• Sonia (4/5): Inadmissible - Arrivé un samedi j’ai réservé une chambre fumeur dans la soirée l’agent de sécurité viens nous prévenir qu’il faut ouvrir les fenêtres pour aéré cependant nous avons coopéré mais cet personne c’est introduit dans notre chambre et je n’est pas eu le temps de m’habiller alors mon mari énervé lui demande donc de sortir gentiment c’est alors que l’agent refuse nous étions dans une situation très gênante et irrespectueuse c’est inadmissible pourtant je suis une cliente régulière.

• Jérémy (8/5): Un peu déçu quand-même - Nous avons du changer 3fois de chambre, une fois la douche été cassée, l'autre la lumière marchais plus. Dans notre chambre finale la télévision ne captais pas une seule chaîne. Point également pas cool du tout le parking payant, 7e la nuit alors que ce n'est précisé nul part sur le site...

• BERNARD (6/5): Mauvaise pub du petit déjeuner!!!:( - Le petit déjeuner est venté jusque dans la salle de bain, avec photo dans toute la salle, avec un seul ingrédients viande, que est de la poitrine grillé, mais malheureusement, n’était pas présente en proposition a l'étalage !!!

• Justin (4/5): Find a closest and cleaner place to stay then here - The WiFi was spotty at best. The mattress was so thin you almost guaranteed to wake up with a sore back. The rooms was soo small. And the bathroom constantly smelled like sewer. Couldn’t take and even remotely long shower cause the shower would fill with water and you would have to shut it off to let the water drain out. Most of the staf tried to be friendly but one night I went and asked if they had 2 extra pillows and was told no.. that they only have enough for each room. Breakfast was good.. selection was pretty good.

• dawn (2/5): Keep looking for a better hotel!!! - Way too expansive for what we got. Not even soap in our room to wash your hands. One pillow on a queen size bed. The tv was a computer screen, and the bed was like sleeping on a board. So glad we only had to spend one night.

Not a safe neighborhood - I made a reservation for the B&B hotel in Asniers but a staff from the hotel called me few days before the opening day of the hotel and told me that the opening was postponed. So I had to find this hotel far from the centre of the Paris city and booked with the limited time and budget. At 10:30 in the MORNING I just walked out of the hotel and robbed on the way to the closest tram station(10 minutes walk). Luckily the other guy helped me to get out of the situation but my new expansive bag was torn. I reported it to the police. Police asked me why I chose this hotel in this neighborhood even though the neighborhood is not safe. How would I expect a robbery showing up at 10:30!!?? The hotel itself was good and very clean (but no hair drier) but it is NOT safe for single travelers at all.

JE N'AI D'AILLEURS PAS PRIS DE PETIT DÉJEUNER CAR VOTRE OFFRE EST LOIN D’ÊTRE EXCEPTIONNELLE MAIS SURTOUT PARCE QUE QUE LA SALLE N’ÉTAIT PAS PROPRE SOL TABLE. CETTE HOTEL MÉRITE UN VÉRITABLE COUP DE NEUF AVEC UN PERSONNEL PLUS IMPLIQUÉ SUR LA PROPRETÉ MAIS AU VU DE L'OUTIL QU'IL ONT JE PEUX COMPRENDRE. JE TIEN A PRÉCISER QUE JE SUIS UN CLIENT QUI DORS A L'HOTEL 1 A 2 FOIS PAR SEMAINE. CORDIALEMENT
• Alexandre (6/5): Outside of Paris... But ok - The hotel is kind of far from the center... You have to take a bus for 15 min..plus metro for 30 mins. The rooms are ok..but some smell of cigarettes. There are a few restaurants and bars around the hotel in that little neighbourhood nearby... It is ok for the price and Paris... A bit far though
• TexasJoe (2/5): - If you are planning on using this hotel to go see the city of Paris I’d strongly reconsider. This is so far from the city that the reduced cost will end up costing you more in taxi / Uber fees and if you are planning on using public transportation then it’s going to cost you more time than anything. If you are planning on being out late the buses that have nearby stops won’t be running late so public transportation is out of the question for you night owls!!! When I attempted to check in the person at the desk told me that the room hadn’t been paid for and told me I’d have to pay again right then at the desk. I had all my supporting documents that showed that I had already paid but they didn’t care and kept telling me to pay again. I asked to use their phone to call Travelocity (I didn’t have cell service at the time) but they told me I couldn’t use their telephone. Room ac was terrible. I notified the front desk. They said they would let the maintenance know but they never did. I went back to the desk the next day to tell them that the ac was still not working properly and they said they would change my room. When I went back to the desk to ask about the room change they said they wouldn’t do it anymore. My room was supposed to come with breakfast but when I got there they said the breakfast was not included and charged me extra for the breakfast.

• Bernadette (6/5): Ménage non fait quand on passe 2 nuits ? - 1er jour : Impossible de verrouiller la chambre de l'intérieur (verrou bloqué). Il n'y avait pratiquement pas de papier toilette à notre arrivée dans la chambre. 2ème jour : Une femme de ménage m'a remis un paquet de papier toilette alors que j'étais sur le point de quitter la chambre pour la journée. A mon retour, en fin d'après-midi, le ménage et les lits n'avaient pas été faits, serviettes de toilette non changées et le papier toilette pas inséré dans le boitier. Le petit-déjeuner était affiché "servi à partir de 6h30" mais le réceptionniste (stagiaire ?) pensait qu'il n'était servi qu'à partir de 7 heures ; il a donc fallu attendre qu'il ouvre la porte du restaurant - perte de temps : 1/4 heure environ. A 10 heures, voir 5 min. avant, plus possible de prendre le petit-déjeuner.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Hôtel accueillant, propre, un bon petit déjeuner. - Dans l'ensemble c'est correct, seul inconvénient il est interdit de fumer dans les chambres ce qui est normal mais certaines personnes fument quand même donc rebord des fenêtres sales et quand la personne du dessous fume et que tu laisse la fenêtre ouverte tu te retrouves avec l'odeur donc obligé de refermer la fenêtre. Sur ce point il devrait plus surveillé. Sinon je le recommande.

• Michèle (10/5): Hôtel propre et convivial - Hôtel surprenant dans une banlieue difficile, un hôtel propre et accueillant Bondy change, n'ayons plus peur d'y venir, le 351 va vers l'aéroport et Paris, en marchant un peu il y a le 134 ou 234 qui vous ramène vite au métro ligne 5 à Bobigny. Il m'avait été déconseillée par mes collègues en souvenir de l'ancien hôtel, je ne regrette pas mon essai, l'environnement la nuit, j'ai connu pire dans un hôtel 4 étoiles à Milan en Italie, je dirai bien pire.

C'était un dimanche. Beaucoup de restos fermés malheureusement. Hôtel propre. Chambre confortable. Bon déjeuner. Stationnement intérieur payant. Personnel sympatique.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Wonderful hotel - Very cute, 2 minutes from metro which wil take you all over Rome. Clean, nicely decorated and new appliances. There is a very clean updated kitchen to use as well. A home away from home.
