- Raelene (8/5): Satisfactory - Clean and close to Amenities I was upset with the office lady, she came out and told us we need to be quiet at 8-00pm and in our rooms as there was a lot of older people staying.
- David (8/5): A very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Armidale - Motel surrounds were neat and tidy and well presented, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shopping and Armidale CBD. Our host made us feel welcome and was very helpful with local information during our stay. Our room, along with the rest of the property, appears to have been refreshed in the last few years and our room was very well fitted out with a comfortable king bed and furnishings. Highly recommended. Nothing I can think of.

The owner was most friendly - Excellent location for arriving on the motorbike and easy walking distance to the local bars and restaurants. The shower is very good! Comfortable bed and crisp fresh linen. The white duvets were a little strange as it appeared that the beds hadn’t been made up. Just an observation!
