Steps on the property were quite steep. Didn’t see any staff apart from cleaners, reception never open when we went past so felt very impersonal. Didn’t like ashtray and matches in room.

Good location for exploring Kalbarri. Felt a bit dated and in need of renovation. We didn’t feel like we were ‘sea front’ as our villa was at the back of the complex.

- Kim (6/5): Last port in the storm - Had to scramble to pick up an accommodation due to cyclone Narelle so was happy to get a last minute booking. Location of complex is good. This place is old, dusty, tired, unstaffed, and WAY over-priced. Don't know if they are always this over-priced or were just taking advantage of all of us who needed last minute bookings due to the cyclone.

- Nichola (7/5): Great location, clean, comfortable ‘no frills’ apartment - Great location close to beach. Clean, comfortable unit and clean pool. Very friendly pool lady! Reception being closed on public holidays (arguably one of their busiest times?) so couldn’t ask questions, clarify issues, get laundry detergent etc. No kitchen utensils eg wooden spoon, spatula and literally only the bare minimum cutlery. In fact only 2 desert spoons in a three person unit, fortunately we were only two so didn’t need to stagger breakfast! Otherwise value for money.

Pool great and calm beach across the street. Never saw any staff and checkin done by kiosk that did not work very well due to faulty keyboard. Bit frustrating.we loved Kalbarri and 3 nights a perfect stay. National Park worth 2 days and swim/snorkle at Blue Holes is unique Nothing

The place was spotless. We ran out of toilet paper and there was no backup anywhere. However, we sent an email and within a half-hour, you responded which was excellent. these things can happen but you were responsive.

- Sicuso (8/5): - The location. It was a very roomy mini apartment. For travellers , not travelling with everything, standard complimentary toiletries would be an improvement. More cleaning products and tools for those staying multiple days. Eg; mop, pegs, dish sponge and spray n wipe.

Very central, pool is lovely , very well looked after and clean Could do with an update but super clean.

- Candid Mark (7/5): Big Suite near National Park - Great location and view. Big room with all kitchen facilities. WiFi and AC worked well.. Good TV with Netflix We never saw any staff other than cleaners. The rooms are soulless. Windows nearly all give onto balconies with other guests wandering about so has feeling of lacking privacy.
