• IVI (9/5): Magical view of the lake and very friendly staff - The hotel is right on the lake offering amazing views. They have the breakfast dining room with the best view ever! Mid april was already warm and the hotel was not ready to operate the ceiling fans and aircon. They offered floor fans but did not work as well.

• David (10/5): Amazing and highly recommend - The hotel’s atmosphere and overall appearance were exceptional. There was a wonderful selection of breakfast options along with fresh hot drinks each morning. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and featured an excellent shower. The bar staff were friendly, and it was lovely relaxing there in the evenings with a few drinks after a day out exploring. The hotel is around a 15–20 minute walk from Bellagio town centre. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Fabio, who recommended two fantastic restaurants connected to the hotel, both offering a 10% discount for guests. We visited Antico Pozzo Ristorante, and the pasta dishes were exceptional. Everything was perfect

• PeterSwe (9/5): - Fantastiskt läge. Utsikten från balkongen var magisk. Frukosten och servicen var toppen. Läget lite utanför centrum var lugnt och skönt. Om man inte vill ta en promenad in till centrala Bellagio har hotellet en transporttjänst. Vi kommer tillbaka.
• Kirsten (10/5): Fantastic - We stayed in room 22, we were a group of four. The room was spacious and clean, I stayed on the sofa bed which was comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic serving scrambled or boiled eggs with bacon, selection of cheeses and cold meats, pastry’s, cereal, yoghurts and small selection of gluten free bread. As the cooked breakfast was separate from other gluten items, the chance of cross contamination seemed small. The waiters were helpful and attentive and very friendly. We want to thank Andreena for being so friendly and helpful when we sat for drinks every night on the terrace, nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Sitting on the terrace the views are fantastic. We also made use of the shuttle service as the walk to the hotel was about 15/20 mins and uphill. This cost €5pp per trip, and on the day of departure it was complimentary. We only wish we knew this was an option on arrival. Location is 15 minutes from Bellagio ferry but with the shuttle service this was not an issue at all. Highly recommend.

Śniadania smaczne, obsługa kelnerska bardzo profesjonalna. Mieliśmy boczny pokoik z balkonem i widokiem na jezioro. W pokoju lodówka. W łazience byl bidet. Brak słuchawki w kabinie prysznicowej, tylko deszczownica.

Hotel położony jest kawałek od centrum, ale jesli ktos choć odrobinę jest aktywny to taki 10minitowy spacer w pięknych okolicznościach przyrody nie powinien byc problemem. Obsługa hotelu dowozi do centrum, gdzie maja swoje dwa dodatkowe lokale, w których serwują bardzo dobre jedzenie Obsługa hotelu bardzo przyjazna, miła i uczynna. Przepiękny taras widokowy w którym codziennie można spożywać śniadania i kolację. Widoki sa przepiękne.
• Alexandru (1/5): Overbooking without prior notification - This is the first time ever that happened to us. We arrived at the reception desk with our baby telling us the room is not available because a “system problem” with overbooking and we couldn’t stay there the whole period, even though everything was already paid in advance in full on Booking. It’s incredible how they don’t communicate this beforehand through a message or anything, even though the reservation was made weeks before. They offered to take us to a random apartment in city center that didn’t look that great. All this experience was so weird and never seen before. Don’t recommend this hotel just because of this communication issue from their side, hiding the truth until we arrived on the day of check-in.

• Jerry (3/5): - The Staff was fantastic, the problem was no AC and extremely warm unless open a window however, windows were not able to be open staff did check and moved us to another room better except that had to leave windows open. The next day they advised that wea had to be relocated again and the only way to get any air circulation was to leave doors and windows open therefore, did not feel safe at all sleeping like this. Not the staffs fault but not a way to run a business. The fact that there was no A/C or proper ventilation. Made for very uneasy not safe nights due to having to leave doors and windows open in order to get any proper ventilation. Very poor way to run a business.

• O'Malley (10/5): - I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, which made a huge difference to my overall experience. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting, and it was clear that great care is taken to ensure guests feel comfortable and looked after. I’ll definitely be returning in the future and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Very small room and bathroom, only ventilator but it was not enough to cool the room, next to a noisy road, if neighbours smoke, it goes straight to your room :(

• Dawid (7/5): Great location. Breakfast needs improvement. - The staff was very polite and the location was great. It's great that guests can take the hotel shuttle to the town center. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. My wife and I were assigned room number 1. Unfortunately, the TV didn't work, but who cares in such a beautiful place? There was no kettle, but there were glasses, coffee, and tea. Unfortunately, breakfast wasn't to my taste. The selection was very limited, and the scrambled eggs and bacon were cold. I like my scrambled eggs warm, but maybe other guests prefer cold scrambled eggs.

• Megan (10/5): A perfect stay - would recommend to anyone - We enjoyed everything - The extra money spent for the lake view was so worth it, the rooms were really clean, beds were comfy and shower was lovely. The breakfast was basic but nice. The grounds it’s on is lovely, a short walk to the gardens and the town of Bellagio, the car park is also really handy. Nothing major - the hairdryer needs an upgrade, the cord was also broken, it would be nice for these to be replaced.

Le parking beaucoup trop serré et peu de places. Risque de pas avoir de place si l’on arrive trop tard. Le petit-déjeuner a lieu dans un endroit avec une magnifique vue sur le lac de Côme et les montagnes, mais l’offre alimentaire n’est pas diversifiée et surtout pas qualitative.
