• Marcin (10/5): Przy następnym pobycie w Rzymie, będziemy celowali w Romerooms :-) - Na dwa dni przed przyjazdem pojawiła się niezwykle atrakcyjna oferta na ten apartament. To był dobry wybór. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja 10 minut od Placu Św. Piotra. Przemiły właściciel, bardzo honorowy, który zaproponował bezpośredni transfer z lotniska. Do bardzo dobra opcja, gdyż wejście do apartamentów nie jest oczywiste. 5 piętro, stara winda ale pięknie zadbana. Pokój duży. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, duża łazienka. Pomimo lokalizacji w centrum, w pokoju nie jest głośno. Czajnik, kilka herbat i kaw dla gości. Pokój codziennie sprzątany i wymieniane są ręczniki. Mała lodówka na najbardziej potrzebne rzeczy. Duża szafa i klimatyzacja. Mało sztućców, a w telewizorze tylko programy po włosku. To jedyne braki, których mogę się dopatrzyć.

Everything was just perfect: the location, very kind and helpful staff, a nice, clean, comfortable room and a spacious bathroom. I recommend this place for everyone with family, it made our Rome visit very unique. We even got a prepared information about all the places you should visit in Rome+recommendations about café’s, restaurants and shopping areas. • Aykut (8/5): für mich stimmte der preis und die lage - ich hate zu dem zeitpunkt ein sehr gutes preis/leistungsverhältnis für das zimmer nr.2 sehr gute nähe zum vatikan und 5-10 min nähe zur metrostation. gleiich um die ecke gibt es einen supermarkt und sonst auch viele läden und restaurants. die dusche ist eine regendusche, die damen, welche nur duschen wollen haben im zimmer 2 auf jeden fall ein problem. der safe funktionierte leider nicht. das bett ist etwas zu hart.

An excellent location (walking) if you want to visit The Vatican, Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basilica. If returning to Rome I would not hesitate to stay here again and great value for money. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

• Sara (10/5): Divan, čist i udoban smeštaj - Sve je bilo veoma čisto, udobno za spavanje. Prelep kraj, meni lično najlepši deo Rima, odakle sve može da se obilazi peške. Stara autentična zgrada, pravi doživljaj i uživanje. Takođe, osoblje izuzetno ljubazno. Omogućili su nam i čuvanje kofera pre check-in i nakon check-out, što nam je mnogo značilo. Jedina zamerka je tuš – voda dolazi samo iz gornjeg tuša (bez ručnog), pa može biti nezgodno ako želite da se istuširate a da ne pokvasite kosu.

• Katarina (10/5): Savršen smeštaj u blizini Vatikana - Lokacija je fantastična, odmah u ulazu pored je apoteka koja radi 24h, preko puta ulice je prodavnica, a iza zgrade restoran sa brzom hranom (sendviči, pice) i kuvanom hranom koji radi takođe 24h, što puno znači ako dođete kasnim letom u Rim. Vatikan je na pešačkoj udaljenosti od oko 15-20 minuta, što je odlično. Soba je čista, svaki dan se čisti, peškiri se menjaju svaki drugi dan, grejanje je odlično i ima lift u zgradi. Komunikacija sa domaćinom je brza i lagana, sačekao nas je u 23h sati da bi nas uveo u sobu. Prezadovoljni smo. Sve je bilo odlično

Tiene heladera y pava eléctrica. Dejan un par de cafes y tes de cortesia. Dan Toallas limpias , jabon y shampoo. El encargado muy amable, nos dejó ingresar a la habitación antes de hacer el check in. Por la noche la calefacción estaba un poco fuerte. Nada que no se arregle bajando la temperatura central

• Giulia (10/5): Eccezionale! - Posizione ottimale, centrale rispetto a tutte le attrazioni e vicino alle fermate del bus anche per gli aeroporti. La camera perfetta: pulitissima e silenziosa in un palazzo meraviglioso e super riscaldata. Michele ci ha accolto con l’entusiasmo tipico romano e ci ha dato diverse info utili sia sui monumenti che su dove mangiare!
• Renee (9/5): Zentrale Apartment-Räume in einer guten Gegend - Die Apartment-Räume liegen super central, mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist es trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Gastgeber war gut erreichbar (auch via WhatsApp) und hat auch das Unterstellen des Gepäcks am Abreisetag ermöglicht. In der Nähe finden sich viele Cafés und Geschäfte. Die Räume sind nicht super modern, aber haben eigentlich alles was man braucht.

• JBob (9/5): Praktische Lage für ganz Rom - Kommunikation und Empfang sehr gut und sympathisch. Zimmer und Bad klein, aber sauber und funktional. Gut geschlafen. Der historische Aufzug ist erlebenswert! Ideal die Lage. Wir haben alles zu Fuß gemacht, vom Vatikan bis zum Colosseum. Im Umkreis viele nette kleine Cafes und Bistros. Empfehlenswert!

• Ilaria (10/5): Buon alloggio in una bella zona comoda per visitare il centro. - Alloggio con arredamento semplice ma funzionale, letto molto comodo, bagno spazioso con phon in dotazione, ascensore, vicino alla metro Lepanto e in una bella zona piena di negozi e servizi. D notte se si ha il sonno leggero si può sentire un ronzio di sottofondo, forse proveniente da un autoclave o un contatore vicino, ma con i tappi alle orecchie il problema è risolto.

• Clive (8/5): Good location but will not be staying there again. - Very good location depending on what you want to see but very close to The Vatican and a shortish walk to the old centre of Rome. Room and bathroom were clean. Too expensive for the quality of the accommodation. The interior decor was shabby and I dislike plastic floors! Almost devoid of any character related to the age of the building itself. This was the first and only place I have stayed at where the 'bar fridge' was completely empty: not even a single bottle of mineral water! The provided tea bags, 2, offered a choice of one - and green tea at that; I was booked in for a week!

They arranged out airport transfer, was very nice. The room was great, big bathroom and very clean with good WIFI. The personel make sure we had a good stay. -

Zimmer konnte komplett abgedunkelt werden, das war super. Nachts bzw. früh morgens wurde wiederholt bei der Rezeptions geklingelt, das hat uns geweckt. Dusche hatte ein Problem mit dem Wasserdruck und ging nicht ganz zu.

• Ekaterina (1/5): - This is the first time I’ve ever had such an experience, but I really have to complain! The apartment I booked for three days turned out to be absolutely terrible! I chose it based on reviews and location, and it had a rating of 9.1. Honestly, I have no idea how and why it received such a score. Right at the entrance of the building there are garbage bins, the house itself and the staircase are shabby and smell unpleasant. The room they gave me is nothing more than a shabby cubicle with just a touch of cosmetic renovation. The bed and mattress are of the cheapest quality, and after sleeping only one night, my whole body and back were in pain. I asked them to change the mattress, but all of their mattresses are of the same awful quality. In the end, I had to move to another apartment — clean, beautiful, with a wonderful bed — and it wasn’t even more expensive! Of course, nobody offered me a refund, neither for the inconvenience nor for the two remaining days of my stay. I strongly believe you should investigate how such a high rating is even possible. It is completely undeserved and very misleading for people!
• Fernando Rodríguez (9/5): - - La cama era cómoda. - El personal fue amable, ya que nos esperó fuera del horario del check in para recibirnos. - El barrio es bueno, tanto por la mañana como por la noche, con varías cafeterías justo al lado para desayunar por la mañana. - La habitación estaba limpia y había servicio de habitaciones a diario. - Había un armario con bastantes perchas. - La habitación tenía luces en varios lugares, así podías tener la cantidad de luz que te apetecía en cada momento. La ducha no tenía término medio, salía muy caliente y al girar de la llave hacia la fría, salía helada. Por lo demás, todo bien.

• Rebecca (9/5): Heerlijk. - Locatie is top, genoeg ruimte, airco, prachtig pand met lift, vriendelijk personeel. De douche is niet fantastisch en duurt even voor het water warm is. Maar de straal is goed en als het eenmaal op de goede temperatuur is dan is het ook prima.

• Anastasios (10/5): Great stay - The room was very clean and comfy, exactly what we wanted for few days to rest, also with kettle with tea ans instant coffee. The Staff (esp Alessandro) was very very friendly and managed to solve asap a minor thing with the shower head. He reached us on WhatsApp a day before arrival to communicate about the arrival. He also waited patiently for us to arrive. The location is great away from Rome's chaos but also close enough to the centre and next to Vatican. Definitely ll stay there again. Thank you

• Auke (9/5): Ecellent - Nice and spacious room (received upgrade to a larger room). Perfect spot. Nice, clean and attractive area with lot of local restaurants and bars. Breakfast was typical Italian, in a very nice bar with excellent coffee. Staf arranged several things including cab to airport. Communication reg. breakfast was somewhat confusing (whether or not included in price - yes). Elevator was very authentic (old) but challenging to operate.

• Sara (9/5): A pleasant stay! - Great spacious rooms, very clean and beautifully decorated, with super comfortable bed, mattress and pillows. A renovated spacious bathroom with a nice shower awaits you after a long day! The location is also great; 10 min walk to the Vatican City, a bus stop right in front of the place, and less than 10 min walk to other major bus stops/metro stations. Supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk from the place. Friendly staff and easy communication via WhatsApp! I originally thought that one could have breakfast at the place but it didn't seem like there was a breakfast place and to be honest, I also didn't ask the staff on WhatsApp after they told me upon my arrival that there was a cafe right across the corner from the place. I would've also liked to have a closet to keep my clothes and some belongings inside rather than digging into my suitcase all the time (the one in the room seemed decorative and one couldn't open it).
