This first place i been to want change 350p per person to eat KFC by pool and in restaurant, we was going buy food in restaurant too . Thumbs down 👎. Rented few rooms some tv didn’t work . Wifi sooo slow . I will not book here no more!

• NORHANIFA M (2/5): - Misleading picture, very dirty, old and dirty, bathroom is a mess. This place should be banned from your website.
• Grahame (2/5): Disappointing one-nighter - The check-in process was slow and childish. An extra lengthy check-in sheet. An unnecessary time spent to tell me the check in time was from 2pm when I was already there. And did not need to be verbally told item by item if I polluted the sheets, t6ook the remote control etc etc. A slow process. The room was okay, without a telephone. Poor wifi reception, needing to go out in the corridor t6o get a handshake. No water supplied, shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. Biggest problem was a blocked toilet, resulting in overflowing turds, and a staff member needing to bring a plunger to clear.

• Cristina (4/5): Staff needs training & room should be very clean. - During check in the receptionist doesn’t know how to look for your booking and during the Check out they are asking if where is the towel when I was not even provided with one. You should have a log book to put inputs in on each room.
• Jesse (2/5): Ghetto Village Hotel - First off there was no hot water for showers. The place had roaches and because it was open no way to keep the mosquitoes out of your room. The food was way over priced and the hotel was under staffed. The hotel charged a surcharge for you to bring drinks to your room even when they ran out of drinks in the restaurant. The phones in the rooms can not call out and the front desk if you want to call it that had to be called on your personal phone because they didn't have anything but cell phones. No I will never stay there again.
• Ben (4/5): don't expect too much - First, the staff had me wait for 1 hr 20 mins just to get my room ready. Second, shower head was a bust. Lastly, breakfast was underwhelming.
• jc (10/5): They can't find my reservation! - I paid for the Executive Suite (Matrimonial Bed) ahead of time already. And during check-in, they couldn't find my reservation. It took at least 45 minutes to look for the reservation. Even if it was under my name. It was very frustrating. And the staff was just inconsiderate.
• Dave (4/5): More of a Motel than Hotel - First, it is NOT handicap accessible. No elevator. Second the do have a sign up about this but they don't mention this on their website profile so I think it needs to be brought to the consumers attentions. The sign reads. DON'T drink the WATER because it is not treated for human consumption, that also means don't brush your teeth with it. They provide you with two free bottle water, Use those. I asked at the desk what happens if you drink the water and they said that if you drink the water you can get amebiasis, that is why they have the sign and it is a permanent thing apparently because it is an engraved wooden sign. They lack several of the foods and drinks on their menu. If ordering food, before you even start ask what they currently don't have. This place is really a Motel. It is a place for a bed and a shower and a quick stay. If that is what you want I would say that this is a clean safe place. If you want a hotel this is not it. Also ants in the floor drains in the bathroom. Complained about it and they said nothing they could do about it.
• Anthony (4/5): Barely adequate hotel - An aged hotel, plumbing barely adequate, aircon the same. Far enough from the city centre to be rather isolated.
• deogchun (2/5): 비추천 호텔, 고생했습니다. - 추천하고 싶지 않은 호텔입니다. 공항과 근접거리와 가격은 저렴(서비스나 품질대비 하면 비싼 호텔이지만)하나 룸의 샤워물이 따뜻한 물도 안나오고, 샤워꼭지도 물이 안나와서 어려웠구요. 룸의 전화도 불통이구 기본적으로 룸에 물 한통 서비스도 안되는 아주 불쾌한 여행이었습니다.

• Ronald (2/5): Pay 3 times for the same room! - Unfortunately the stay was terrible. Besides poorly trained and incompetent staff and an aircon unit that sounded like a deisel generator, they billed me 2x for the hotel room and then on check out tried to bill me a 3rd time. The fee was paid through Hotels.com but when I arrived they wanted my credit card for incidentals,,,which is fairly normal. But, on leaving the hotel they asked me for the card again to PAY for the room. I said it was already paid, but they did not believe me. Only upon this investigation, did I find they used my card to pay for the room when i got there...it was not just for incidentals. So, the bottom line: they wanted me to pay 3x for the same room. I asked for a refund for the 2nd payment, but they said they cannot, and can only give me a voucher for future use...then i lost it! Needless to say I will never be back there and will suggest all others to stay away a well.
