Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Ferry schedule from mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier): 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier): 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after noon will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.

• kyemackay (8/5): Lovely Hotel - Lovely accommodation, would highly recommend to others visiting Phi Phi. The pool area was nice. Not noisy either considering Phi Phi can be loud. The room we had was very small but was perfect for the length of time we spent there. Staff were nice too!

It’s quiet for phi phi standards but still being your ear plugs as the parties go on until 2am all over the island. The pool had some sort of calming coming off of the bottom of the pool onto our feet. Looks like a temporary fix gone wrong

That being said, you could still hear the beach party bass music in the room but it wasn’t super annoying (and I’m a light sleeper). The rooms are basic. Pool area was nice but the pool was almost disgustingly warm. Staff were great and helpful.

• Ryan (6/5): - Not a great place. The breakfast was one of the best parts until my gf saw a cockroach crawling on the plates. Location was ok but it’s also right next to the sewer ditch. They have a bunch of standing water which means the mosquitos were terrible. The pool was broken and green. Water coming out of the faucet was yellow and dirty. The one thing I didn’t mind was I got stuck with a room with two beds but they were able to push them together for a nice big bed.

The hotel is pretty basic. Lots of mosquitos and quite a few flys. The breakfast was good - wide range of choices.of western food and asian. Our onward journey was helped by the hotel they got the bags on no the ferry no problem. The room was short on plugs and the ac wasnt the best! Tv channels were a lot of english speaking ones which were good!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Highly recommend - Coming to Phi Phi I had previously booked a different accommodation to stay at. But after reading a few reviews regarding the place I’ve realised the mistake that I’ve made. I then starting looking for a second place to stay at, and came across PP Casita. It was definitely the right decision to change accommodation and stay there. The staff were friendly, the breakfast has many options, and the location was everything I needed to have access to all the bars in the island.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Highly recommend - We loved this place so much!!!! It was far more beautiful than ever expected. The photos do not do this place justice! Highly recommend. It’s like a pretty little village with a pool. Kept in such nice condition and the staff are lovely. We arrived that the pier and we met a guy who was “hotel transport” (it was actually a guy on foot with a luggage trolley as no cars on the island). We didn’t request this or expect it so a really lovely touch. Amazing location close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Can’t wait to come back!
• Anton (6/5): Ok... only good for location - The location was good but the inside of the bungalow rooms were outdated. You get what you pay for. The AC only works with the key in so you can’t leave the ac running when you’re out. The bungalows are all located close together and the windows aren’t well insulated so you can hear your neighbours quite well (it almost sounds like they are inside your room). The bed was more on the stiff side. Shower and bathroom looked dirty so I always wore my flip flops inside. WiFi NEVER worked in your rooms. The only good thing I can say is location and room service was fast to clean your room. Also when you check out you have to wait for them to check your room before you can leave.

• Gary (6/5): Great staff, but the bathroom smells! - Tie staff is amazing and very friendly. The room was clean, with working air conditioner. The bathroom was not nice, and smelt awfully like a sewer. It’s hard to avoid this smell on Ko Phi Phi, but if you have a sensitive sense of smell, I would pay the extra price for a nicer hotel. We only stayed for one night, so it was doable.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Worse than a hostel - The place is a dump, nothing like the photos at all. We had a ‘villa’ in the garden and it was dingy, dirty and old. Near to the party area but don’t expect to bring anyone back. And don’t expect to have a lie in as cleaning people will be knocking on your door early in the morning and the army of gardeners will be banging on your walls cutting the plants down. Plus the sound of their walkie talkies sounds like you’re in the middle of a battlefield. Their policies are a bit ridiculous with you having to give your key to reception every time you leave the hotel and tight time regulations on towels. The pool was okay but don’t expect a swim up bar or restaurant. If you’re coming to phi phi to party stay in a hostel, if you’re coming to relax then go to the other side of the island. Not worth the money and not as advertised.

• Peter (4/5): What is that noise?? - Great location, nice pool, bar closed , friendly customer service , neat, well maintained property. Run down room, shower smells like eggs, bed uncomfortable. Clubs near by blast music late and these freaking frogs make the craziest hissing noise you've ever heard all night long. It was insanity ! I've never heard anything like it. Breakfast sucked and there was construction next door that gave me a headache in the morning. Stayed 1 night, probably wouldnt stay there again for the price. But the deck people were kind and friendly .

• Martins (10/5): I see why this place is so popular - Having been on PhiPhi before and given our previous hotel was fully booked, picked something decent by trusting in reviews just for one night. Ended up prolonging our stay in Casita for rest of our stay on PhiPhi. What's not to like about? - Fair location (you can get more remote and therefore more quiet bungalow); - Smallish, but well maintained bungalow, so no real defects, nothing is broken, nothing really to complain about; - quiet and super efficient airCon, TV with great channels including multiple NatGeo and similar, so you won't get bored for sure; - breakfast - for having a buffet in Thailand and not being able to complain - that's a success!!! Really good breakfast and girl at "egg station" is my personal hero. - didn't use the pool, but looked absolutely decent. I accidentally saw PPCasita as one of top recommended places in PhiPhi for backpackers in some French tour-guide about Thailand, but believe me there is a good reason why it's highlighted there and you can use it not only for budget traveling.

Pros: air condition in our bungalow, privacy, not too loud as other reviews state (maybe it was aircon that drowned it out, maybe it was the location of our bungalow), nice and clean pool, great breakfast buffet with tons of choices and eggs made to order! Cats around property are cute (they're everywhere in Koh Phi Phi - can't avoid that), and right in the center of town! Cons: Wifi spotty sometimes (I was working so needed steady wifi)

• John (8/5): - An excellent choice. While Koh Phi Phi is full of late night partyers. Las Casitas is like a quiet village in the middle of it. I was able to sleep incredibly well in my building room. Staff was nice. Breakfast buffet was good too.

The staff are friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast is wonderful with eggs, bacon,sausages, as well as fruit etc.. The pool is wonderful and clean, could use more chaises, and stop people from reserving and not using (put a time limit & then remove their towels and other belongings). The whole of the Town is just outside your room, no vehicles allowed here so no motorcycles or cars or exhaust, just fresh air! Enjoy folks, great place. It can be quit hot and humid, so come prepared, but beats winter back home.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice hotel, close to the beach. Pool is a good size with a small swim up bar. Our bungalow was just the right size. We had no hot water when we arrived, spoke to reception and this with sorted straight away by maintenance. The WiFi also played up abit, but when going to reception they sorted straight away. Airconditioning worked very well! We felt secure and safe. Breakfast was good! You can hear the music from the beach at night just very slightly, however with the aircon unit on as well we slept like babies & didn’t hear a thing! Very happy with our stay :)
• Verified traveler (10/5): - I think the property was laid out very nicely. Its a little community of decent sized huts. No issues with anything here. The breakfast buffet had enough options, the pool looked nice although I didn't go in. It's a close walk to the pier and to the Viewpoint. There is plenty of things to do in the vicinity of the area. I was in room 501 and I could hear a bit of noise from partiers throughout the night but not enough to ruin sleep (I'm usually a light sleeper). The staff were helpful in printing off our ticket for our ferry to Phuket. A good stay overall!
• Ray (4/5): - Rooms are really tired and dark, and you really don’t want to spend any time in them at all. The shower is also incredibly low pressure. Also when you check in, they basically list everything you can’t do and the fines they will charge you. Starts on a pretty negative foot. The location is good if you want the beach and to party.
• Kari (6/5): So so hotel- lots of mosquitoes in the room - The hotel is in a good location, they have a nice breakfast buffet, and there is a cute pool. However, we stayed in a bungalow and while the outside is very cute, the inside is not so great. They are tiny with few amenities. They only give you one towel per person per day and no hand towel or washcloth. You get one pillow per person although we did ask for one extra pillow and they gave it to us. My biggest complaint is that there is a gap at the top of the door that was so large that small branches from the tree above us stuck through it and bugs and mosquitoes came in through it as well. We stayed there two nights and both nights, we called reception to have them come spray for the mosquitoes in the room which helped some. I then shoved a towel into the gap above the door so that more couldn’t fly in during the night. Either way, we still ended up with a ton of mosquito bites. Overall, it just wasn’t a very comfortable place to stay and I probably would not stay there again.

• Breanna (6/5): Not good if you want to have guests over - I would warn anyone wanting to stay here that they do not allow any guest to enter property with you. Went on a trip with 18 friends but some booked at different hotels. A friend of ours was going to come hangout with us in our room, 6 of us booked here, She went to walk back with us and was immediately told she could not enter the property. It is ridiculous that you can't have a guest come hangout. The other 3 hotels did not have problems with those staying having guests come to the room. I again would not stay here if you are going as a large group and cannot all book here or if you are single and planning on hooking up. Another night a friend wanted some tylenol again was stopped and had to wait in the lobby for me to go to my room grab the tylenol then walk it back to the lobby to give it to her. I would not book here again for this reason, unless i was going solo or as a couple. I hated that we couldn't have our other friends hangout with us abd that they had to constantly wait in the lobby. If wondering half the group booked a hotel up the mountain so our place was a crazy meeting point for heading to the beach or town. Also our water pressure was non existant for showering it was a real pain. Then there is the bathroom window that wouldn't shut so if anyone was walking down the path they could see right in. The property is beautiful, great location and i liked the breakfast

• Verified traveler (6/5): Nice place , but loud - This place was nice, had a very pretty garden area. The pool was also nice and so was the complementary breakfast buffet. I was in room number two, which was very close to the lobby and Street area, so it was extremely loud and hard to get good sleep. The rooms are not very soundproof, so I found this to be an issue. Otherwise the staff was fantastic and I really enjoyed the property, I just would not recommend room number one or two. Staff said the hotel was full and no Other rooms were available, so they could not move me. If you are looking for somewhere quiet, this may not be the place for you.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Great staff! Nice pool and good location, close to beach and nightlife and 7 eleven. Quaint boutique style villas with lovely garden walkways. Boardwalks are pretty, but for not for those with mobility or balance issues. We stayed in the building at the back of the resort and it was quiet enough to sleep. Really comfortable beds. We ate all our meals at the Grand PP Arcade, which was a 2 minute walk away.
• Mimi (6/5): - It is very well located near the center and fare enough so you don't hear all the party life. Koh Phi Phi is a part town and very busy place there's no quiet time but also beautyful and enjoyable. I had breakfast included and honestly it was alright I recomend not to take it and eat at any other local restaurent for very little . there was also construction near the area and it would start quite early in the morning. The rooms are decent for the price and well kept. Little out dated but you won't stay in your room for very long.
• Pat (8/5): - Someone from hotel meets every boat and transports luggage and shows the way up to hotel. Hotel is peaceful and quiet and looks great. Staff all wonderful. Room was great and nice pool area. Good price for phi phi rooms too. highly recommend.

• Laurel (8/5): Fair value for price paid - Fair quality of hotel given the low price. The room was smallish and dark and the frogs were SO loud at night! Disrupted our sleep. The bed was comfortable and AC was adequate. Breakfast was really great, staff made us special food to meet dietary needs. Front desk staff also very nice. We were met at ferry by a staff who helped us with our bags and also put our daughter in his cart because she wasn’t well and rolled her to hotel. Really appreciated the level of service! Location good, we could hear bar music at night but it was not too loud. Frogs MUCH louder. Haha

The pool music wasn't my type - mostly remix of any famous songs. The breakfast was good. They are ready to serve you an omelet, fried eggs or scramble eggs after your choice.

The bungalows are beautiful and so does the road of the hotel. The location was great and the staff always helped us. I really recommend staying there.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Cutest Setting!! - Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were welcomed at the dock by a baggage handler who guided us to the resort (is at the back of the island so just beware.. not too far of a walk.) free breakfast tickets are provided for duration of your stay. The air conditioner worked phenomenally. The setting of the entire resort was quaint and charming. Only downsides were the beds were rather stiff (which seems to be common throughout Thailand) and some guests were very noisy at early hours of the morning (which is out of the resorts control.) overall loved our stay and would stay again!

Very close to beach and good bars/restaurants, but far enough away for music and partying to sleep well (we heard a little low bass thump at times, but not enough to keep us awake).

I found the location perfect as it was away from the loudness of the beach but only a 7 minute walk from it. Fairy central location in terms of shops and bars. The grounds were well kept and maintained and the rooms were clean and in good shape. I was in a building room with 2 beds. Pool was decent and the breakfast was passable. Would stay here again!
• Rob (10/5): Nice hotel close to it all - This was the last leg of our Asian adventure and it was a good place to finish up our holiday. The hotel was close enough to everything (most hotels are on phi phi) staff were very helpful rooms were decent bed was comfortable the only downsides was the music from the beach clubs was loud in our room till late and the head clearance to get into the bathroom was ridiculous resulting in me bumping my head multiple times but all in all I would happily stay again
• Tiffany (8/5): Clean and Friendly Bungalow - Hotel Staff very Nice! Hotel is quiet and very clean. Pool is clean and lots of tanning chairs. Very good breakfast! Bacon, eggs, omelette, fruit, toast, cereal etc.. Rooms have coffee, tea, kettle, water bottle and small fridge. I really really enjoyed this hotel because it had a very special and different look to it with the bungalows and nice hotel grounds. I stayed here twice while in Thailand and even though it was more expensive then some, it was written passing the extra dollar to know you are in a good place. Rooms are cleaned daily. 10 minute walk to beach. Only bad things about the hotel is that the room safe wouldn't lock. Bathroom is very small and the whole floor gets wet when you shower which is uncomfortable, a shower curtain would be appreciated. Only 2 towels come in room and 1 roll of toilet paper, so just ask at front desk if you need more and they are happy to help. The bed is hard, which I actually liked and slept well, but for some this might be a negative. Over all this is one of the best hotels for the value in all of Phi Phi. Can't go wrong!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Noce hotel - Very comfortable room, the pool was very clean, good breakfast. The a/c takes a while to cool down, but once it does it really cools down the room. Very clean.
• Brian (10/5): Good location and price. - This hotel is a short walk (10-15 minutes) from the docks in phi phi. We met a gentleman, after we excited the boat, who had a sign with the hotel name on it, and he gave us direction and a map to the hotel. I just used the gps on my phone to navigate there since it was easier to do that. The check in process was fast and easy. They do ask that when you leave the hotel each time to drop your room keys in the check out box. Seems stranger but it worked fine. towels are available at the front desk from 8am-8pm. They don't allow guests who aren't on the name of the room to come inside of the room; just the lobby. The rooms are small but clean and had all the necessary items one would need. They provide two free water bottles each day when the maid comes clean the room. I made the mistake of booking two double bed instead of a single queen. But the bed were comfortable with extra pillows in the closet. The rooms were hot when we first arrive because you need to put your room key in to use the electricity. The free breakfast coupons are given for each day upon checking in. The breakfast buffet was decent. They had rice and noodles, breakfast potatoes, bacon, fresh fruits, salad, an omelette station, coffee and tea. it was the same each day. The hotel is closer to phi phi viewpoint which is only a 10-15 minutes hike. Overall this hotel was exactly what I was looking for. I had great experience and would book again.
• Eric (6/5): Just a place to rest your head. - Service was mediocre. Not very friendly. Rooms were clean. The hotel is close to the north beach and a short walk from the pier.
