• Magali (10/5): Impeccable - Séjour d'une nuit au calme. Très bon accueil: le personnel est souriant et à l'écoute de nos demandes. La chambre est propre et bien agencée. Literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est varié avec des produits de qualité et une personne adorable pour nous recevoir. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

• MR R D (8/5): Modern canal-side location - This value-for-money hotel is worth considering. The rooms are modern, simple, clean and well-looked after. The staff are friendly. (This is also true for other hotels in the chain that I have used). Some potential guests might be put off that it is not located in the centre of the city but there is easy access to buses and the metro and some Carrefour supermarkets a short walk away. The advantage of being away from the city centre is that it is a relative haven of peace at night.

• Sophie (4/5): Moyen pour presque 100€ la nuit - Vieillissant, la serviette avait des tâches restantes. On m'a dit en partant quand j'en ai parlé qu'il y avait d'autres serviettes dans la chambre. Je ne les ai pas vues. Et puis c'est une fois qu'on sort de la douche qu'on a besoin d'une serviette si possible pas rêche et sans tâche.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Très mauvaise expérience - Séjour d'une nuit pour une escale à Toulouse. Initialement avis favorable sur l'hôtel... globalement propre, bien situé, avec du stationnement. Mais catastrophique côté relationnel... Le matin du départ à 9h, alors que je passe la porte de la salle de bain en tenue de nuit, on frappe à la porte 2 fois, je crois entendre "service". Je n'ai pas le temps de repondre, à peine le temps de pousser la porte de la salle de bain que la porte de la chambre est ouverte !! Cela ne m'est jamais arrivé dans aucun hôtel, cette expérience est des plus désagréables !! (Un autre membre de la famille dans une autre chambre, a eu la même mésaventure) Mission Impossible de rencontrer quelqu'un pour le chek-out pour dire de vive voix ce qui a gâché le sejour.... et je reste choquée de ces 2 secondes pour reagir à quelqu'un qui frappe à votre porte au réveil sous peine de se trouver en petite tenue face aux personnels d'entretien...

• bruce (10/5): Easy to get to once you find out the details. - Exit from Metro Canal du Midi, taking the exit stairway marked Hotel de Police (police station). Walk up THAT side of Boulevard de l'Embouchure past a pharmacy; B&B is marked up high (lighted sign). Or take Bus 70 from Jeanne d"Arc bus station (across street from Hotel le Clocher de Rodez), get off on 6th stop (Pont de Bearnais), which is soon after the Passarelle Haedens stop.) Canad de Midi metro station is closer than Compans Cafarrelli metro. If you might get there after 9pm (21:00) email them in advance for the passcode to get you in the front door, and into your room, and for your room number.
• noel (4/5): Rude manager, rude staff - We arrived at 2.30 very tired after long journey only to be told the room would not be ready for another 2 hrs. No apologies given. Then the room had a double and single bed despite me having specifically booked 3 singles as I was traveling with 2 teenage sons. We were told to get stuffed by the manager who would only sort another single bed if we paid her 70 euro extra. Room itself was as basic as a prison cell. I'll be looking elsewhere next time.

Front desk was one of the most helpful and friendliest I've encountered (thank you, Angela!) Accessible room was good for elderly parents. Good water pressure in the shower! Overall basic no frills hotel, good value.
• Peter (2/5): Tatty and disapponting - Staff were helpful and friendly enough but I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It had a tatty feel, facilities were very basic, to say the least and there were no tea making facilities in the rooms. Tea and coffee were only available through a vending machine in the lobby. My advice to those considering this hotel is to keep looking.
