Удивило отсутствие зубного набора, но это мелочи. Рядом Перекресток - все есть. Приятные бонусы в виде скидок в рестораны, системы Метрополь. У меня окна выходили на банкетный зал. В первый день было шумно, но ровно в 23.00 все закончилось и больше за 2 недели ничего не было. В целом, доволен проживанием. Рекомендую

- Verified traveler (10/5): 便利なロケーション - ネフスキー・プロスペクト駅の近くにあり主要な観光地に徒歩で行けるロケーションです。ただし、入り口が奥まったところにあり見つけ辛いので、Googleストリートビューなどで場所を確認をしてから行った方が良いかと思います。（鉄扉の横にボタンがあり押すと扉が開きます）スタッフの方はフレンドリーで、みな英語を話すことができ、丁寧に対応してくれ気持ちよく滞在することができました。シャワーの温度が安定しないのが残念でしたが、清潔感がある部屋で、価格帯を考えると十分だと思います。

- Verified traveler (6/5): - 위치 좋고 직원 친절하고 조식 괜찮았습니다. 중정 건물에 위치해 철 창살 문을 열고 들어가야 호텔스닷컴에 사진에 있는 호텔 입구가 보입니다. 철창살문은 고스트늬드보르백화점보다는 알렉산드로스키극장에 가깝습니다. 철창살문은 흡연구역으로 호텔을 드나들때 별로였고 가끔 방 창문을 통해 담배냄새가 들어와 창문을 닫고 에어컨 사용. 매트리스 중간이 소프트하고 화장실 환기에 시간이 필요하고 거미를 잡았는데 다음날 시트교환을 말하니 바로 바꿔줬고 이후거미못봄 애너미티는 일인당 비누한개 샴푸파우치한개 바디샴푸파우치한개. 안타깝게도 미리 예약 했는데 이후 가격이내려가기도했고 가격대비만족도는 내려갑니다.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und um die Gäste bemüht. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist kontinental und gut. Der Zugang über den Hof war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Alles in allem stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

- Verified traveler (8/5): A Russian mininimalist style hotel - We were given a room initially with a window opening on a dark area where buildings met. The furniture and floor were all dark brown, no pictures, nothing cheery. It was much too dreary for me. We ultimately were able to change rooms to one that opened on the courtyard and sunshine. Much better. The reception staff are helpful and friendly, and speak english. They can order an airport shuttle at good price. The location is perfect. Rcommend the cafes on all the corners, and the italian trattoria. The small street the hotel is on seems not so clean or good, but that might be typical for this city. This is not a large glamorous american-style hotel, but is worth giving it a chance. Its spotlessly clean and beds were comfortable.

- YINZI (10/5): Good value and location. - The property condition is on par with a 3 star hotel, although the single bed mattress was not very comfortable as it’s too soft without proper support. Highlights of my stay was the excellent service provided by the reception staff: upon check in the girl took initiative to combine tour group booking (I arrived with group tour) and the booking I made by myself after the tour, without me telling; during my stay all staff appeared to be always prepared to help with kind smile on their face, which was a true delight after I had been treated badly by a very rude and cold hotel staff in Moscow. Location is perfect next to the Main Street.

- Wendy (8/5): Good budget hotel in great location - While the entry to the hotel is via an unsalubrious alleyway to a courtyard (access is via a locked gate manned for 24 hrs by security) don't let that put you off. The hotel itself was very comfortable, the room was pleasant, the air con worked (appreciated given the heat wave conditions at the time), the window could open which we liked as much of the time we like fresh air, there were tea and coffee facilities in the room and free bottled water on arrival with a large dispensers to refill from in the foyer. There was a small bar downstairs near reception that had reasonably priced alcohol. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location just off Nevsky Prospekt was fabulous - 5 mins to the metro station and the buses along the main road but being off a side road very quiet. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store nearby and in walking distance to sights like the Church of Spilled Blood one way or the Faberge Museum the other. The Hermitage was around 2km or 25 min walk, 2 stops on the bus if you want to save your legs. The included buffet breakfast was adequate but fairly basic. Watch out for the Russian predilection for sweet things masquerading next to savoury. Strangely our first day, Sunday was a much better choice and freshness of items than the other days we were there during the week and the toaster disappeared Monday am not to return during our visit.
- Fon (8/5): - Good location. The room is clean and tidy. Overall is good, but the air conditioner in our room didn't work properly. There was not so much cool air so we informed the front staff. She told me that she will asked the mechanic to checked and fixed. But when we came back from sightseeing, everything was the same. There was a chance that the staff might forget or the mechanic was not on duty since that happened to be Sunday.

- Gelinho (10/5): Comfortable hotel with great location and value - We arrived late morning which is much earlier than check-in usually opens but our room happened to be ready, so it was a great start to our stay. The front desk staff helped check us in and were quite helpful with orienting us with the hotel facilities the surrounding area, and answering questions. Although our room was simple with a style that some might find outdated, it was quite comfortable and spacious for our needs. We found the location excellent. While Gostiny Dvor metro station is less than 5 minutes walk away, we found ourselves walking throughout St. Petersburg from here to get a better understanding of the city and to see things while getting from one attraction to another. We could access a computer and printer if we wanted to purchase tickets for attractions on the internet and print them out. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of hot foods (porridge, eggs, sausages), cold foods (assorted meats, cheeses, vegetables), yogurt, cereal, breads, fresh fruit, and even desserts from Metropole and Sever.

- christian (8/5): Quiet hotel - This is a lovely hotel situated about 15 minutes from the Palace Embankment area. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff were all very friendly and spoke English. They also helped book my taxi to the train station when I was leaving. There are many restaurants close by. I would stay here again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel 5 min from Metro - The hotel is overall good. The room is spacious, quiet, warm, clean. The breakfast is is above average standard as there are lots of food choices, including bread, cake, cornflakes, cheese, ham, bacon, egg, yogurt, fresh and dry fruit..... The only but unpleasant experience for me is that when I come out from the Metro I searched the hotel "M Hotel" via Google map and it shows another address which has tripled the distance and wasted all our efforts of dragging heavyweight baggage and only found out that was another M Hotel after 20 min. The hotel is actually located just 5 min from the metro exit. Another little draw back is that if it's located inside a yard and visitors need really pay attention to the signage on the top of the gate.

- Carlos (8/5): Ok Hotel in a great location. - The hotel was in a fantastic location, walking distance from many tourist sites as well as two metro stops. Tons of restaurants and shopping just minutes from the door. As far as condition, it wasnt great. It was a bit run down and it smelled bad. We mentioned the smell to the front desk and they didnt do much about it. The bed was not that comfortable and the room was quite small.

- Judy (8/5): convenient location - Although the entrance to the hotel was hard to find as it is via a shabby courtyard from a side street, around the corner from the address given on the website, once inside we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice for a three star hotel, and the window opened to a little garden. Breakfast, which is included in the tariff, had a nice selection, and we ate enough to sustain us until dinner time, allowing us more time for exploring St Petersburg. The hotel is conveniently located to most of the famous sites of St Petersburg. If you like walking these sites, apart from some of the palaces, are within walking distance. If you are not a walker the metro station is close by.

- David (8/5): Hotel M St Petersburg, Russia - Hotel was convenient for all we needed, close to the Hermitage and Kazan, St Isaacs and Saviour on Spilled Blood, Cathedrals. Staff were friendly and very helpful. They organised a day tour to Pushkin and Peterhof for us and helped us print out our train tickets, organised taxis etc.Has a book exchange library.

- Lu (10/5): Pleasant and well-located hotel - I had a very pleasant stay at the M Hotel. The hotel is quiet and very clean, It offers good basic amenities and is ran efficiently by helpful staff. It is strategically located to walk around and discover different parts of the city or to use public transport. Would definitely go back.

I could not connect at all in my room which was on the second floor just above the lobby where the signal should have been strongest. They said the connection would be fixed the next morning, a lie similar to what was told to me at a hotel in Budapest last month. For this reason I will not stay in this hotel the next time I come to St. Petersburg.

- traveller (8/5): Nice hotel in the city Center - The hotel is very well positioned, just minutes away from Nevskiy and Gostiniy dvor. The rooms are quite basic but comfortable and clean. There are slippers as an added bonus. Staff is helpful and polite and breakfast is delicious. Overall we had a great stay!
- deborah (10/5): Nice hotel, very central. - Staff were very helpful once I found the hotel. The address is Sadovaya Street but it is actually down a side street off Sadovaya. Room was spacious enough, very clean and hotel very central. Breakfast is good. Would recommend.
- yyzjim (8/5): Solid 3 Star Hotel with Exceptional Location - We arrived about 9:30 am, and were relieved that we were allowed to check in immediately. Staff were gracious and spoke English quite well. The location is great, very close to Nevsky Prospekt and the Metro (both blue and green lines). There were several conspicuous signs to guide us to the hotel entrance as we arrived on foot from the metro station with our luggage in tow. We had booked a standard room for 5 nights, so were expecting somewhat spartan accommodations. Happily, the room seemed larger than the published dimensions, and was well appointed. Lots of closet and storage space, and a desk with 2 chairs, so one of us didn't have to always sit on the bed. The bathroom was nice, with a large shower. There was also a small refrigerator. TV had a BBC channel and a French channel in addition to the Russian programming. Beds and duvets were comfortable. The breakfast room was quite large, and we never had trouble finding a table. The selection of food was impressive (apple and orange juice, an espresso machine, 4 different kinds of cold cuts, 2 types of cheese, 2-3 types of salads, plus cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, hot oatmeal, cold cereals, fresh fruit, and for hot foods, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, blinis and a vegetable--usually broccoli, and yogurt and pastries, several types of bread and a huge toaster). Items were replenished often, and the quality of the food was evident. No safes in the standard rooms, but the one at the front desk was fine.
- Onur (8/5): One of the best choices at this rates. - The hotel was really above my expectations. The staff was kind and tried to help in case of any problems. They can speak english. The location is very good. You can access to metro station and Nevski Prospect in seconds. If i visit St. Petersburg again I will stay in the same hotel
