- Jennifer (9/5): A stylish and friendly hotel in a quiet attractive location. - The location is very quiet and pleasant to walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby. The metro is a short walk away and it takes about 10/15 minutes to get to the city centre. The hotel has a deck at the front and back for relaxing and there is a lovely plunge pool for cooling off after a day's sightseeing. The staff are really friendly and gave us a great welcome with a glass of Prosecco!

- Thomas (9/5): Wonderful hidden oasis (with a rare for the city pool and lots of flowers) in charming, stylish area - We loved having our own 'hidden' peaceful oasis, in the middle of a very quiet residential neighborhood away from the overly busy (and touristy) city center, but still very close to anything you would want to see with a short walk or bus ride (as in: 45 minutes walking or a 15 minute bus ride). The swimming pool is a rarity for Rome and a lovely place to sit (flowery terrace), the staff were soooooo sweet and caring to us, and the owner was a very cool local lady whose personal style and (travel) past was clear throughout the hotel. Oh, and the two restaurants on the Piazza Caprera (which is literally a 1 minute walk) are both excellent! Top marks all around.

- Mauro (8/5): Bene ma non benissimo per il prezzo. - Posizione perfetta Era fuori stagione e stavano facendo lavori e l'esterno era lasciato tutto al caso comprese lastre di marmo nelle scale di accesso piuttosto pericolose. La sera inoltre per entrare si deve chiamare un numero, difficile da reperire. Non proprio un'ottima soluzione.

- Bruno (5/5): Potentially a gem but in need of renovation. - Location, location, location — located in one of Rome’s most charming residential areas (a few meters from the lovely piazza Caprera), the hotel is off the beaten track yet well connected to the city’s main attractions by public transport. Outside appearance of the building — housed in a lovely Liberty-style villa. Staff: Not very professional. The welcome and service feel more like an average B&B than what you’d expect from a hotel. In general, Palm Gallery Hotel needs serious renovation and more attentive maintenance — from the rather messy reception/breakfast area to the rooms, especially the bathrooms. With some upgrades and better care, this place could be a real gem.

Nice restaurants locally, as well as supermarkets. This property has a lot of steps (up to front door, pool) so a challenge if mobility is poor. Room needs a set of drawers. Bed was really comfortable and we slept very well.

- Emmy (10/5): A hidden lux gem - A boutique hotel in a great neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and metro. You need a code to enter and there are a lot of security cameras on the property so you feel very safe. The property is small but stunning, beautifully decorated with the most attentive staff. The pool is on a raised terrace but still feels private. Rooms are large with comfortable bedding and air conditioning. There are several “nooks” throughout for some quiet reading with an espresso. Would definitely come back! That we didn’t stay longer

Fun fact: the pool area and front terraces have a lovely little oasis vibe, complete with Morroccan lamps and gorgeous green 🦜 parrot birds flying around. Bellissima! The only thing that was slightly confusing was the "mini bar" situation. There are a couple of waters and sodas in the fridge but no posted pricing. (If there was we missed it...) So we figured we could be charged, and were in fact charged, which was fine but that could be made clearer. Not a big deal.

- Signe (10/5): A pleasant and fairly priced stay in a quiet yet central location – I would happily stay here again! - Lovely pool and terrace(s) for relaxing, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location is great – close to the city center with easy bus connections, yet in a safe and quiet area. The price was fair for what you get. Some days there were quite a few mosquitoes around the pool, even during the day, so bring mosquito spray if you’re sensitive. The water in the pool felt clean, but the bottom could use a bit of extra cleaning.

Номер дуже затишний, як і в цілому вся територія готелю. Максимально приємно у літні спекотні дні зайти у прохолодний басейн, який доступний до пізнього вечора. Тераса навколо дуже гарна, зелена, затишна. Дуже хочу окремо подякувати адміністратору Тімі, який нас чекав до 3 години ночі і приємно прийняв у номер, запропонував пиво і допоміг віднести речі до номеру. В загальному можу сказати, що персонал дуже привітний і уважний до побажань клієнта. Всі постійно усміхаються і з радістю все пояснять, якщо щось не зрозуміло (навіть допомагають зорієнтуватися в дорозі до аеропорту). Виявилось, що готель знаходиться у дорогому і престижному районі Трієсте, який має транспортну інфраструктуру (автобусна/трамвайна зупинка 5 хв від готелю) і станцію метро Поліклініко (15 хв від готелю), яка веде швидко як до самого центру Риму (Колізей), так і наприклад до головного вокзалу Треміні. Дуже приємне враження від відпочинку. Дуже рекомендую!

Często brakowało produktów, mimo małej liczby gości, co wydłużało czas potrzebny na śniadanie. Gdy masz w planach zwiedzanie i wejścia na konkretną godzinę, taki brak organizacji utrudnia życie 😉

We were welcomed with a smile and a drink and helpful information about the local area and the pool was great for a dip after a long hot day walking around the city. Lorenzo was brilliant and made a mean negroni. Will come back when we visit Rome again.

Our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight but we received a very warm welcome and a very cold beer on our arrival😃 Our room was very small and the breakfast was poor. Breakfast was better and cheaper just a 2 minute walk down the street.

The location is also super quiet and peaceful and in a lovely neighborhood. The rooms are lovely, the style is unique but tasteful. I loved having a pool because I was there in July. The staff were friendly. I got a complimentary drink on arrival.

- Hannah (9/5): Amazing hotel just outside the centre, gorgeous pool! - This is such a gorgeous hotel. The room was lovely and comfortable. Pool area was gorgeous. Staff were amazing and saw to our every need. It’s a 15 min walk to the metro where you can access the centre of Rome. Loads of places to eat in the area. It residential so it’s super quiet and safe. Would 100% stay there again. Breakfast could have been better, maybe a few more options. Some of the plug fixtures were coming off. All minor things that would stop me staying there though.

Tried calling them, tried knocking, no one is there to help you, I could have slept outside if I didn’t guess the code!

The ground-floor room I booked was clean and the sheets fresh, but the white bed coverlet had a visible old stain that didn’t come out (wine?) and the windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in many months.

Cool place out of the hustle and bustle of Rome. Breakfast is not included. You can order it the night before for a small fee. It would be nice to have at least a coffee machine in the main area.

- Salomeja (2/5): Very poor - We had a warm welcome when we arrived and also received some useful information about restaurants near by. Location was also good. We booked this hotel because it had a pool, but unfortunately, it did not look clean enough to take a bath. The room was also less clean than expected. One corner of the bedroom had a mould, and the fridge was leaking. All bathrooms, including areas above shower and walls, were covered by mould. As we asked staff if we could receive a room with no mould, it was told that all rooms are occupied for this day, but they will look for a solution. As we left the room for the day and returned in the evening same day, the room smelled like chlorine, which meant that staff tried to clean the mould. This was not ideal as it did not feel comfortable sleeping in such room, and we were forced to keep open windows overnight.

- Nicole (8/5): - Love how secluded you feel when at property surrounded by plants/trees like in a garden. Pool deck was nice to lounge. Pool was FREEZING. Required to wear swim caps you need to purchase at front desk. Staff was amazing & friendly. Restaurants all walkable. Had difficulty getting Taxis. Metro is 15 minute walk. This location isn’t close to main attractions in Rome & having to rely on taxis that don’t come made it difficult. If it were warmer & pool was warmer it would have been perfect but we were there in end Sept. Tami at front desk greeted us when first arrived which was very pleasant & gave us printed info to help with stay.

The hotel was outside of the city but was easily accessible by bus (about a 5-7 minute walk to the bus stop) There were two restaurants right next to the hotel. Room had everything you needed. :-) unfortunately the breakfast pictures did not match the breakfast itself. But the breakfast was ok, based on the photos you expected something different! but the service was great again! super friendly and tried to do the best! Unfortunately the whirlpool was dirty and unusable

The hotel is in a well-connected location – there are many bus lines nearby that conveniently and quickly take you to the main landmarks in Rome. Thanks to this, even though Palm Gallery Hotel offers peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle, you can easily reach the city center in no time. The hotel staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room was meticulously cleaned every day, which made us feel well taken care of and comfortable. We also loved the pool at the rooftop.
