- Nurul (4/5): - Housekeeping staff very rude..receptionist staff very good in solving prob...low rate for staff is for housekeeping staff..during check in,no towel provided...when ask receptionist,she say later staff will send to room..few minutes,housekeeping staff send the towel..but only 2...when i ask, housekeeping staff reply very rude " Just hv 2 towel!!!"for family room,hotel should b provide 3 towel as per notice stick in the room...after that,got another issue...no shower at bathroom..after complain...the receiptionist staff bring the shower...my question is,hotel no check b4 guest check in hotel!

- sham (3/5): - I like hotel location, because the distance to their local food restaurants dan desert is nearby. The hostel facilities not good. The room i get is Dont have window view. The bed not clean. Too small for 2 adults 1 kids. Televison not function, only have 3 channel. It is Boring at 1 night stay. Never come again next time.

- jeffry (7/5): - Strategic hotel location with parking facilities and many choices of places to eat around the hotel. Elevator, air conditioning works well, very comfortable night's sleep and no vehicle noise. When checking in there was a pile of garbage that hadn't been completely cleaned. But it didn't matter that we cleaned it (see at picture). The plug switch seemed to be detached, and the light seemed to be shining brightly and had to be covered with tissue.

I think this room is not suitable if you ( Hotel Management ) want to get a good first impression from the customer. Not sure about others room.the wallpaper is peeling and messy, the water pressure is so low. Free wifi, but cant even function. Can connect but without Internet connection.

- Patricia (2/5): Poor - The bed and pillows are ok The room is very bad, they put a broken chair in the room and my father who is 82 years old falls from the chair, it course injury. The hotel staff just said sorry and didn't provide any medication. It's very bad experience.

- Khoo (2/5): Very poor - 1. The bed is not clean after I slept on it ，both my thighs appeared 1 patch of rashes and felt very itchy. 2. Previously they provided toothbrush and toothpaste for the guests but now they do not provide anything except the body wash and 2 packets of white coffee. This is not important the worst thing was the bed's dirty bed. May the person in-charge please take hid of this, could you please sanitize the room before you let the guests go in?

- Diana (9/5): Superb - Located at the heart of the city...just walking distance to gerbang malam. The room is spacious my son can freely run and play. It has lift so you do not need to drag your luggage climbing stairs. Valuable for money. Hotel only provide 2 parking spaces. But there are plenty of public parking all around.

Elevator/lift available. Too worn out - peeling wallpapers and water damage seen on windowsills and ceilings. No fridge. Door lock could be improved on

Seem everyone can walk to your room door, don’t see any security guard, the lift can be accessible to any floor without ending to touch the room tag😅
