。お知らせはメールだけ。それを現地で気づき慌ててホテルを当日予約。。。焦りました。。。 西面駅の1つ先の駅で駅から徒歩1分。コンビニも近くに3件くらいあり、とても便利でした！ 部屋も広く綺麗でした。お風呂もシャーワーに加え浴槽(ジャグジー着いてるけど使えない)もありました！昔ラブホテルだったのかなぁ〜という感じです。 1つ不思議だったのが、1日目はベッドメイキングに入っていましたが2日目は無かったです。。。何でなのかは分かりませんが、タオルだけ交換してくれれば問題無かったのでとくに、不便では無かったです！！
• Christian Choi (8/5): - Meget lækkert hotel i lokalområde uden atraktioner men tæt på metro. Man skal forberede sig på at der ikke er noget at lave ved hotellet.
• AKIKO (10/5): 満足しました！ - 17時からのチェックインにもかかわらず、早めに入らせて頂き外も暑かったので、大変嬉しかったです。受付の方も日本語話せる方もいたりと、何も不自由なく過ごせました。掃除等はありませんでしたが、足りない備品はフロントに言えば貰えましたしごみばこを外に出しておけば捨ててもらえたので良かったです。場所も、駅から近いのでとても便利でした。4日間、快適に過ごせて楽しい思い出ができました！また、渡韓した際はお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました！
• Jin (6/5): 위치만 좋아요 - 지하철, 버스 가까이 있어서 접근성만 좋아요. 후기 보니 청결도가 떨어진다고 했는데 그때마다 사람이 부족해서.. 제가 입실했을때에도 사용하고 남은 얼굴 마스크팩이 벽에 붙어있고 마리카락만 30 개정도 찾은거같아요. 방을 바꿔주지는 않고 청소하시는 아주머니 보내셔서 하시는말씀이 오늘 일하는사람 한명이 않와서 바빠서 그랬다고. 이집 단골 래퍼토리 인가봐요. 벽에 곰팡이 제거좀 하셔야 할거같구요 욕조는 그냥 폼으로 보세요 사용하다 병걸릴것같이 더러워요. 프론트에 사람 항상 없어요. 필요하신거 잇으심 보이실때 다 요청하세요
• Crystal (10/5): 酒店店員超好 - 位址超級方便，凡內谷站6號出口，行5鐘就到。而且店員超級Nice, 每天早上都問我們要不要room cleaning ，而且讓我們提早check in...
• DAEUN (10/5): 조용, 교통, 시설 굿 - 조용하고 위치가 좋았습니다.
• jong hyun (8/5): 대체로 무난 - 연식이 되는 모텔인지라 소음 문제가 조금 있으나 그외는 만족...
• Janet (10/5): Convenient location - Nice and neat hotel. Very convenient location with just 3 mins from the subway.
• JR (4/5): Not again... - The room is spacious but the condition was poor. We saw room tiles fall off and left at the corner, floor dirty, bed sheet dirty - More than 5 times that we found hairs on the bed sheet and in our opinion it’s possible that it’s come from different owners and different part of the body! You can imagine. Basement Parking lot is small, so if you happen to stay here we recommend parking at the outdoor parking opposite the hotel, just that you need to leave the car key at reception.
• chiaying (8/5): Hot water - Overall it's not bad, only one thing I want to mentioned is abt shower, the water isn't too hot when u shower at nite, and feel cold. Other than that, it's all good.

• Christine (10/5): Comfy hotel.. - The room is big and very comfortable.. It is also very clean and neat.. It is really very peaceful at night so u can have a good night rest.. There is an elevator in the hotel so don’t have to worry about carrying the luggage up to the room..
• Emma (8/5): - Accessible location within 2 minute walk of metro. Room was very large and extremely comfortable. Daytime staff spoke very limited english and did not inform us of the breakfast times so missed breakfast all of the days we were staying. Would stay again (especially since we now know the times).
• Tonisia (8/5): Comfortable stay - With a little maintenance it would be a great hotel. Breakfast wasn't anything great. Ran out of breakfast food before services stopped. Paid for the upgraded room with a spa tub that didn't work. Another couple's spa tub also didn't work.
• Alex (10/5): - Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room. A little bit further from Nampodong, but easy access to subway and good value

• Micheal Tan (8/5): Near the train station just 5 min walking. - Just need to improve the light because some light bulb was not working.
• Min (2/5): Horrible stay so far - The receptionist tends to be in the room behind the reception counter, I believe he monitors the cctv in there. I waited for like 15 mins after my arrival for him to show up. And, I got assigned a room higher level, no comment initially. Once settled down and relax, I went it the bathroom, the first sight was great, acceptable, and there it came to me a really…speechless…. Foul smelling odor, like urea and something organic’s decaying from nowhere (I suspected the air ventilation system). I couldn’t take it, went down to the counter and requested to change my room, and I got the room next to it, went up, checked, looked fine, smaller but ok, as long as I can get rid of the smell I’m cool with it. The next morning, the same smell resurfaced, I even can smell it on the bed. speechless, know what, I tried my every best not to use the bathroom, just hold myself tight as possible to the washroom in either station or shopping mall. I tried opening the window, turning on air conditioning, and sprayed mosquitoes spray provided at every corner in the bathroom, hoping it makes the odor gone, no, it didn’t work at all. Horrible experience, I felt like I was trapped in some horror house for some dreadful game, I saw dark color walls, dimmed light, dark corridor, weird & uncomfortable paintings on the wall, and foul urea smell around me. Luckily I made the cut and comment.
• Eunice (10/5): Convenient and clean hotel - The hotel is very close to the train station. There is a lift so we don't have to carry our luggages up the stairs to the rooms. The room is clean and of comfortable size. The place has heater, including the bathroom and toilet seat. Good for winter season.
• Ka Po (6/5): convenient hotel - it was good on the first two day, aarge and clean bedroom. But my bedroom door didn't lock after the housekeeping service on the third day. It really scared me. Luckily,there were nothing lost
• Yoke Chang (6/5): - Convenient location but will be better if dining area was available (at night)
• Dream catchers (4/5): Conveniently located close to subway - Hotel receptionist speak very poor English, often have to use hand gesture and google translate. But still they do their best to accomodate our request. The interior be it lobby or lift or walkway from lift to room was all painted in black, doesn't look pleasant. Good thing is the room was very big with giant TV, suitable for travellers with huge luggage. Every room equip with high speed wi-fi and PC with cable internet, but the mouse was not functioning. Toilet sliding door was poorly maintain, does not close tightly, water tends to splash out and flood the whole area. House keeping was not done daily, have to inform receptionist to do it every morning.
• Eddy (6/5): Good for short trip stay - Hotel room is big. Room come with a bath tub, and computer as well. Counter staff don't speak English but will still try their best to assist. Notice that they don't have daily housekeeping. Will need to inform them to do housekeeping. Otherwise near to metro and walking distance (10mins) to Seomyeon district.
• H (6/5): Nice hotel near the metro station - It's near the metro station . However the room is a bit dark. And the room we stayed has no clothes hanger for us to hang up our towel.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 2 Different locations - Just would like to remind any other guests there are 2 locations of this hotel named 25 hours hotel. This did not effect my rating just wanted to inform others.
