• Verified traveler (8/5): - Only downfall was there was only 1 couch, and 1 TV. so for all 6 of us to wind down at the end of our days only it was near impossible to agree on something to watch. There needed to be TV's in the bedrooms.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The apartment was super nice and clean, beautiful, great location, the beach is walking distance and there is a lot of restaurants and markets. The only things I found bad was the king size bed was uncomfortable, it like sinks and you wake up with pain, the other was the person that takes your money at check in was kind of rude and not nice, but it was all good once we got the other lady Ella to help, she was super nice and answer all calls and helped a lot. Over all this place was very nice and I would stay again for my next visit.

• Lucia (8/5): Decent place, great location. - Great location, good apartment. Be aware that they do not provide any toiletries (shampoo/soap) and that is not clear from their post. Other than that is a decent place in a great location. Hallways smell a bit funny. But other than that, I would consider renting here again.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Loved the suite with the one exception....the kitchen lacks enough pots, pans etc to utilize it fully. Our main reason for rents was to save money by using the kitchen. The outdoor furniture also needs replacing as the fabric is old and failing.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - I thought the rooms were going to be alittle better then they were. Showers were dirty. It was an older apartment! Dirty and crappy couch that should of been clean- had a dirty smell because it was worn in leather. I didn't want to sit on it to watch TV at all and I never used the couch. The actual apartment was so off smelling once I walked in it. No clean smell. more like a very stale smell. But was not pleasing to my nose at all and had to try to fan the place out. The bedding and beds were so wore in, not comfortable and sheets just very old and used. Even the spa was disappointing. The one sauna was broke and the other one was so weird. I've never felt so wet from a wet sauna. like the sauna was putting out too much liquid, I was in a shower instead. The food in the convenient store was expired by months so I was eating old crackers of about 8 months and didn't notice till the end. Everything about this place was just so disappointing overall and I could wait to leave. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone! And I would never pay for a place like this every again!

• NotHappyInMiami (4/5): - It looked like a beautiful apartment. However, the communication to get to the apt was terrible. There are no signs of where to head we took 2 different elevators to finally arrive at our apt. We chose an apt hotel because we thought we would get amenities from an apt and also a hotel. There is no soap in the bathroom, the toilet paper was horrible, no soap to wash the dishes, no cleaning supplies to clean after we cook. Everything was cheap making it an uncomfortable stay. Would not recommend it.

• Bénilde (2/5): Attention CAFARDS!! - Arrivé à l’hôtel pas de réception (donc personnel inexistant!) nous avons dû appeler le contacter laissez par Hotels.com afin d’avoir le numéro de l’apparmement ainsi que le codes d’accès. Arrivée dans l’appartement tout allèrent correct, mais très vite nous rendons compte que la cuisine et les salles de bains sont infestés de cafards!! Bien entendu nous avons fait une réclamation, une personne s’est déplacée sur les lieux afin de constater et cette dernière nous a gentiment dit que sa responsable allais prendre contact avec nous malheureusement rien n’a été fait et bien entendu pas d’excuse!!! vous attendons toujours!!! Bref cet établissement est à fuir absolument à moins que vous aimiez la compagnie des petites bestioles... nous avons été très très déçu!
• Abraham (4/5): - The property is beautiful , the apartment on the other hand was dirty , the shower in the master and guest bathroom had human hair , through out the apartment was dusty , the cooking utensils was burn and unclean . I was afraid to leave the apartment as the siding back door wouldn't close . and most of all ROACHES !

• Cleveland (10/5): You Don't Have To Leave The Hotel - These rooms have a summery vibe to them. The front office checked in with us daily to make sure we were okay. They have their own cafe and theater and much more to keep you comfortable while you are not at the parks. I know where I'm staying from now on when we go back to Orlando to vacation!

• Sergio (8/5): hotel seguro e perto da praia - apartamento confortável, próximo da praia e seguro, porem se não falar Inglês vai ter bastante dificuldade, recepção fecha 17:00 horas, garagem com uma entrada com três pisos, três torres, muito apertada pra veículos grandes e ninguém te auxilia na localização da vaga.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Kind of nice, kind of sketch - We’ve stayed here many tim a over the years. We have a family member that lives in the apartment complex. The apartments for rent are hit or miss. The complex is super loud which is not the greatest when traveling with little kids. Lots of partying, and late nights going on here. It’s served the purpose for a quick few days but I cannot say I would recommend it. One thing that is annoying is they say they provide toiletries but on both occasions they only provided liquid had soap in the bathroom. I had to call and request shampoo/conditioner and soap which is what I consider toiletries. They brought it to us but I hate to have to call and ask and wait in simple stuff like that. For the price we paid this place is way to sketchy.

• Yelena (6/5): Location is good, good facilities - The best part is the location and hotel amenities such as pool, gym and hot tub. The appartment is very spacy for two families of 4, nice view and all kitchen tools.the only thing is no basic hygien items such as toilet paper and room wasnt ready on check in time. In overall, good value for your money, especially for big group of people for short stay.

I didn't like the fact that they didn't have any hot water and there wasn't enough towels for the 6 guest that stayed at the room. I called several times about this issue but they never came like they said the would about either issue. The check in was confusing because I wasn't sure how to pay until I called Hotels.com to get assistance, the property owner came right away to get the payment but after the I never seen anyone else about the towel and the water issue.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Read the fine print and you will enjoy - This is a nice apartment with access to an amazing pool and fitness center and a couple blocks from the beach and Collins Avenue. Just know ahead of time to bring or purchase soap and shampoo for the shower. It has dish and laundry soap. Know also that there is a $90 cleaning fee at the end of your stay, and make sure to call to set a check in time so you can avoid waiting around, as you have to meet the owner to get your key and parking spot.
• Sharan (10/5): Book!!!! you will be happy with your stay - This place was everything!! Rooms were cleaned , I had a beautiful view. It was a very nice and comfy stay!!
• Janice (2/5): Horrible experience - 1. Woken in the middle of the night by another person confirmed to this apartment. It took an hour to solve. No answer at contact number. 2. The next day someone came to the apartment to get payment and charged a $90. Cleaning fee. So the amount hotels. Com says to pay hotel is not correct. Then, the following day they came to correct the money misunderstanding and wouldn't come back so I had to leave the shower to talk to the man who did not know what he was talking about. Poorly, managed and not a hotel but a sublet apartment. 3. No soap, no toilet paper, no hand towels in apt. , and when I asked he just said it wasn't his responsibility to provide. Multiple holes in the walls and shelves barely hanging on the wall. 4. Only 1 key and hotel amenities card which didn't work so I was unable to use pool/gym. 5. We were only there 2 nights but ended up with BED BUG BITES all over my husbands legs and feet. Room 703. The place appeared clean and spacious but was my worst hotel experience, I am so upset with apartment and my treatment. The worst is there is no one to solve the problems for you while you are there.
• Javier (8/5): Loved it - I start off by saying I had a amazing stay the apartment was great love the view. Was very clean smelled amazing the only problem was the beds terrible beds to sleep in definitely they need to upgrade those beds. But beside that everything was great the apartment was very big the pool area was very nice. But if you looking for hotel services don't stay here is NOT A HOTEL is a apartment complex no front desk or services like housekeeping. Also bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner ect..and toilet paper only one roll is available in the bathrooms.. but if that doesn't bother you then you might like the place it was really nice definitely would love to book again. I was in building 1 apartment 1215.

• M (6/5): Beautiful building - Gorgeous property very nice apartment great view. Awesome terrace. Missing amenities like soap and shampoo. Bathroom not as clean as overall apartment would lead you to think and hot water ran out after three mins. Tv had no sports and no news but lots of movies. No front desk which was not clear from the ad. But operation was pretty seamless and basic Experience was good. I would give it a 3.5

• Verified traveler (4/5): - I had bites on one side of my body! The only time I was lying down was on the bed and on the chairs at the pool. Is there bed bugs in the bed?! There were feather pillows. My son is allergic to feathers. We were disappointed that we had to buy batteries for the remote control. Most condos we stay at provide bath soap and dish soap. There wasn't either at this condo and we had to purchase those. Also, it would have been nice to have more than one room key and pool key card. Because of that, we weren't fee to come and go as much as we would have liked. It was disappointing that the pool closed @ 5:30pm! We weren't given enough information and really struggled finding our parking space.
• Alshourbagy (6/5): Great Location and view - It´s an apartment, not a hotel room, no daily cleaning and towel change. The cleaning service is at the end of the stay and is expensive ($ 90). Parking smells too bad. The location was beautiful, and peaceful, Nice canal view, nice property. Very comfortable, walking distance to the beach and shopping area.
• Jay (6/5): Beautiful place, sneaky fees. - This place was amazing, but there is a sneaky $90 cleaning fee, so beware. Drunk people screaming all night on a Friday. Could be a one time thing.
• Michal (8/5): nice stay - We came as a group of friends. There is no reception so you must have a reservation. The security will let you in and you just follow instructions. we stayed in 5 in the apartment and it was super comfy.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Not a hotel, but... - This place is more like a condo than a hotel. That said, it is better than a hotel on one hand. On the other hand, you need to be better prepared for this stay (such as have everything you need). If you forget something or do not want to bring everything, there are several shops within 0.5 miles (aka walking distance). We will definitely be back, as it is a fantastic spot for the money.
