Goed ontbijt en ruime fitness. we hadden in eerste instantie een kamer waarin gerookt mocht worden, dat rook erg onprettig voor niet rokers naar gelukkig konden we gemakkelijk ruilen van kamer. Het diner in het restaurant viel ontzettend tegen.

- Zahra (8/5): It was good, but I don’t think I’ll be doing it again, mainly coz of the fresh air thing - It’s close to everything and the staff were super friendly and their service was amazing My room had two windows but they were locked you can only open them a tiny bit. I’m asthmatic and needed the fresh air, I couldn’t get it though so I was sick most of the time coz of the smell of detergents. another thing is, as a girl, we need a plug near a mirror, the plugs were all too far and I couldn’t see when blow drying my hair (very girly but it matters to us 😆)

The hotel’s location is excellent—situated in the heart of Kuwait City and only 10–15 minutes away from major landmarks and family-friendly destinations. Housekeeping services are of a very high standard, and the staff are always smiling, attentive, and ready to assist at any time. Highly recommended!
- Ali (1/5): - لاشيء كل شيء تمام بس سحبوا مبلغ اكثر من المبلغ الموضح في موقع بوكينق رجعت كلمتهم واعتذروا وقالوا يرجع لك المبلغ في حسابك بعد 21 يوم عمل لما رجعت لتعليقات الضيوف وجدت اكثر من شخص صارت لهم نفس السالفه وما رجعوا له المبلغ، نرجو الانتباه وفندق من ادارة ماريوت غريبه يصير تلاعب زي كذا
- AbdulRahim (10/5): - The staff were incredibly welcoming and among the best I've ever met. They were exceptionally helpful and provided outstanding service throughout the hotel. "Excellent" doesn't even begin to describe them. Nil, No comments at all. The only issue was that the pillows were too soft and I couldn't use that type of pillow.

- Essa (8/5): أقامه جميلة 🤩 - 1-يتميز الفندق بموقع ممتاز قريب من الاماكن السياحية وقريب جد آ من سوق المباركية ومجمع العاصمة 6 دقايق بسياره من الفندق . 2-خدمة التوصيل الى المطار (خدمة يوفرها الفندق مجاناً لنزلاء). 3-تعامل الموظفين واهتمامه في ارضاء العملاء. أتمنى الاهتمام أكثر تصميم وأثاث اللوبي ،لكن بشكل عام يعتبر جيد.
