• Hermann (10/5): Wohlfühlen und Entspannen - Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und es war wieder wunderbar. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das ganze Team ist sehr freundlich. Das Haus hat ein besonderes stilvolles Ambiente. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das sehr gute Abendessen kann man für 40 Euro pro Person dazu buchen. Es sind 4 Gänge incl. Wein und Wasser, es war perfekt!

• Nonesuch (10/5): A wonderful getaway among friendly people, excellent food and wine in a beautiful natural setting. - A beautiful location nestled among vineyards and orchards, yet close to the town of Faenza. An excellent starting point for cycling. A very tasty and hearty breakfast featuring plenty of local ingredients...the dining room always smelled delicious and was an invitation to eat. Excellent dinners featuring a very varied menu, local ingredients, and superb wines from Campanacci’s vineyard...kudos to the chef. All of this was enhanced by the exceptional kindness of our warm-hearted hosts and the entire staff. It would be nice to have slightly larger breakfast plates, trash bins on the tables, and bigger spoons for cereal.

Unica nota, la struttura si trova abbastanza fuori rispetto alla città, quindi l'auto è obbligatoria per arrivarci. Tutto sommato, un'esperienza molto buona e tornerei nuovamente. /

The breakfast had many tasty options to choose from. The location was great for daily trips to the points of interest in the area. Nella stanza c'erano insetti verdi che volano, le chiamano le cimici, però il proprietario ha sistemato subito togliendole.. purtroppo in campagna il problema è questo nn ci si può fare niente xché rientrano.

The food they provided was excellent and there was plenty of breakfast choice for these Kiwi palates! The room was comfortable and well-appointed. We enjoyed the special New Year’s Eve dinner. There are wonderful views out over the countryside. Don’t be put off by the drive up the hill - we had to do it in the dark, but once you’ve done it once, it’s OK! Nothing.

• Eleonora (9/5): - Un posto che è diventato immediatamente "il" posto del cuore perché tutto è fatto con il cuore oltre che con grande maestria: accoglienza da hotel 5 stelle nella "casa della nonna". Colazione superlativa. Il proprietario Marco ha veramente saputo creare un luogo che ovunque guardi parla di bellezza. Non c'è molta insonorizzazione tra una stanza e l'altra.

The hospitality, the comfort, and the welcome we received was next level. We enjoyed the relaxed yet fine and delicately and exquisitely decorated environment. The restaurant on site was phenomenal and our breakfast was out of this world - pastries, eggs, sliced meat and cheeses, fresh fruit, etc. The bed was very comfortable and the surrounding environment was peaceful and expansive. Coming from the city, it was exactly what we were hoping for and more!

È il giusto compromesso per godere sia della pace della natura sia per raggiungere tutti i centri città come Imola, Faenza e Forlì. La camera è spaziosa e pulita come anche il bagno. Il buffet della colazione è ampio e genuino. Anche la cena su prenotazione è stata buonissima. Grazie di tutto, ci avete fatto sentire a casa a 500 km di distanza!!!!

We voelden ons zeer welkom. Het eten (ontbijt en diner) is werkelijk fantastisch, ook de vegetarische gerechten die ze maken zijn heerlijk - veel uit eigen tuin en alles zelfgemaakt. 🙏Dank jullie wel Marco en Fabio, we worden bij jullie super blij. Il paesaggio è incantevole e regala silenzio e pace in ogni momento della giornata. La piscina, circondata dal verde, è perfetta per rilassarsi. Il cibo è ottimo, genuino e preparato con grande cura. luogo autentico che unisce natura, comfort e ospitalità: assolutamente consigliato! L’unica cosa da considerare è che è necessario avere un mezzo proprio, poiché non ci sono collegamenti nelle vicinanze.

Vielen Dank an Marco für die tollen Tipps, für die Inspirationen, die netten Gespräche und für seine tägliche Arbeit seine Gäste zu verwöhnen. Morgens wird ein wunderbares Frühstück kredenzt und falls man möchte, am Abend ein hervorragendes 4-Gang-Menü, auf das wir uns jedes Mal sehr gefreut haben. Campanacci ist ein ganz besonderer Ort - perfekt zur Entspannung aber auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ziele in der Umgebung. Der Abschied ist uns schwer gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. -

We especially enjoyed our interesting chats. * The renovated house has a soul! The villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is filled with beautiful antique furniture, ceramics and paintings. The scenery is stunning. * The room was decorated nicely and well-equipped. Air con worked well. * We really recommend the 4 course dinners, which Marco prepares in the evening. Really tasty homemade meals served in the garden. * I also recommend buying a few bottles of the homegrown wine. You will not regret it :) Great notes and no hangover the next day. * The breakfast is really tasty and the ingredients are sourced locally. It offers a variety of options including delicious homemade cakes * The views are breathtaking. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and hills * We did not use the swimming pool, but it looked well-maintained.

• Martin (10/5): Perfect stay - Wonderful property! Very nice hosts, the rooms are spacious, clean and perfectly decorated. Great breakfast, dinner is one menu for all and has a family atmosphere. The area around the house is immaculate and the pool is very nice too. Great location to explore Faenza, Ravenna and Bologna.

• Noemi (10/5): Maravilloso - No puedo elegir nada en concreto, me gustó todo. El alojamiento está en una zona totalmente tranquila para descansar y desconectar. Su piscina para usarla si el tiempo lo permite. Limpieza diaria de tu habitación. Lo mejor sus anfitriones Marco y Favio y por excelencia su desayuno y magnífica cena casera. Es una delicia. Volveremos pronto

La posizione ( isolata)e la strada per raggiungere la struttura ( poco illuminata ,stretta ma a doppio senso,e a tratti dissestata ma dopo un paio di giorni impari a conoscerla.)

• Karlo (10/5): Fantastic accomodation, huge recommendation. - Fantastic experience. We were welcomed by a very friendly host, room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Food is another level. We had one of the best dinners in Italy. Everything is domestic and local, including a great selection of very beautiful wines. Location and views are stunning and it is just a 15 min drive from Faenza.

A beautiful hidden gem in the hills of emilia romagna run by the most friendly people who are great cooks too! Lovely cats. Already wanting to go back. Comfortable rooms, beds, AC etc.
