Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Not anything was good you could here the people in the room next to yours almost like the person was talking through a door the shower was gross didn’t use it and carpet was dirty
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The tub was gross. Other than that it wss nice... There was a brown spot in my sheets. I assumed coffee... Not a big deal.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was cold n nasty couldn’t take a shower cuz it was TOO cold in bathroom
There was grime on light switches n ceiling n mold in bathroom
The room looked NOTHING like the pictures n I was posed 2 have a king bed not a queen
I wouldn’t EVER take any 1 else 2 stay her
- William (6/5): - Place had electric plug in heater no in room coffee but the ches check in girls was awesome so was the morning girl
- Chris (4/5): - Check-in was pleasant overall, Cha-Cha was working the front. Unfortunately the stay took a turn for the worst as the couple next door fought violently the whole night and the slum-block walls between rooms are like paper. At one point I became worried when I realized the wife was trying to call authorities but the husband was trying to break her phone. It then sounded like a large piece of furniture or a body perhaps thudded against the wall so hard it rattled the lamp. In addition the bed was the worst piece of re-ticked re-cycled used-up garbage I wouldn’t let a dog sleep on. It hurt my back and was so sunken and saggy that I couldn’t get comfortable or sleep in any position all night. Unfortunately it smelled as if someone had already let their pets make what they would before I checked in as the smell of urine permeated (I assume) the carpets. The thing I don’t understand is why no one else complained or called authorities. The office manager even lives on property. It seemed like they put me in their extended stay section even though I was only staying one night. A separate row of single story rooms with vehicles that stayed parked in front all the time.
- Charli (2/5): - If you ever wanted to feel like you were in an episode of Intervention or in the movie Vacancy, this is the place for you! Large, brown, very questionable stains on ALL of the furniture. Couch, chairs, even the stool, oh and the, comforter! Floor was damp feeling, gross, wore my sandals constantly, even in the shower. Let's talk about this said "shower". If you ever wanted to experience a bath and a shower at the same time? This is the moment you get to experience this! Temperature is all over the place and the shower head is so clogged, it comes out the side. I would rather sleep in my car. Swear.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - This is an old property and shows it. The room was big, bed comfortable, but the bathroom was patched and worn and had just one towel. . That said, the breakfast was very good, staff friendly, and was an overall positive experience.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Good stay. The room was missing a shower curtain. Lots of construction in the area.
- Brooke (4/5): - Very dirty, the bathroom was so gross that we didn’t feel safe showering, no breakfast like advertised and didn’t get a king bed as reserved... we got two twins. Highly do not recommend, staff was very good just not a good facility.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was small and dirty
- Andrew (4/5): I don't recommend this place at all - Bad wifi, unclean rooms and the lobby smells awful
- Claudia (4/5): Property needs some TLC - The customer service was good but the condition of this property is terrible heater not working, broken fixtures, smells of mold...thank goodness was just 1 night!
- Joe (2/5): - Very old & tired room. Poor poor bathroom with funny smells. Chair in main room was dirty - rug dirty. Attendants were friendly though.
- Verified traveler (6/5): So so - Room tolerable shower sucks outdated no HBO bromas dingy Rundown curtains outdated cement walls really not above 1 star rating
- Vincent (8/5): Nice inexpensive place. - The hotel shows it's age but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff person who checked me in was very nice. I won't hesitate to stay here again.
- olivia (10/5): - It calm quiet small town
- Diana (6/5): Cheap comfort - Not the best looking but great rooms and great service. Will definitely use again next year.
- Spencer (2/5): They don’t care or they would have fixed it. - The dirties hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Bugs everywhere. We left at 2am because of the conditions. People selling drugs in the parking lots. Heard the whole thing happen through the window. Spend the extra money eh and stay somewhere else!!!!!! You can tell the owner/manager doesn’t care about how clean the place is.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It is a cheap but clean motel. It would be nice if the tubs and showers were not as old but you pay for what you get.
- Samuel (6/5): - Fine, just fine...
- fred (4/5): OK for an overnight stay. - OK for Hermiston. Beds were comfortable. Close proximity to where our job was!
- Kevin (8/5): Nice Place - Convenient place. Very friendly staff
- Verified traveler (6/5): - A place to sleep. Very old & run down but he's comfortable enough.
- Aurielle (6/5): Wouldn't recommend!!! - This hotel was very uncomfortable. First off the air conditioner didn't work and it was like being in a sauna all night . Then the bathroom had a window with no curtains . Tbe shower was very dingy and gross looking... the so called pool they show is closed drained and doesn't look operable. I also didn't like how they take a photocopy of my card when i checked in.
- Julie (8/5): - The room was great for the price. It doesn't have a ton of amenities, but it was clean enough, conforable enough, big enough to set up my pack n play for my little one to sleep in, and the staff was nice and friendly.
It's not fancy, but it's clean and super cheap. Great value for the price.
- James (8/5): Older economy hotel with friendly staff - If you are looking for a clean room at a cheap price, then this will work for you. If you are expecting the Hilton for $69, then you need to check into a different kind of facility. It's an old hotel with old used furniture, but it was clean and the AC worked great!
- Robert (8/5): Nice and quiet - Very accommodating to our needs the girl at the front desk was right on the ball had trouble with tv and she was there right away to help figure it out.
- FamilyTraveling (4/5): Not what is advertised - There is no breakfast or pool. Both of which are major factors when I travel with my family.
The employees told me that the owners has tried to have Expedia change this several times but it remains the same on Expedia.
This Inn is rather old. The bathroom tub really needs to be cleaned or replaced. It had a new toliet and floor tiles The bed was decent comfort wise. The hairdryer does not work. All of the electric amenities are quite old. A LOT of old dirt in all the edges and corners.
- elizabeth (4/5): Good price, very old place. - The price was good but really old room. Cinder block walls, tub stained, smelled horrible, fridge didn't work, pillows flat. Just yucky. But cheap.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Did not get the room in reserved. - Room was suppose to be 2queen bed. Was a queen and a double. Bathroom was gross, floor need vacuumed. WiFi sucked. Was charged more because the desk clerk said the taxes where wrong on the website.
- Aleksandr (4/5): - Beds were good, but bathroom needs remodelling. air conditioner/ heater was turning on and off every couple of minutes, so we needed to turn it off
- Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointing - Our room was very basic and outdated. Concrete block walls with lights a couple of which didn't work. The host brought us a table lamp to be able to see at the internet desk. The bathtub was very stained but there was hot water. In the morning the toilet overflowed and filled the bathroom with water. The bed was comfortable. The TV worked. Wouldn't recommend staying here at the price we paid.
- jerry (2/5): Avoid this place - Never stay there. Worst customer service I have ever experienced
- Jonathan (4/5): Wouldn't recommend. - The room we stayed in was extremely dirty. The sheets were not clean and had stains. The shower was beyond filthy. The women who checked us in was very friendly friendly and that would be the only positive of the entire place.
- Bonnie-Jean (4/5): OK place a quite rundown/ no real breakfast - A decent place to stay en-route to some place else. The hotel is quite run down and in desperate need of an upgrade. Our room stank of mildew, dust, and Indian potpourri. There was a bucket under the bathroom sink catching drips. The heater was very old, with a grate in front of the red coils. A real safety hazards with young ones! There were leak stains on the ceiling and paint peeling with a gap at the corner. The shower was stained with caulking coming undone. The guest service room where the ice machine and washers was filthy, damp, and unfit for guests. the counters had paint and cement chunks missing. I wouldn't even use the washer or sink it was so dirty. Ugh! Our room had cinder block walls on one side with conduit and breaker boxes sticking out with outlet plugs. Really tacky!
Breakfast was a laugh, the bare minimal continental breakfast. They offered coffee, Orange juice, and dollar store danish in wrappers. Not my idea of a continental breakfast, more like a snack.
- R (4/5): Convenient - Pet friendly spacious rooms and smoking rooms available
- BUTTCHIN BREWER (6/5): GOOD STAFF AND CLEAN - I DONT WRITE REVIEWS BUT I WAS HAPPY WITH THE LADY AND HER SERVICE. REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL AND EVEN THOUGH I PREFER HOTELS THAT COST ABOUT 125.00, I WAS COMPLETELY FINE WITH STAYING AT ONE FOR 55 OR 60 OR WHATEVER I PAID. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND NICE LOOKING, JUST LOOKS LIKE 1980-90S STATUS BUT LIKE I SAID THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND STAFF WAS EXCELLENT!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Ice box - Front desk staff person was efficient and professional even at 2am. It was below freezing outside when we arrived and the room was nearly also. It took over an hour for the room to warm up enough to get changed for bed. The heater in the bathroom is out of the 60s and built into the wall with a bright hot heating coil, but it worked great for the freezing conditions. The room is cinder block but painted. The room seemed clean just old. It did have a nice TV but poor quality cable picture.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Older needs updating - Older not updated hotel would not stay there again
- Verified traveler (2/5): We forfeited our payment and drove down the street - We took one look and didn't stay here. Looked scary and no place to park our uhaul truck and trailer.
- Chrisandra (2/5): Horrible - Horrible never stay again when asked for extra towels and pillows cause there was only 3 on a kind size bed the people who run the hotel and maid service acted like asking for extra was a big deal on top of that there was two people in the room the room had to bath towels 2 hand towles and 2 wash clothes we checked in late 2am the next day decided to stay another night only because we were being forced out of the room 10 minutes before 11 which is check out which i had already requested a late check out on top of that house keeping was pounding on the at 9am to see if we were gone needless say this hotel is nothing like the pictures it shows
- Teresa (4/5): Great customer service, place... Not so much - The staff was super nice, the room was not. It had a funky smell, the phone was very dirty as well as the tub. Don't be barefoot if you stay there. The "breakfast" was coffee and dolar box pastries.
- Kaycee (4/5): - The room was dirty along with holes in the wall. The coffee pot and dryer did not work. Bathtub was filthy and I felt like I needed to keep my shoes on while walking on the carpet. Very ran down and needing improvements. The hotel staff was friendly however, did not provide any refund upon complaint of condition of room.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Inexpensive - Not great but somewhere to stay for the night at a reasonable price. Room was clean and ample parking.
- Rene (2/5): It worked in a pinch but I'd plan better next time - The room was old and dated.the bathroom was horrendous
- Verified traveler (2/5): Worst place ever - Never ever going again
- Verified traveler (2/5): Quick to Get You OUT - They will knock on your door and open it very early in the morning if you don't have a "Do Not Disturb" sign out!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Was looking for value, but wouldn't recommend - Room was dirty. Tub had mold & rust. Parking sucked.
- Ray (8/5): Breakfast was not good for special diets. - If you are gluten or dairy free. Plan on bringing your own or eat out. All breads and cereals. The orange juice was horrible. Upset stomach for two days!
- Crystal (2/5): FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - It was NOTHING we booked, NO queen beds, NO breakfast, the rooms were dirty aND freezing upon arrival, the shower hardly worked. Will NEVER stay there again and would NEVER recommend to anyone.
