Staff was horrible to interact with, did not want to let Meuse restrooms even if I was staying here. Room was not okay had stains on walls, lights did not work nor the A/C. Bathroom was not very pleasing either did not like the shower was disgusting. Paying for something like this again I wouldn’t waste my time.

• Jean (2/5): - I did not get any sleep because of the noise. The hotel was very loud at night. Guests in a few nearby rooms were very loud from 2- 3:30 in the morning. The breakfast was horrible. Vey few options. Waffle supplies, but no waffle maker. The spa was not working.

• Taylor (3/5): bad customer services - the place was clean and quiet the staff was very unfriendly the lady at the front desk made customers wait 10 minutes for her while she was fooling around in the kitchen area eating and talking on the ceiling phone and I guess she made some more coffee. after she made us wait for her and I tried to make lit conversation with her about it, then she started yelling and screaming at me and was trying to kick me out of the hotel and she refused to extend our company stay at the hotel. because of her the Manager on duty that day we will not back at your hotel I was offended and insulted by her. we won't be back and I'll make sure our affiliates we won't be back either I am in financial industry, Insurance and taxes. we spend millions each year on hotel experiences..... you need to get ree d of that lady like she got reed of us.

I Had the FLU for 2 days & Notified Edgar @ Laquinta # 1 pm on 1-3-26, that I felt Horrible & requested A Credit to Reschedule for Another Date. They Didn't Contact me back with their decision & Ignored me. $ 125 is Very Important to me, Obviously, I wasn't Important to Laquinta. No Callback or Communication with my Credit due to Unexpected Sickness - FLU FOR 2 Days.$ 125 Wasted & NOT REFUNDED.

Vagrants hanging around The restroom area was a disaster, mold in the shower area over all whole bathroom needs a make over. The pool area needs a better maintenance crew, water unbalanced on dirt and sand on bottom.

• June (1/5): Our stay was overall frustrating, disappointing, uncomfortable, and unsafe. I still have not received a refund for the o - We weren’t homeless for a few nights. I attempted to check in at hotel only to discover bookings are 21+, which was not readily disclosed through the booking website. We canceled the original reservation and made a new reservation under a new person at the hotel, but no refund has been issued for the original cancelled reservation. The staff claimed no charge would be made since it was cancelled, but the funds were withdrawn at the time of the original online booking and they have not been returned. In addition to this, the general quality of the hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and unsafe. The first room we were given had a filthy carpet, there were large globs of unknown substances on the walls, there were visible stains on the sheets, and there was hair left in the fridge. The righthand lampshade was loose, crumpled, and damaged. We requested a different room, which still had unclean floors, moist handprints on the bed’s headboard, and a toilet that would not flush completely. The hallway on our floor was littered with crumbs and dirt, the elevator floor had wet, sticky stains, and the pool had visibly not been cleaned in some time. There were also no cameras and no windows in the pool room, which made us feel somewhat unsafe were there to be an accident or emergency. Speaking of which, when I had sustained a minor injury at the hotel, staff claimed there was no first aid anywhere in the building. I had to clean the cut in the dirty pool bathroom, as the attendant did not unlock the lobby bathrooms at my request, and I was forced to bandage my injury with toilet paper and office tape thanks to the lack of any first aid on site. Among these most prevalent factors affecting our stay, was the nearby construction, the airlines flying overhead in the early morning, and the loud, daydrinking guests who stood outside the doors harassing other guests including myself. Nothing was done when they were reported.

Purchased stay online. AC was a window unit and moldy and warm. Toilet seat broken. Toilet leaked from the holding tank in back. We used the ice bucket to catch drips and towel. 6 police cars were on property when we arrived. We were not given information about issue. The amount of police with gear, guns and bullet proof shields needed some explanation besides, "Well, there are not dead bodies."

Went to breakfast at 8:30, there were no eggs, 1 piece of sausage, and I’m not even sure what was in the 3rd heated tray. Pancake/waffle mix covered everything so making one of those was out of the question. 2 options for cereal but no milk. Honey buns looked as if they had been heated in the package and then placed on a shelf to cool. Majority of the stay could’ve been better

• Aranda (6/5): It was a stay-Nothing special. - Location was convenient. I liked that if I needed towels or sheets or toiletries the staff was kind enough to provide them without question. I liked that I always found parking close to the entrances-that was convenient. It was dirty. I didn’t like that the front desk staff was not available when I needed them. I had to go out to the front door to ring the bell to get someone to come. Breakfast was meh. I mean the eggs ran out quickly and they were not refilled. I was really grossed out by the uncleanliness. I did address it at the front desk, but they don’t have enough staff to clean. I saw 1 person cleaning the entire floor. I was told there were 2, but never saw the second person. The lady was pleasant and helpful, but still not enough personnel to cover all the duties. The people at the front desk should do more to help clean if they have down time at night. Only My opinion.

• Janette (10/5): - The lady at the front desk was very friendly. She acknowledged my girls and made them smile. It is not easy getting teens to engage, but she did. She was very kind and helpful. Hot tub could have been cleaner, but other than that everything was wonderful. We were there on a Thursday just to get away and have a swim without too many people around. I highly recommend it.

The bathroom door would not stay open, the towel hanger was coming out of the wall. Carpet in the hallways was in really bad condition. Although a central heat/air thermostat was in the room only a wall unit was working. Just run down and bathroom not cleaned well.

• Gladys (4/5): - The entire stay it smelled like weed on our entire floor and elevator.(Mind you it says 100% smoke free hotel and we have small children.) When we approached front desk she said she couldn’t do anything except put air fresheners in the hall. Also, we heard the lady who was in charge of cleaning the rooms demand at least $10 tip from a nice older lady. I understand maybe the tips are a huge help but a tip comes with a good service not from demanding it from the vulnerable. We don’t recommend for families with small children like us, next time we go to Dallas we won’t be staying here.

We had the king room with the pull-out couch, and even though the bed was made up, they did not have any pillows in the closet or any at the front desk. Might be something to mention for travelers with kids who will be sleeping on the pull-out couch.
