- Lucy (5/5): - El personal estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos y colaborarnos El hotel es algo colonial y antiguo. Para alguien que busque comfort y modernidad no le gustará, el lobby es moderno pero las habitaciones son algo antiguas, tienen un poco de humedad y hace calor porque mantienen el aire apagado.

- Oscar (8/5): Conveniently located near the Santiago Monument in a central, cultural, and historic neighborhood wi - I like the location near the Santiago Monument, active nightlife, and busy streets. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The security staff definitely gets a thumbs up; they provided support with after-hours parking and made my visit feel very safe. The front desk host was quiet and reserved but did her job well. I do recommend that the hotel reviews its cancellation policy, as they only offer credit on a cancellation. Additionally, you have to request room service, but the amenities are in good condition. There was nothing negative that I disliked about my stay. The hotel is a great bargain for the price, so you cannot expect luxury, but the good staff makes the visit very pleasant. Everything was satisfactory for a short trip.

Pour un long séjour la personne peut avoir du mal a manger le meme menu. En plus la diversité n’est pas prise en compte car en 8 jours c’est toujours la viande du porc qui est dans les assiettes. Tenir de ceux qui ne mangent pas le porc.

El desayuno estuvo muy bien y la habitacion aceptable. Que si preparas la porción de cafe que te dejan en la habitación, tienes que pagarla al abandonar el hotel. Son centavos pero es mejor que te lo avise para que no sea sorpresa.

- Francisco (3/5): Decepcionante la falta de responsabilidad con respecto a instalaciones deficientes - La atención de la mayoría de los empleados A la llegada al hotel quisimos preparar café en la habitación. Tras poner agua y café en la cafetera comprobamos que no funcionaba. Llamamos a recepción y enviaron a una persona que simplemente nos confirmó que en efecto estaba estropeada. Acordamos con recepción que no nos cargarían el precio del café al no haberlo podido consumir. Sin embargo al realizar el "checkout", después de tenernos un tiempo injustificable esperando a que revisaran la habitación, nos pasaron el cargo del sobre de café abierto pero no consumido por no funcionar la cafetera. Si actúan así con lo intrascendente (apenas 50 pesos dominicanos) qué no harán con asuntos de mayor trascendencia. En definitiva una actitud totalmente decepcionante.

- Omar (10/5): Muy buen hotel, ubicación y servicio. - El servicio fue excelente. El personal muy amable. El servicio de desayuno muy bueno. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. La primera habitación que me llevaron, el servicio de TV no funcionaba. Algo que no se menciona en la página de booking ni en una que está en la web es que la piscina no está en funcionamiento, que si quería usarla y fue una de las razones que reservé ahí. Y el casino tampoco está en servicio porque está en remodelación también.
