We had to leave, given the snake factor in our room and they had no other rooms for us. Last minute family of 5 hotel finding at 11 o'clock at night is not fun or easy in Dartmouth. Never got to try the breakfast and NEVER staying at a Best Western again.

- David (8/5): Decent Business StY - First of all we received excellent service from Gabby at the Front Desk. The room was clean and neat. Breakfast was excellent. The only complaint was the noise. We had someone in the room above us that we could hear walking around at 5:30 AM. I also wish there was a little more equipment in the Fitness Room.

I like it cause Walmart is about 5 minutes away, making it very convenient to get groceries during our stay. Also I was able to visit friends near by. Hotel is near highways, restaurants and shopping malls.

Also the front desk people need more training as how to treat and welcome guests. I felt so unwelcome when the lady who checked me told me that I can’t use the ladies room before I check in. I travel all over the world and stay at several hotels, however this is the first time that I heard that you can’t use the bathroom before you check in to the hotel.

- Ali (6/5): Hospitality - So i got in town little early and will never say Never but can get checked in early i showed up just before 1pm and check in is 3pm i understand if no rooms are available buy it u have a room ready whats the harm us as customers are not even staying a full 24 hrs anyway 3pm check in 11am Check out. Last I checked thats 20 hrs you charge us. Just asking for little customer service. To tell me come back best you can do is 2:50 pm then not even have the room i originally reserved. So the 3PM is a mute point.
- Michelle (2/5): Moist and stinky - The room felt moist, the towels were moist, the chair was moist. The chair was so moist in fact that when I sat on it my clothes got wet. The smell was also bad. When I told the front desk they said all of the rooms were like that. They gave me a new room which was also moist and stinky and when they asked if it was better I said no, and they said they expected that.

- michael (10/5): Wonderful Stay, Clean, and terrific breakfast! - This was my second time staying at this Best Western and it was just as great as my first stay last fall. Staff at check in were friendly and quick. I had room 321, a roomy standard king room. I had requested and was given a top floor room. The room was in great condition. Only issue was one of the bedside lamps didn't turn on and I later realized it was unplugged. The room was clean, bed comfortable, AC worked well, as did the fridge, and the TV in this room was bigger than what I remember from first room. I did have an issue in the morning, as around 10:45 there was no hot water in the shower, and the pressure briefly varied, but after about 10 minutes the water warmed up luckily. The toilet also flushes rather violently as the floor shakes! I could sometimes lightly hear neighbors, including their TV's, but by time I went to sleep it was quiet. Breakfast was great, the breakfast attendant is friendly, although she asks somewhat intrusive questions at times. I LOVED their new yogurt machine, it tasted great, and I have never seen that before! I used the waffle toppings to make a delicious yogurt cup! There is a great selection including waffles, omelettes with cheese, tasty sausage (I am usually picky about that), juices, Chocolate Milk (!), and pastries. I didn't care for the potatoes which had a frozen taste. BW was a great value, for a Friday night too! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, it is clean and renovated! Pool still broken though...

Love the location of the BW, and rooms are v-good, but staff needs to be more attentive . .
- michael (10/5): Great Stay at the Best Western! Awesome Breakfast! - I stayed for the first time at this Best Western on a Saturday night in the basic king room. I usually like BW's when traveling and this one was one of the better ones! On arrival, I had booked about 15 minutes earlier, and staff already had my key card ready, the woman was friendly, and quickly checked me in. I had room 101, I did request top floor in my reservation, but perhaps she didn't see that. That and the pool being closed were the only issues. They did email me after booking stating pool was out of order. The room was close to lobby, but relatively quiet, as I believe we had neighbors, and only noise was in morning from staff in hallway, or on other side of wall, the breakfast area kitchen, although it wasn't obnoxious. Breakfast, til 10am on weekends, was excellent, one of the better ones I have had at BW, eggs and sausage were good, lots of toppings for waffles, and even chocolate milk and 4 juices. Attendant was friendly too and kept everything stocked. They did require a voucher, so others don't sneak in, although we weren't asked to show ours. Never have seen that before! Staff all around were polite, I asked for 11:30 check out which was granted, although after 10am, could not get back in with room key, and it was fixed quickly. The room was fine, TV a bit small, but newly renovated, great condition, clean, great cold fridge, hot water and good pressure in shower, bed was comfortable, but the desk chair had a hole/piece missing. I would stay again!

- James (10/5): - It was very nice and the staff were very professional and attentive our needs.
- Marybeth (10/5): - They have improved their hotel in looks, and the people working there were wonderful
- Paul (10/5): - Everyrhing was great at this location. The breakfast was fresh in the morning.
- Senaka (6/5): - We reserved a 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen. It did have a microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher, etc. But there were no plates, silverware, dishes, cups and glasses. The management was amazed that we asked about this. The answer was merely “it is what it is”. I then asked what the dishwasher is for and the answer was no different.
