Lo no agradable bocina con música un poquito alta,en la alberca demasiado relajo con el grupo de jóvenes, mejor me salí y observe que ya nadie se metió, una pareja también se salió. Y en el baño de mi habitación mucho olor a caño. Le faltó al personal pedir bajar el volumen y que le bajaran a los gritos en la alberca.

It quieted down considerably on Sunday as people left for the weekend. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I had an issue with the toilet and shower which were quickly addressed. The shower however was not very good - very little water pressure and very weak stream. Staff were very nice and attentive. The shower in my room needs to be addressed for water pressure and water flow.

La ubicación no es tan céntrica pero puedes llegar caminando a algunos destinos turísticos. No tuvimos problema con que faltara algo en el hotel. El personal muy atento y amable. La recámara para 4 personas era un poco chica. También la alberca es reducida para la cantidad de huéspedes.

christopher (7/5): Very nice staff and location. Breakfast was decent and good coffee. - Good location to city sites and restaurants. Cleaning ongoing daily. Pool was a nice touch. Some nights noisy inconsiderate guests being loud. Some off putting smell from the sink drain. Needed to block it.

Leticia (7/5): - Location and price Room not as pictured. Our toilet wouldn't flush, advised staff. Someone was sent but no feedback from staff if issue had been resolved or not. Went back to room to it being the same . Pool only open till 9pm

Kenneth (8/5): Great option in GDL. - The hotel is in an area very close to the main street of Colonia Americana, where you can find everything. The hotel is very quiet; you sleep very well. The room is spacious and has everything you need. The staff is helpful with any questions you may have about the area. No complains, everything was good.

Janet (9/5): - La ubicación, la comodidad y la amabilidad Que yo hice reserva con habitación de 1 cama grande y me dieron habitación con 2 camas y en la parte del baño se me hizo extraño que solo nos dejaran un rollo de papel cuando normalmente aunque sea una noche en los hoteles que me he hospedado siempre dejan 2..es el primero que me toco que solo nos dejan con 1 rollo de papel.
Guillermo (10/5): Lugar excelente para descansar y de ahí, salir a diversos lugares cercanos interesantes. - La zona es muy tranquila, siempre que no haya ruidos nocturnos, es excelente para mí. La piscina, aunque no la ocupé (ganas no me faltaron) está muy bien. El restaurante también. La habitación muy confortable, el baño y los aditamentos excelentes. Tanto es la satisfacción, que los amigos que estuvieron conmigo, regresarán el mes próximo y reservaron de inmediato. No tengo queja de nada. El precio que pagué incluso puedo decir que quedó debajo de lo que recibí como servicio.
