• jacek (9/5): Zaskakująco przyjemne miejsce - Lokalizacja, klimat dzielnicy, bliskosc kolei i stacji metra, oferfa pubów, restauracji, otwartosć ludzi, ciekawa architektura. Domy otoczone zielenią. Bardzo dobre miejsce wypadowe stosunkowo blisko do Nothing Hill, muzeów, Parków. Na.miejscu też.warto spedzic wieczór. Moze duży ruch na drodze przecinającej dzielnicę, za.malo przestrzeni publicznych typu parki, zielone skwerki, boiska.

• Charlotte (7/5): - Charlotte Guest House se situe dans un quartier sympathique, à moins de 5 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de métro West Hampstead, qui permet de facilement retrouver des endroits incontournables du centre ville, notamment car elle se situe sur la Jubilee Iine. Les petites maisons victoriennes sont charmantes, et même si la décoration mériterait un bon coup de modernité, la propreté et le confort étaient au rendez-vous. Pour Londres, c'est un bon rapport qualité-prix. Les équipements pourraient être plus modernes

• Amanda (8/5): A comfortable, reasonably affordable stay - We were in town for a festival, so we just needed somewhere to sleep and shower. The location was good, just next to underground and overground stations with lots of cafes and shops nearby. Everything was very clean. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Considering how late we booked, I can't fault the price. Overall a very nice stay. Please consider changing your pre-check-in message to make it clear you can pay on arrival. The bed was a little sunken in the middle. The room got very warm, even with the window open.

Omfattande renovering pågick som dock inte störde så mycket men påverkade vistelsen. Inga handdukar på toaletten då vi anlände. All kontakt via nätet sker via en AI med alla enfaldiga responser detta inbegriper. Personalen var där under dagtid och var trevlig.

Location is good to get into city and not too far to walk to the station, nice bars, cafes, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Bedding could be upgraded, firm bed. Upgrade to seats and ottoman too.

My only concern was damaging the furniture with hot cup even though it probably had a protective coating. Coasters would have been useful. I felt the cost was slightly expensive. • Michał (8/5): - Pokój był przytulny, pomimo bezpośredniej bliskości torowiska nie było głośno od zewnętrznej części. Można było spać spokojnie (a jestem bardzo wrażliwy na hałasy). Wielkim plusem jest łazienka - przestronna kabina prysznicowa, porządny odpływ, przemyślany design, sensowne półeczki i stabilny poziom ciepłej wody. Przede wszystkim bardzo czysto, a to pierwsze co sprawdzam i czego się obawiam zawsze tam, gdzie nocuję. Pomocny personel, odpowiedzi na pytania zadawane przez WhatsUpp otrzymywałem bardzo szybko. Spokojna okolica nawet po zmroku, zaraz przy obiekcie jest świetna knajpa, idealna na śniadanie, a w Charlotte postarali się, by goście mieli tam duży rabat. Nieopodal stacja metra, wygodny dojazd do miasta i na lotniska Luton i Stansted. Jeżeli dbamy o budżet, to naprawdę warto się tu zatrzymać. Przydałoby się nieco lepiej wygłuszyć pokoje, bo w zależności od tego na jakich trafimy gości w pokojach obok czy nad nami, może się zdarzyć, ze będzie ich dość mocno słychać (u mnie taka sytuacja była krótko i jednorazowo, więc nie cierpiałem : )) Poza tym brak uwag.

• Jana (10/5): Gerne wieder! - Die Bahnstation West heamsted ist nahe dran, man hat alles mögliche an Restaurants in der Nähe. Nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Waschsalon, Frühstücks Läden oder Bäckereien. Wir hatten ein eigenes Bad und in dem Zimmer war auch eine kleine „küchenzeile“ mit Spülbecken Kühlschrank Wasserkocher und Toaster. Das Zimmer war absolut super und für den Zweck perfekt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war super easy. Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden

• Raul (10/5): Sin duda volvería - No tuve contacto con las personas de recepción pero la comunicación fue muy buena durante toda la estancia, si llegas después de las de las 17:00 hrs te comparten las indicaciones para que recojas las llaves y hacer el check in, a 300 mts tienes estación del tren para ir hasta el aeropuerto de Gatwick y estación del metro que te lleva directo al palacio de Buckingham y todo mucho más barato que un uber, A 150 mts hay 2 supermercados donde puedes comprar cosas escenciales y puedes encontrar un paquete de comida por £4 básico pero saca del apuro. Si buscas comodidad y un cuarto amplio esta opción no es para ti, en mi caso solo llegaba a dormir

• Monika (10/5): Wspaniałe kilka dni spędzone w Londynie. Planujemy powtórkę:) - W Lola`s Bakery każdy znajdzie coś pysznego dla siebie do zjedzenia- na słodko i na słono, świeżo, zdrowo i smacznie. Nie chciałyśmy zaczynać dnia bez porannego posiłku w Loli. Nie przypominam sobie..:)
• Valentina (10/5): 10 e lode - Una delle migliori location dove sia stata a Londra. All'arrivo, ci hanno fatto spontaneamente un upgrade e la camera era già pronta ben prima dell'orario di check in. La camera era super pulita e davvero accogliente. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere qualunque destinazione. Inoltre, se si arriva da Stansted, comodissimo il National Express. La camera è stata rifatta ogni giorno, ci hanno anche cambiato gli asciugamani (cosa non scontata) e rimesso il caffè solubile che consumavamo ogni mattina. Staff gentile e disponibile. Colazione scontata nella vicina bakery, molto buona!

Nos habria gustado que nos avisaran que estaban remodelando y se escucha cuando pasa el tren pero no es incomodo.

Sie haben sich dafür entschuldigt, dass es am Tag laut werden könne, weil sie Renovierungsarbeiten machen. Das war kein Problem! Absolut rücksichtsvoll von den Zeiten, hat überhaupt nicht gestört! Super schönes Haus, schönes Zimmer und prima Badezimmer. Sehr sauber!

• Giulia Giraudo (8/5): Really impressive but a few little fixes would make it even greater. - West Hampstead is really nice, you got local supermarkets and independent coffee shops as well (i.e. Lola's bakery for breakfast, really good, healthy, yet expensive even with the guest house discount). 20 mins from Swiss cottage, Frognal stations on the parallel High Street with major supermarkets. The area is really nice and safe. Easy to walk to Hampstead Heath and even Central London if you got the time (I'm a hiker/walker so everything's walkable to me, lol). I'm low maintenance as well, so single room was enough for me, might be small for others. Cleaning ladies were the sweetest and always asked if I needed anything more or changed. The external bathroom is private, for some reason it's advertised as shared but it's not, it's all yours! So that was great! Looked brand new as well, super clean, great shower pressure and heat. The tea making supplies and mugs and teaspoons were very clean. Most places you get the old tea stains cause they're not washed properly but not these ones! The bedroom door is very loud, could use some DW40 on the hinges. Since the bathroom is outside if you need to go in the late evening or night it feels a bit awkward to make all that noise, especially when the other room is right next to you. The bedsheet had red/brown small stain right in the middle but it did look washed over and over so... It was clean, but you know what I mean, it's a red/brown stain nonetheless. The room sink got stuck and wouldn't unblock. But the reception sent a handyman straight away to unblock it, so kudos for that! It wasn't a fix as even he couldn't get it to work properly so I was just told not to block it... fine, I could live with that. I was there for almost 2 weeks and I don't think my room was ever hoovered. Yes, I did say I didn't need anything most of the time, but the couple of times I put the sign out to redo the room, the hoover was never used. Being below the roof and quite hot I would keep the roof window open and being very windy some dust and dirt would fly in so it would have been nice to have it hoovered over the 13 days i was there.

• Luigi (8/5): Great location - Very comfortable room, exactly as shown in the photos. There was enough space for all of us (4 adults). The host provides to give you all the information in a smart and kind way via Whatsapp. Great location with lively restaurants and bars in the evening, yet still quiet at night. Excellent transport links nearby, making it easy to get around London. There are only some suggestion about the service: Firstly, the towel supply was insufficient and the cleanliness could be improved. Secondly, the double bed should have a larger duvet, as the current one felt undersized - more like a king-single size than a proper double. Thirdly, it would be great to have a blackout curtain on the garden. You can see inside the room from the outside. Lastly, Lola's Bakery is fine but 25% discount isn't enough and the waitresses weren't enthusiastic to use it.
• Kaylab (4/5): - The location was very convenient and suited what we were doing. The room was clean and spacious with a decent size desk and good shower. When we arrived, there was no key or code for the front door. I pinged the owner but received no response. The property was covered in scaffolding and the builder next door knew the code so we were able to enter the building. When we got to the second floor room, it was like a sauna and there was no control for the air conditioning unit and opening the windows simply allowed in the sound of Thameslink trains, from the platform which is just behind the house. The owner did come by the following day with a control. The bed was against the wall with a very soft mattress that was impossible to get comfortable on. The kitchen does not have a glass or a bowl, simply two flat plates and two sets of cutlery.

• Pedro (7/5): - La zona es muy tranquila y hay un Tesco cerca para poder comprar comida. También hay algún restaurante para comer cerca. En Lola's Bakery hacen un 25% de descuento hasta las 9:30 a.m. por ser huéspedes. Está bien ubicado, la parada de Underground más cercana es West Hampstead (Zona 2 de TfL) lo que hace que esté bastante bien comunicado. La habitación es pequeña y por eso falta espacio de almacenamiento (algún armario). El baño compartido, a no ser que no se aloje nadie más, puede ser incómodo; nosotros no tuvimos ese problema. La cama no es del todo cómoda, el colchón es muy blando y se hunde mucho, además que es pequeña también.

• Elisabetta (9/5): È già la seconda volta che tornoo - È già la seconda volta che ci ritorno e mi trovo benissimo. Belle le camere, il quartiere super fornito con tanto di metro che di porta diretto alla fermata Westmister, London Bridge ecc. Anche la stazione dei treni (c è il diretto per Gatwick anche) sempre nel quartiere. Vi consiglio di chiedere alla struttura di soggiornare nella struttura vicino a Lola's (dove si fa colazione), molto più bella quella strada ma cmq tutto il quartiere merita . Camera stavolta leggermente piccola ma cmq funzionale (la numero 11). Ho soggiornato anche nella n. 10 che è molto più grande.

Il quartiere e’ pieno di bei localini in cui mangiare e supermercati Il treno passa a pochi metri sul retro, le pareti sono molto sottili, si sente ogni piccolo rumore dei vicini di camera, ma nulla di cosi grave.

Payment method only possible by a link sent on WhatsApp if checking in after 5pm. Rude people on the chat around 2pm wasn’t understanding of the issue at all and didn’t provide the expected level of service. Very unhappy with this person!
