• Pan Hedas (10/5): Děkujeme majitelům a celé jejich rodině za příjemný velikonoční pobyt. - Příjemný rodinný hotel, majitelé byli vstřícní. Pokoje byly každý den uklízené, pochutnali jsme si na snídaních a naše očekávání předčily skvělé večeře. V hotelu je pro lyžaře připravena lyžárna, přímo u hotelu je parkoviště. Pobyt můžeme doporučit. Okolí hotelu je klidné, přímo od hlavního vchodu jezdí skibus na lanovku Finkenberg. Jediné co bychom uvítali je vstup do wellnes zóny v plavkách - zde je pouze vstup bez plavek.

• Pavel (10/5): Klidný hotel s milou a precizní obsluhou. K tomu blízkost parádního skiareálu. Bez ztráty kytičky. - Celý hotel tvořil člověk s vkusem a návazností jednotlivých věcí. Toaleta oddělená od koupelny, skvělé, příslušenství odhlučněné od ložnice, málo kdy vídané. Perfektní personál. Potěšující drobnosti - číšník si pamatuje číslo mého pokoje, útratu hned správně připisoval, vybrané chování dle etického kodexu. A recepční, který naše přání hned přeměnil v realitu - na e-mail zaslané lístky na místní dopravu 5 minut po check in, ráno dle domluvy připravené skipasy v recepci a to vše s úsměvem a pohodou. Jídlo výtečné. Tato kolonka je u tohoto rodinného hotelu zbytečná.

• Bettina (10/5): - Sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit großem Balkon, alles war sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Das Essen ist hervorragend, der Tag beginnt mit einem abwechslungsreichen Frühstück und endet mit einem mehrtägigen Menü, zum Teil in Bufettform. Nachmittags gibt eine Jause. Das Hotel verfügt über einen sehr schönen und sauberen Wellnessbereich, ausserdem steht ein Trainingsraum mit Fitnessgeräten zur Verfügung. Bei der Tochter des Hauses kann man fantastische Massagen buchen. Alle MitarbeiterInnen waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Skibus hält direkt vorm Hotel. Wir haben uns im Dornauhof sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

• Jeannette (10/5): Lieblingsplatz im Zillertal - Lieblingsplatz Dornauhof: Wir haben das Hotel erst wenige Tage vor unserem Check-in im Zillertal gefunden und sind absolut überzeugt von dem Haus im Finkenberger Ortsteil Dornau. Die Nähe zu verschiedenen Bergbahnen ist für Skifahrer und Boarder perfekt. Wer nicht bis zur nächst gelegenen Talstation laufen will, kommt mit dem Skibus, der direkt vor der Tür hält, in wenigen Minuten dort an. Der Erbhof von Familie Kröll trägt seine 4* zurecht und geht aus dem Vergleich mit anderen Häusern im Tuxertal für uns als Sieger hervor. Von der Zimmerausstattung über den herzlichen Roomservice, den tollen Wellnessbereich und das abwechslungsreiche Essen - unser Aufenthalt war super! Der hauseigene Skiverleih rundet das ganze zusätzlich ab. Leider ging unser Urlaub zu schnell vorbei :)

• Maikel jansen (10/5): Super hotel - Wij zijn hier met kerst geweest en hadden half pension. we werden verrast met een 7-gangen menu op kerstavond wat er geweldig uitzag en smaakte. De kerstman kwam langs met een klein cadeautje en de familie Kröll met een persoonlijke kerstboodschap. Door omstandigheden moesten wij 1 dag eerder naar huis, hier werd aan meegewerkt en werd niet gefactureerd. Grote kamers en de wellness is zeer schoon en netjes. /

Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das leckere Abendmenu ließen keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich habe nichts zu kritisieren.

• Nadine (9/5): Tolles Hotel, Buchung empfehlenswert - Die Lage zu den Liften, zu den Wanderwegen und nach Mayrhofen ist toll. Das Hotel ist klasse, toll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut eingerichtet. WC und Bad sogar getrennte Räume. Der Wellnessbereich ist umfangreich. Frühstück super einladend. Das Abendessen (5 Gänge) ist extrem gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Der Wellnessbereich ist komplett textilfrei, das hatte ich vorab so nicht gelesen gehabt. Wenn es abends einmal Buffet gibt (bei uns war es der Samstag) dann sollte man pünktlich um 18:30h da sein, da die Gerichte/Warmhaltebehälter nicht erneut aufgefüllt werden. Um 20h waren nur noch vereinzelte Rester übrig. Das hätte ich mir anders gewünscht, da man bis 20h spätestens zu Tisch sein darf/soll.

• Via Romana Team (10/5): Erholung pur, perfektes Urlaubshotel im Zillertal - Wir hatten ein teilrenoviertes Zimmer mit einem neuem Bad: Großzügig geschnittene Zimmer, bequeme Betten ruhige Lage, der Blick vom Balkon, sauber, Ablagemöglichkeiten @ Sehr gutes Frühstück (Eierspeisen nach Wunsch, frisch gepresster O-Saft), Früchte, Nüsse, wechselndes Angebot an Brötchen (Semmeln) und Brot @ Abendessen (5-Gänge Menü) Salate, Vorspeisen und Käse vom Buffet, Hauptgericht und Nachtisch wurden überwiegend serviert. Das Essen war ansprechend angerichtet. Die einzelnen Zutaten/Waren waren frisch und weit überwiegend von hoher Qualität. Zubereitung vom Fleisch = zart und saftig, das Gemüse überwiegend knackig und bissfest. Die Aromen und Geschmacksrichtungen waren kein alpenländischer Einheitsbrei aus dem Maggi-Kochstudio, sondern durchaus mit interessanten Kompositionen versehen, aber stets ausgewogen und harmonisch. Das Rindergulasch war Weltklasse. @ Personal in allen Bereichen (Restaurant, Rezeption und Housekeeping) stets freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit, gewissenhaft, zugewandt, ohne aufdringlich oder distanzlos zu sein keine Kritikpunkte

• Dineke Schaaphok (10/5): Een heerlijk luxe verblijf met mooie voorzieningen, attent personeel. - Prima ontbijt met zeer veel keuze en verse bereiding van ei/omelet/spiegelei. Ook de andere maaltijden waren fantastisch. De sauna omgeving is ruim, hygiënisch en aangenaam. Wij hadden een ruime kamer met balkon. Gelukkig was het weer goed maar ook bij minderweer kan je je hier prima vermaken. Elektrische auto kan worden opgeladen. Aanschaf Zillertaler pas is aan te raden. niets
• Norbert (9/5): Der Aufenthalt war super - eigentlich alles leider wird in der Küche manchmal Geschmacksverstärker verwendet . Das sollte in einem 4 Sterne Haus nichts verloren haben. Es wurden leider auch keine Angebote gemacht anzugeben in welchen Speisen dieser Zusatzstoff enthalten ist.

• Štěpán (10/5): Doporučuji tento rodinný hotel k letní dovolené. - Pěkná lokalita pro pěší túry v okolí, nádherný wellness, možnost zapůjčení kola pro cykloturistiku (součástí areálu), dvě nabíječky pro elektromobily na parkovišti hotelu za 0,48 EUR/kWh. Majitelé jsou velice milí a personál je vstřícný a laskavý. Snídaně formou bufetu, večeře někdy bufet, někdy servírovaná. Jídlo výborné a rozmanité. Skvělé pokoje vhodné pro alergiky, na pokoji nebyly koberce. Pouze drobný nedostatek - chyběly sítě proti hmyzu na oknech.

Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Insgesamt ist das herausragend freundliche Personal zu loben. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and offered stunning views of the mountains. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. Every meal was a delight, prepared with fresh ingredients and full of flavor. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the quality and variety of dishes exceeded our expectations. The wellness area was a true haven of relaxation. After a long day of exploring the mountains, we enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, this place has it all. This was our third stay at this hotel, we can't wait to come back!

View was amazing, at higher altitude if no clouds it can take your breathe away, plus that around this location are a lot of hiking options. We wish that we can comeback in the future. In addition to a wide selection of dishes from the buffet, it was possible to order hot dishes, prepared on a regular basis. For dinner, there was a choice of one of three dishes served by the waiter. Just a minor note. The mattresses in the beds, even those in the sauna, are wrinkled.

The food was excellent and service perfect Given that it was a classy place, they charged one Euro for tap water at dinner. Given that the place was NOT cheap, this was totally unnecessary.

Ski boot storage room was good to dry boots etc. Room was spacious and balcony has views of mountain areas. Good varied choice of evening meals. Bar prices ok. Plenty of car parking space. Only complaint not directly at hotel. Very obnoxious family with young children banging knives and forks on table during dinner and breakfast, screaming heads off and running around like a playground. Hotel staff did nothing to deter them despite complaints. 20-25 other diners annoyed every day.

• Gionta- (10/5): Alps done right - Amazing, cosy and warm hotel in the Alps. Close to lots of great hikes and not far from a fantastic golf course. The room was spacious and had well appointed. The restaurant was lovely, clean and the food was delicious. When we come back to western Austria we will definitely come back to this lovely place. No kettle in the room to make tea in the morning.

• Thomas (10/5): Austrian hospitality at its best - Nice hotel on quiet location. The hotel is kept in a traditional mountain style. The room are comfortable and generous in size, spotless clean, equipped with comfortable beds. . We have booked HP. The breakfast and the 4 course evening diner were of excellent quality. The items on the buffet are regional products. At 03.00 pm a "Jausen" free snack is offered in the restaurant which includes cold cuts and cakes.

You need to know that there are a lot of facilities/benefits for the hotel guests: if you paid for breakfast and diner then you’ll also get a snack between 3 and 5 pm with salad and freshly baked cake; diner is international mixing European and Asian cuisine; every evening there is an open salad buffet, appetizer, soup, 3 types main course to choose from, desert and cheese buffet; wellness (no clothes saunas and a jacuzzi); fitness room; ski boots/bicycle room (you can rent with a discount e-bikes or regular ones); free buss shuttle to all the touristic Zillertal places (glacier, lakes, etc); strong wifi; excellent tap water from their own well; free parking; impeccable cleanliness. This family run hotel is all you need for a perfect holiday.

• Veronika (10/5): Absolutely epic - The room is very spacious, as is the bathroom and separate toilet. The staff is very nice, helpful and pleasant. The last time we stayed at the hotel was 7 years ago and we would definitely like to come back again. Very family atmosphere and pleasant environment. The food was very tasty and varied. The mattresses on the beds could be firmer, but this requirement is very individual.
