Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Ferry schedule from mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier): 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier): 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after noon will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.

- Mike (7/5): Anlage mit Potenzial zu etwas Besseren - Eigentlich eine Toplage, mittendrin und doch ruhig. Die Anlage hat Potenzial. Der Pool ist schön. Die Zimmer sind auch schön. Es gibt Schirme im Zimmer. Man darf über Gutschein ein leicht fussläufiges Fitnessstudio nutzen. Vor ein paar Jahren buchten wir ebenfalls die Suite, direkt am Hotel, damals wurden wir freundlichst empfangen und umsorgt. Dieses mal leider herrschte eine andere Rezeptionistin. Wir sollten online buchen, was anderes gäbe es nicht mehr. Der Ton war wirklich rauh, das habe ich in 20 Jahren Thailand nie erlebt. Unsere Suite hatte dann in der ersten Nacht einen Elektrischen Defekt, es ging alle paar Minuten das Licht von selbst wieder an. Ich konnte lediglich die Karte aus dem Zimmerslot nehmen, musste dann ohne Klima schlafen. Als ich am Morgen das Problem schilderte, wieder dieser schroffe Ton, mit Hinweis wie man die Anlage richtig bedienen sollte. Ich musste beweisen, dass die Anlage einen Fehler hatte. Das tat ich dann auch, in meiner Suite, in meiner Urlaubszeit als Gast. Auf die Frage wie ich denn zum Fitnessstudio komme, bekam ich den Hinweis google zu nutzen. Als 2. das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher dünn. Die 3 Bedienungen waren freundlich aber irgendwie fehl am Platz. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage, sieht man immer wieder ein paar Kakerlaken. Die Betten sind hart. Aber hervorheben möchte ich wirklich die Hauptdame der Rezeption. Ich empfand es wirklich als nicht gerechtfertigt so einen Ton anzulegen, wir waren freundlich, verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit.

W pokoju był dość tradycyjny starodawny wystrój, co nam nie przeszkadzało, ale niestety były też małe mrówki - nie można było trzymać jedzenia poza lodówką, bo od razu przychodziły...

- Christine (7/5): Very nice people, swim up was great (just need extra mats so not to slip) - We had a ground floor swim up room. This is why we booked this room. Was centrally located in the heart of PhiPhi making it easy to get to everything. Breakfast was fine. Best thing was having someone at the pier to meet us, carry our bags and show us our room. Arriving and looking for our hotel could definitely been a challenge if he wasn't there. The room was definitely on the older side however it did have some charm. Not on the beach. The smell when walking to our room was either of sewage or chlorine bleach (I suspect it's hard on an island-they just don't have the proper infrastructure). The worst was the shower had no door, the shower head was not able to pivot so water got out unless you kept the handheld in your hand and pointed it away from the opening. Everything got wet including the towels on the rack in the shower, the floor needed extra mats so not to slip. There was a swim up bar - it could have been fun, however the bartenders was not engaging at all. The soap in the bathroom left marks all over the counter.

- Tanya (6/5): это нормальный отель, не ужас, не дыра, но второй раз я его не выберу) цена завышена - как и на любую вещь на пхи-пхи. - это был очень хороший отель лет 15 назад. внешне он все еще выглядит хорошо, красивая мебель, классный бассейн, неплохие номера, но, очевидно, отелю нужно обновление. хорошее расположение - все близко, при этом в самом отеле асболбтно не слышно ночной жизни пхи-пхи. завтрак нормальный, посредственный, без восторгов, просто обычная еда. сантехника требует замены, вода в душе бьет рандомными струями в разные стороны, смеситель в раковине уже просто невозможно отмыть, не очень приятно чистить зубы. кондиционер еле дышит, нам приходилось оставлять его пару раз включенным, когда мы уходили, потому что для полного охлаждения комнаты ему требуется слишком много времени. по факту он просто очень громко шумит, но ничего не делает) с моей стороны у изголовья кровати постоянно копошились крошечные муравьи, каждое утро вставала с новыми укусами.

Breakfast buffet was good. A shame we missed it one morning due to an early tour start time. Staff transported bags back to Port on checkout day. Would have been nice to have a drink special happy hour to enjoy the swim up bar. It was a great trip regardless. Air conditioning unit cooled the room well but seemed to not be working 100% properly at times, though not enough to mention.

Personalet var også meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Suitens bruser var udendørs, hvilket jo er dejligt nok, bare ikke hvis man skal have et bad om aftenen, med alle dyr og insekterne. Eneste anden mulighed for bad, var badekaret på værelset, hvor bruserhovedet ikke kunne trækkes ret langt op.
- Piera (10/5): - Siamo tornati al Palmtree Resort per la seconda volta dopo 8/9 anni. La struttura è in un'ottima posizione centrale ed è sempre ben curata. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e attento. Avevamo una piccola perdita di acqua in bagno e sono venuti subito a ripararla. Molto gradito anche il servizio di trasporto bagagli al molo, nonostante sia davvero a pochi mt, e il ragazzo dello staff è stato molto cortese portandoci fino al nostro traghetto. Se torneremo a Phi Phi una terza volta non avremo dubbi di dove soggiornare! Nel frattempo lo consiglieremo ad amici, come abbiamo già fatto! L'unica cosa che "è mancata" sono dei lettini nel terrazzo. Purtroppo c'era solo una sedia, un po' pochino per una Suite.

- Melanie (8/5): Good - We booked the suite and have a very large room and bathroom with a jacuzzi, and a private patio. Breakfast was included, nice pool area with a pool bar. They did not clean the room during our stay, we found a cockroach in the bathroom, jacuzzi pipes were dirty and grimes came out from it when we turned on. Balcony had a cat’s piss odour. Reception don’t leave you check out until they verify that you have not taken any item ( ie towel) with you. First time that happened to me. The swimming pool area has only 6 sunbed for the whole resort. It is a non-smoker resort, so if you wanna smoke, despite having a private patio or balcony, you need to go out.

I wish I could stay longer and I’m definitely going back! Just the cleaning of the room in 4 nights they only came 1 for cleaning I even had to ask for toilet paper. Хороший завтрак по системе шведского стола . Хороший бассейн . Большая кровать нас 2 взрослых и ребенок 5 лет Кондиционер над кроватью , дует сильно , лыжа не настраивается , с ребенком не очень удобно .

Dennoch ist es angenehm leise und man bekommt wenig vom Trubel mit. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut - es ist eine große Auswahl an Lebensmitteln zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hin und wieder hat eine Verkleidung gefehlt. Dennoch hatte Spaß gemacht, im Pool zu baden und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Бассейн очень милый, не маленький, с баром, где можно купить холодные напитки и сидеть на стульях прямо в воде. Очень хорошие завтраки - все, что нужно! В общем не ждите люкса, просто милый отель в самом центре острова. Его главный плюс - тихий внутренний дворик. Вокруг кафе, музыка, шум, внутри тишина и уют, цветущие деревья и, конечно, кошка с котятами! Спасибо отелю за гостеприимство!

Great restuarants pubs within minutes Not a lot of room for sunbeds nor was there a lot of sunbeds. Breakfast wasnt great. Jacuzzi in the suite wasnt cleaned out, we used it the once but it filtered out disgusting residue so had to abandon the bubble bath.

- Sophia (9/5): Perfecto para una cómoda y corta estadía. - La ubicación sobre todo, es un excelente hotel, queda muy cerca del comercio, del puerto donde llegan los Ferry y salen los tour, y cerca de bares o playas para más fiestas (aún así no se escucha nada). La habitación es genial, es amplia, el baño también, tiene para colgar en el balcón. El aire acondicionado también funciona excelente y dan 2 llaves, por lo que puedes dejarlo funcionando si sales un corto rato. El desayuno súper completo. No me gustó la cama ni las almohadas, son durísimas, de todas maneras, todos los alojamientos en Tailandia han sido así. La piscina no es muy grande y no tienes muchas reposteras.
