No body wash was supplied in bathroom, had to use a bar of soap.

Alexis (2/5): A lesson Learnt - The staff were okay The room was clean for the most part but was very outdated. The AC did not work and we had a horrible hot night. There isnt fans in the room either. The beds were horrible. You could feel every spring and it was so uncomfortable. The pillows need replacing too. The filling is spilting which makes sleeping on them hard. We were meant to return there in a few days on our way back home but have cancelled and booked elsewhere. We all had no sleep and were aching this morning.

Then, when I called manager he was irate, rude just a horrible experience.

Staff member made me feel very welcome. Excellent customer service. Parking is a bit tight for large vehicles, but that can be fixed fairly easily with another on-site location.

The mattress was thin and you are lying directly on springs. Very uncomfortable. There was scorch makes on the beside table and cupboard doors missing. Dated and dirty facilities. The carpet was filthy. Just awful. Truly terrible.
