It is located very close to downtown North Conway, NH, but not close enough to walk to most places. I didn't dislike anything.

Great location, great price for the value and super friendly! I would definitely recommend this place... It's is a older place so if your looking for new and updated place then this place is not for you. If you don't mind a clean older place then this place is for you.

- Kristen (8/5): Just what we needed! - Towels and washcloths! I don’t care for the big “pillow” washcloths and these were clean, appeared fairly new but also actually scrubbed!!! Weird, I know, but I was very pleased since one of the main reasons I booked the room was to be able to hike 2 days in a row! There wasn’t a coffee maker and behind the dresser/TV stand hadn’t been cleaned in a while… lots of “things” behind there. Also, the bed was FIRM. It appeared new, was in excellent condition, just not my preference.

- Kathy (7/5): It was good even though we did not get the room we had requested - I had booked a queen double with you and we were given a King size room. We were extremely disappointed. The owner seemed to not understand and kept telling us the queen rooms had been booked since Dec. 2nd. I booked the queen room on Nov. 28th and we still got a King Size room. The room itself was fine although the bed was pretty hard. We had stayed here last year and the queen room and bed were fine. We will probably stay here again, but I will also make sure we contact the motel directly even if we book with you. I have used Booking. Com for years and I really appreciate your excellent service.
