Guest Reviews
- Kevin (6/5): Pleasant -
- Bruno (9/5): Superb -
- Jumanne (9/5): Superb -
- Larry (4/5): Beutiful but please do some minor repairs - Location and design State of disrepair. Some manager should take time to carry out small and minor repairs, fans not working, headboards falling, sockets falling, naked wires.....
Very beautiful hotel, nice design good location but guess the team managing should invest time in inspecting rooms.
- Kamil (1/5): drama - rwcep didn't get it, they didn't know what booking.com was, they tried to raise the price because the price I said (from booking.com) according to them didn't exist, dramatic service, check-in took 45 minutes
- Benji (10/5): Exceptional -
- Suleiman (10/5): Exceptional -
- Suleiman (8/5): Very good -
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional - Great stay with a lovely breakfast. Friendly staff.
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional - Good value for money. Great breakfast and friendly staff.
- Ahmed (8/5): - Clean, convenient, reasonable pricing, courteous staff
- Temba (9/5): My stay was fantastic, with beautiful views and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere throughout. - I had a wonderful stay at your hotel..The property is well-maintained, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere, the town view☺️and it made my stay so relaxing. I look forward to returning😉
- Tefera (8/5): Very good -
- Eric (7/5): Good - Breakfast was good and nice view There is no internet available in the rooms.
- Arwa (8/5): Very good -
- Stefano (8/5): Very good - I had a free transfer from the airport to the hotel with my booking. I contacted the property after the booking, texting them my flight details. They replied with the rates of the car. I replied that was included with the booking. Arrived at the airport there was no car waiting for me. I called the hotel and told them to send me a car. The car never arrived and i took a taxi by myself.
- Paschal (8/5): Staff are friendly but noises from the city are toublesome - The property is cool at the centre of the city but many noises
- Erhard (1/5): Avoid, terrible place - 3 days, no elevator, no wifi, staff is always lying, they keep saying it will be fixed tomorrow :)) just never saying which tomorrow.
The staff including the manager attitude is something I never experienced before. Extremely bad. Once you pay, the only things you can do is be quiet. Room, mattress, furniture is old, everything falling apart
- Erhard (1/5): Nightmare, avoid at all - Elevator not working, staff lying all time when will be fixed. Rooms are on 4-5th floor, wifi not working at all, rooms and sheets are dirty, the place is really run down. Staff leaving in a different planet, they never say the truth.
- Sharma (9/5): Overall, a really nice place to stay in the city centre - The property was near to the bus stand and as is showed in the app. The view from my room was beautiful. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff was very hospitable and polite They say they accept card payment and accept dollars but their card machine did not work. They did not have change when I wanted to pay by dollars.
The WI-FI does not work at all
- Adam (8/5): Very good -
- Leonardo (8/5): Very good - Very well located, close to the bus station. Staff is very nice. You cannot open the balcony door from the outside, we got locked out our room for a while
- Irena (7/5): OK - City center, near the station, very colorful place. After taking a step outside the hotel, you find yourself in the kingdom of chaos :) The breakfast is not bad, but if you come later you may not get food, but they respond to comments and try their best :) Bad WIFI signal, works only in the cafe and reception.
- Jarvis (8/5): A good stay - would stay again - The hotel has a good on-site restaurant. It is well located (although can be noisy as it is next to the bus station and a market). The Wi-Fi works well and the size of the room whilst a little small, is still good value. The check in was very slow. Staff didn’t seem confident in what they were doing which slowed things down. They also needed to see my booking confirmation and didn’t seem to be able to find this themselves on their system.
- Nadin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nabil (4/5): Disappointing -
- Grecu (8/5): Good location, a bit loud, would recommend though! - Nice place overall, big spacious room and clean. Breakfast was good and staff was helpful.
Location is pretty good, you are in the center of town basically, not too close but not to far from anything. Buses are right there and there’s a lot of shops and vendors around.. maybe too many! :) A bit loud because of the location, we used earplugs and slept ok, without it was a bit loud.
Not a lot of open space areas, only a few balconies located next to the restaurant area
- Bo (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Ahmed (2/5): Very poor -
- Valdambrini (10/5): Exceptional - I always stay at The Natron Palace Hotel in Arusha. Great value for money and the breakfast is excellent.....very big and I always have a Spanish omelete with my breakfast.
- Emmanuel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gérald (8/5): Very good -
- Yannick (5/5): Passable -
- Kathleen (4/5): Disappointing - We booked based on price as only needed a clean bed for one night during transit. Price was great. Bed was comfy. The shower was only 600 x600 corner base with a hand held wand. No floor mat. Slippery floor. Lot of street noise. Staff did not know process for final payment of extras and had our shuttle driver angry and frustrated by the delay.
- Patricia (6/5): Pleasant - It was clean and the bed was very comfortable There was no hot water in the shower and water spilled all over the bathroom floor. The hotel is located in a very busy street and there is a lot of noise until very late at night and starts very early in the morning and continues througout the entire day. There was no good vegetarian options for a meal at the hotel restaurant.
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant -
- Juliah (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sandra (8/5): Good - The staff was very friendly and the location is good. Everything you need is close. The room is big enough and the bed comfortable. The price is very good. The bathroom was very small and the shower is tiny. After a shower the whole bath was flooded because the shower base is too small.
- Sriram (1/5): Bad - The rooms that are two beds are smaller than the single bed rooms. Also no proper hot water no internet in any place in the facility works. They keep saying it works but it doesn't. Also sudden power outages even though it's not load shedding.
- Tatiana (8/5): Value for money is good - The best thing about the hotel is the location, very attentive staff.I stayed here because of the proximity to the bus to Dar Es Salaam. It is next to a bus terminal, and the noise was really constant 24 hours a day.
- Warindig (6/5): Homely Stopover - Value for money clean rooms and friendly service. The receptionist really assisted me get in touch with my team when the Internet was down. Cold showers - no matter how long we waited, it never warmed up.
Inoperational WiFi- for someone with no access to roaming services, that can be an inconvenience.
Room service can be better in the middle of night, it was difficult getting a hold of anyone at night in case of an emergency.
- Wayne (5/5): Okay for a short stay hotel - Staff were friendly and tried to help with my queries. A wide range of buses, taxis, bikes and bajajis were on hand to take you anywhere you want. A bit noisy given the location is right in the heart of town. Early morning crowds and buses make a lot of noise from about 5-6am so prepare yourself if you want a quiet lie in.
Wifi was inconsistent and unreliable
- Kerry-anne (8/5): Very good -
- Rachel (8/5): Very good -
- Benson (5/5): The hotel staff were great and helpful. The location was handy for shopping etc but tended to get noisy early in the mor - The staff were friendly and the price was fair The location tended to get a bit noisy. Especially late qt night and early in the morning. Also the internet was not reliable and the showers were tiny.
- Alex (9/5): Superb -
- Davvy (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sakayo (7/5): Good -
- Katharina (10/5): Exceptional - We had a super stay at Natron palace! They gave as a free upgrade to executive double room, which was super big, had a comfortable couch, big cupbords, desk, fridge and even a make up table for the ladys. The bed was really big and comfortable. The location is super central directly at the bus station, but therefore you hear some street noise.
The breakfast was super rich, they offered a lot. The bar is well equipped with plenty of drinks. The hotel stuff is very friendly.
We can totally recommend :)
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- Iamizac (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alice (9/5): Superb - Location was great. We had the Executive Double, I think it was called. The bed was actually a king size. The room was very spacious, had a/c, a refrigerator, coffee maker & sofa. The breakfast was very good also, with fruit & made to order eggs, with varied dishes for sides. It was a great place to relax for 3 nights.
- Vadym (8/5): Very good -
- Vadym (6/5): Pleasant -
- Iryna (10/5): Exceptional - · I really liked it, I recommend it, a very humane hostess, she allowed me to leave my bag until the next guests arrived))) I really appreciate it.
- Florian (1/5): Ignored me, took my money - Tried to reschedule. They decided to ignore and keep my money.
- Iamizac (7/5): Good -
- Soo (6/5): Ok for few nights stay as central location but room in need of upgrading and noisy area. - Location is good as quite centralised and bus terminal is right almost downstairs! Have restaurant with good food. Room is quite old and some furniture falling apart. Shower very small so water gets everywhere. It is bustling and crowded from day to night as shops and bus terminal downstairs. Stay only if you do not mind noise.
- Simon_nh (9/5): It was an excellent stay for the price. - Wi-Fi is good. The location is excellent, it’s close to the bus station. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant was also nice. The TV in our room was very small and it didn’t work, but we didn’t mind. other than there is nothing to complain about.
- Katrin (4/5): there more better options near the bus station - very goof located, right by the bus station in Arusha. Friendly Staff, good food and service in the restaurants makes an old impression, linen and bathroom were not comfortable (mattress and pillows were not completely covered, somewhat unhygienic. Bathroom very small with old equipment, no warm water. I will not be back, sorry to say.
- Radhatz (7/5): Spacious and clean room. Helpful staff. - The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were accommodating and always smiling. I thank the manager for accommodating the late check-in without any charge and refunding the early check-out. Appreciate your help. I couldn't get wi-fi. It could have helped me as it was a business trip if I could get wi-fi.
- Nickson (4/5): Disappointing -
- Nganzi (8/5): good value for money - accessibility and good staff
- Eunice (6/5): Pleasant - The food was good, breakfast served on time and the staff are friendly The bathroom/toilet is very small. Making it very difficult to even take a shower and especially when you're a couple and would like to share the shower time.
- Covarelli (7/5): Good -
- Raimundas (8/5): Very good -
- Maurizio (10/5): Exceptional - Few money and very good room The way to put the bedshit
- Nganzi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Esther (6/5): I love everthing at the hotel with the exception of the washrooms, wifi the noise around because of - Staff reception was good The washrooms are too small. You can even turn yourself when having your bath. The position of the toilet bowl too was bad making you uncomfortable
- Nikolaos (1/5): TIRING ! - EVERYTHING ! The WOOOORST of all is that we couldn't sleep from the noise. The room is NOT soundproof , old-fashioned and the hotel is located over one of the most crowded streets. We could hear EVERYTHING till 02.00 am . DO NOT GO THERE ! You will NOT sleep during night. We slept 02.00 - 04.00 and from 04.00 again the roads went full and crazy from noise.
- Praxedes (7/5): Good -
- Elena (9/5): Balcony over the town is worth - Conveniently located by the bus station, it maybe noise, but the balcony and it's worth. Buffet breakfast is good. Wifi didn't work very good, but not sure if it's a problem of the hotel or the line.
- David (1/5): Bad -
- Kudakwashe (10/5): Excellent -
- Ali (8/5): Very good -
- Kelsang (7/5): good - laundry girls they nice 👍🏻 and the reception girl she is good . breakfast is okay ok location OMG 😳 too crowded
- Alexey (7/5): Good value for money - The room was good and big enough, the bathroom also fine. The bed - which is most important - was very good.
Breakfast is moderate, same as meals for dinner. The location - too much loud and dirty around.
- Julien (8/5): Very good -
- Nganzi (9/5): Superb -
- Charletie (7/5): Good - The place is very central. You can get around Arusha all within walking distance.
The breakfast was standard but tasty and served with love. Its located at a very busy spot. Very high noise level way up into the morning hours.
- Nik (8/5): Very good - Big room, comfortable mattress, very central location Some times there was noises from outside because of the location; very close to the central bus station
- Sofia (5/5): Cheap price. - It's very affordable the place and furnitures are very old. The hotel is located in a very busy city of town and it's very noisy.
- Nichole (9/5): Superb -
- Nahim (8/5): Very good -
- Nahim (8/5): Confortable - Location The water in the shower no enough hot
- Stuart (5/5): Passable - good value for money, good location, friendly staff dirty, very outdated, no proper shower, poor breakfast
- Anonymous (4/5): Not safety, good location. - I was going out from the room. Didn’t use the tv al all. Came back and found the tv working and the bed was different…
- Amine (1/5): Bad - The girl at the reception was very nice They gave us a room much smaller than what we booked
The manager that spoke to my wife was not friendly
- David (3/5): bad - in downtown not clean, noises, bad equipment, bad Wi-Fi.
- David (4/5): bad experience - The location. Noises from 5 AM to midnight. bad insulation. very difficult to sleep.
not clean and not well equipped even with the most expensive room.
WiFi not working.
- Adriana (7/5): Good - Location Quality of towels and bed clothes
- Aavo (7/5): Good -
- Sebastian (7/5): clean, central and simple. great for a just spending a night. - Nice and central location, very clean. have a decent restaurant that close late. perfect for a short overnight stay. staff in restaurant was nice. it’s a bit loud. the water heater didn’t come alive and there is the usual tourist prices in the restaurant.
when I booked the stay I chose “pay now” - turned out I didn’t pay at booking. that caused some confusion.
- Thinesh (2/5): Average hotel with misleading listing. - Good value in the centre of town. Things are all within walking distance ideal for a night stay. We booked for executive double room but none were given apparently if you book directly via booking.com. they told upgrade is possible if we extend our stay which we didn't. Also there is a 5% additional charges paying by credit card which isn't clearly communicated on their listing or when we checked in. Location wise it's near the hustle bustle of city centre, for us personally it was too noisy and we could hardly get any decent sleep.
- Shaun (8/5): Very good -
- João (6/5): Pleasant - The food from the restaurant was pretty good. We had a nice and cheap dinner. The staff was also very kind. The shower was a problem: the curtain was too far away from the shower so water got out. No bathing mat. I had hot water for about 3 minutes and even then it was very hard to regulate the temperature so I got both burned and also had a cold shower. Wi-Fi wasn't good. But the worst was the soundproofing. It felt as if my room was in the middle of the street and not the third floor with the windows closed. I could hear the conversations between the people on the street and I could hear my neighbours' TV. The windows were of no help, nor the curtains which also didn't work very well for the sunlight. Hard to sleep like that when the hotel is practically in the middle of the market and with the sound coming from the mosque(s).
- Mruttu (7/5): Good -
- Mark (8/5): Very good - Nice economy hotel at a good price.
- Kitonga (2/5): No power and no internet whole day... - Very basic breakfast.. not exciting What was promised on web not what was availed.
