• William (5/5): I have stayed at better motels for less money. - Had to ask for clean towels and to have the dirty towels picked up and removed. Had to ask to have the waste baskets emptyed. Were told that the room is only cleaned after the quest has checked out. The biscuts were cold for the biscuts and gravey.
• Karen (8/5): I've stayed at this hotel before. All in all it is a great place to stay in a small town. - My room was great. Spacious and very clean! I was disappointed in the breakfast. I went down around 9:15am on Sunday morning. There was very little left to choose from in the way of pastries or bread. There were no forks. There were many people in the breakfast area at that time. No staff person came to check or restock.
• travelingmnfam (8/5): Nice, quiet hotel - This was a quiet hotel conveniently located near Fargo and met our needs. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but offered options. We enjoyed using the hot tub.

• Patricia (10/5): - The minute we drove on to the property, we could see that the exterior was well-maintained. This is a good indicator that the interior will be well-maintained as well. And it was. Everything is clean. We don't feel like the management or staff is cutting corners, as is true in many hotels. The room was very pleasant and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

• Suzanne (10/5): - This is an excellent hotel and wonderful amenities. I love the large hot tub and swimming pool. It is so peaceful and quiet when I stay there. Hawley is a quiet, convenient town to travel through.

• Gigi (10/5): Hidden Gem - We were welcomed upon entry. There was a new person learning the ropes and she was doing well. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds warm and cozy. We enjoyed a drink at the bar and went to a nearby place for supper. We were welcomed back and asked if we needed anything. The seating areas outside the rooms are comfortable and well lit for reading. Breakfast was a typical continental style. All food was served at the appropriate temperature. Check out was easy. Will stay here again when we head north.

• Laura (10/5): This motel allowed us to have an incredible, perfect reunion with our relatives. :-) - The breakfast was very nice, the staff was very eager to get us anything that we needed or wanted, and the beds were very comfortable. We had relatives that came to visit us and there was a very nice lounge area to entertain them in that included games and puzzles. Also we had booked a room for 5 of us sisters and we were given a very spacious suite that also allowed us to entertain our cousins in, for a more private gathering and conversations. Hats off to ALL of the staff!!! They were amazing!!! I can't think of anything off hand that we didn't like. It was probably one of the friendliest, nicest places that I have ever stayed.

Went and enjoyed the pool area and had some drinks at the Bar. Lobby is neat and tidy and has a great atmosphere to sit and talk with friends.

• thecrookedquarter (10/5): Just like home - Some of our family live in the area. This is our go to hotel. They are so accommodating, making our stay very comfortable. The staff is great, rooms are clean, and beds are comfy. Lobby area is very inviting. Pool and hot tub are a nice add to our stay.
• Tim (8/5): - Wifi was out for two days prior to our visit and wasn't notified beforehand or at check-in but was able to arrange a partial refund between the hotel and Expedia. Also walkway and parking was icy and slipped and fell on a patch of black ice, hurting my hand. They quickly came out and added more salt to the walkway.

It’s July, no tv available for our whole trip, no ice machines, extremely gross pool and unsafe pool area until they can fix this I sure wouldn’t be going, dirty bed skirting, first room we got was not even clean w bed tossed so we new it was used, shower water smelled musty, air condition too-filter filled with dust, breakfast stuff was not kept stock and each day I went into cupboards to get what was needed and told front desk and they also are manning the breakfast area believed short staffed but there were many employees were had transactions with.

• gretchenk350 (10/5): Hawley Rodeo June 6-7, 2025 - The rooms are clean, sheets very comfortable and friendly staff. The hotel lobby is spacious and welcoming to sit and relax. This is our seventh time staying at this property on an annual basis for the Hawley Rodeo since 2017. We enjoy the community and like the convenience to Fargo and small town charm with a great coffee shop close by Fill the Cup.
