- Carol (8/5): Nice place & a comparatively nice price. - It's a clean and well kept motel with a very nicely lighted parking lot that has a space for each room. Not the "Ritz", but it costs a whole lot less than a stay at the "Ritz". If we pass this way again we'll surely have this place as on the top of the list and stay again if there's a room available.

- Jason (6/5): What you pay is what you get. - It was nice for the price. You pay for what you get. It could use some serious renovations to both the interior and exterior. But, the staff was super friendly.

Con: Small room, management fails to replenish your toiletries as we stayed 4 nights with nothing more given to us after the first day and we were accused of overstaying until they checked their records. This can happen, but never given an apology. Lastly, their business card states HBO and Showtime available, but not true. Overall, I would stay here again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The two best things about this motel are the price and the location. There are numerous dining options all within a pleasant walk. The rooms are clean. I’ve stayed here numerous times and will be back.
- Fort (6/5): - The air conditioner unit was obnoxiously loud and prevented us from sleeping. Asked to change rooms at 530am and was asked if it had to be right now? My mothers response was YES RIGHT NOW, we'd like to get some kind of sleep befire graduation!!! The lady reluctantly switched us rooms. After this small hiccup, the rest of the stay was decent and accommodating for what we needed.
- George (8/5): - This is a classic, family run, motor court type motel. You park right in front of your room and the rooms are private with no hallways. The room is basic but clean. It is located in a safe area and there are lots of dining options close. For the money you can’t beat this motel. I will stay here again.

I have a 10 month old baby and am 32 weeks pregnant. I was in town for my husband's graduation from basic military training. The locals told me the hotels in Cache Rd are drug infested and unsafe. They all look rundown.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great place and affordable price - Very clean. Nice staff. Got there around 2am to check in and was greeted with a smile! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a clean/cheap place to stay.
- Monte (2/5): 6 months made a huge difference - I stay there 6 mos ago, it was friendly clean, reasonable. This time it was a mess. They had removed some light bulbs, only one trash can no hand towels cut corners at every step. the wife was absolutely rude, not just to us, but the people trying to check in ahead of us. Will NOT go there again, and certainly would NEVER recommend this place. Did get a hint as to the cause of the big turn around. The son mentioned that business had slowed way down the past 4-5 months as there were contracts being let, so few workers to need rooms. So these hospitality experts decided in order to preserve profits they would cut or eliminate almost all the things that people need, want, or expect in a motel room.

- Brian (4/5): Avoid if you can - Had to wait outside for quite a bit while I waited for the door to open to check on. Once in office was blistering hot with heater blowing right on me. Clerk was rude and had to ask to have room number and WiFi code written down. Room was dirty. Fridge had left over items from previous guests. Bed sheets had stains on and few outlets to plug in a laptop.

- Leah (10/5): 1st time in Lawton - To our surprise the rooms have been updated. They now have 26" inch flat screen tvs. The bathrooms are very clean and updated. The room with a kingsize bed was a very good sized room. Air worked great. Plenty of clean dresser storage. a a nice table with chairs. The only thing is DON'T FORGET YOUR WALL CHARGERS, yes some new tv's have a usb port but this one did not, so remember ;-). all in all very nice owners and nice clean motel in good central location.
