- Mee Young (6/5): 아쉬움.... - 연말 시즌이라 방이 없어 낮은 층으로 들어갔는데...데스크 직원분이 영혼없는 응대를 하셔서...약간 첫인상이 그랬네요...신라스테이정도를 기대한 제 잘못이겠지만. 방에는 누군가의 서클렌즈가 말라서 침대옆 협탁에 있고..약간 낡은 느낌을 지울수없는.....뭔가 아쉬웠던 하룻밤이었습니다.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 部屋重視 - 何年も利用してます。対応が悪かったり支払済にもかかわらず宿泊予約が確認できないといわれたり。。しっかりフロントに伝えたレイトチェクアアウトを忘れられていたり。。。行ったら部屋がないといわれたり。。正直不安定な対応が多く不便が多い時もありますが、とりあえず今回はスムーズで満足でした。 私の場合は仕事で使うために部屋でここを選んでいるので、接客態度については悪くても気にしない事にしています。今回は返事もしないで電話をきられてかなり嫌な思いをしましたが、 まあ、部屋の希望さえしっかり通れば満足なので。。

- MEGUMI (8/5): 駅近ではないけど不便ではない - 友人の家に近いので、何度か利用しています。 ホテルは駅から離れてます。 メボン駅まで徒歩だと10～15分歩きました。 夜は静かで過ごしやすいです。周りにはコンビニ、飲食店などたくさんありますので不便さはさほど感じません。4月の宿泊でしたがとても暑い日で、エアコンの効きが悪かったのが唯一不便でした。ですが、清潔感があり、スタッフの方も何か話しかければ丁寧に受け答えはしてくださいますので好きなホテルです！

- Verified traveler (4/5): うーん。 - 3.4年ほど年間8〜10回利用しています。 ここ最近はサービスもわるくなり、クリーニングもわざわざ電話をしないと来ないです。 いつもレイトチェックアウトですが、これも伝達が出来ておらず毎回不快な思いをします。仕事上どうしてもここを利用しなくてはならないので。。。 毎回毎回クレームを言うのも疲れるので諦めてます。初期の頃は本当に親切でこんな事はなかったのですがね。

Comfortable, delivers the essentials and conceniently located with convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. Breakfast selection is very limited though and staff didn't speak much English. However they are very accommodating and managed to let our group of 4 check-in early at around 11am without additional charge! :). However the air conditioner didn't seem to work, we all tried adjusting the temperature but the rooms never cooled down...
- Hunkyu (2/5): - 10월 1일 인터넷으로 예매 하고 낮에 남자 직원분 하고 확인 전화 하고 호수까지 지정하고 새벽에 갔는데 여직원 혼자 카운터에 있었는데 예약이 안됐다고 ! 아니라고 전화 확인까지 했다고 알아보라고 30분을 말씨름을 했는데 잘알아보지도 않고 문자 확인까지 시켜주니! 그때서야 다시 알아보고 예약이 되어 있네요! 사과가 아니 서로 대화가 오해 있었다고 사과도 안하고 그렇게 20분동안 이건 그쪽이 잘못한거라고 얘기를 해도 본인 잘못이 아라고 !!! 이름이 뭐냐고 명찰도 없어서 물어봤더니 절대 안가르쳐 주고 정말 화가 나서 다시는 안가고 싶은 습니다. 모텔도 이거보다는 낳은 직원을 쓰겠어요!!

- mikko (6/5): Suuri pettymys. - Hotellissa ei ole ravintolaa eikä terassia vaikka niin Hotels.com väittää. Ne valmistuvat ehkä tämän vuoden aikana. En voi suositella muuta, kuin sijaintia. Kauko-Idässä tulee muistaa luottaa vain kansainvälisten ketjujen hotelliin, jos et halua pettyä.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 過ごしやすい - 毎月の出張で利用。 広くて部屋がスタイリッシュで自然光が入るので、仕事柄個人的にはこれ以上希望に合ったホテルはありません。 江南の外れで近くに駅もありませんがタクシー移動メインでタクシーも安いので問題ありません。 深夜東大門まで行っても12.000w程です。土地勘が無いとスムーズな移動はしにくいかもしれません。旅行というより仕事などでの長めの滞在に向いてます。 ホテルのまわりにはコンビニやカフェもあります。

- Yongwon (10/5): Pleasant stay! - It was my first time staying and i really enjoyed it. The room was much more spacious than i expected and there was even a big bathtub! The interior was modern and simple. The room was quiet and being close to gangnam. It was very convenient location wise too.

- Hayeong (4/5): 사진보고 많이 기대하고 갔다가 실망만 하고 왔어요 - 전체적으로 굉장히 별로였어요. 일단 욕실에 물때가..그리고 리셉션에 있었던 남자직원분 정말 일하기 싫은데 억지로 친절하신거 너무 티나서 손님인 제가 좀 서비스를 부탁하면서도 마음이 굉장히 불편했고요. 다른걸 다 떠나서 호텔데님을 선택한 이유가 예쁜 호텔내부 때문인게 컸는데... 정말 대실망이었어요. 그냥 모텔같고요. 홍보사진의 아름다운 내부는 전체 객실중 극히 일부가 아닌가 생각이 드네요. 이정도 서비스에 이정도 객실을 이 가격에 이용하니 정말 속이 쓰리네요. 요즘은 동네 모텔이 더 나을 것 같아요. 부띠크호텔..아닌듯. 호텔안의 어메니티나 비치된 티백등도 모텔만도 못합니다.. 끝!
- Aileen (6/5): Convenient location for my purposes - Wanted a hotel near to the shopping I needed to accomplish; taking home Korean products as gifts and souvenirs. Was abled to take taxi to the nearest COSTCO. Staff at reception/hotel check-in desk was very friendly and spoke English very well. We registered and got early check-in; after, he took us outside and hailed a taxi, instructing the driver to take us to where we needed to go. Returned to the hotel later in the early evening and was able to better observe the hotel facility. Slightly dark corridors; appeared to be an overnight hotel, more for adults. A couple of hours after entering the room for a restful night, there was yelling and screaming by a female in the hallway (couldn't understand Korean) and slamming of the door, continued by more yelling for a couple of minutes. Was quiet after that. Facilities were good within the hotel room, clean and comfortable.

- Andrew (6/5): Economy dormitory with a nice bathroom - I stayed at Hotel Denim for nine nights in January. It is the only hotel in this area of town, making it a convenient location when working nearby but the facility lacks basic services found in other business hotels, namely food. Plan to eat out and don't bother with the breakfast option unless absolutely necessary. The room design and furnishings are reminiscent of a college dormitory, strangely except for the oddly luxurious bathroom that almost seems out of place. Climate control was an issue during my stay as the HVAC control defaults to 26c (79F). Any changes made to the system reset upon leaving and cleaning staff closed my window each day while out, so attempts at reaching a comfortable lower room temperature were futile. At night, traffic noise from the intersection below made sleeping difficult, even from one of the higher floors. English at the front desk was hit and miss. Next time, I plan to stay at one of the nicer business hotels and take a taxi to work - taxis are cheap in Seoul and readily available.
