Y el personal muy correcto y muy buen manejo del idioma inglés Desayuno pobre, sin frutas ni otras cosas habituales. La habitación bien en tamaño pero sin un par de estantes para poner la ropa. La caja de seguridad con batería baja, reclamamos, pero no lo solucionaron. La relación precio-calidad no es buena. El aire acondicionado es un ventilador viejo... really??? (ver foto)

- Cheryl (9/5): - Location Location Location! Lovely clean calm environment. Friendly helpful warm welcome. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very good soundproofing in the room. Even right on the corner of Nynhavn we heard no out side noise. We did get to watch the bridge lifting right from our bedroom window though! That was good. We stayed here for a few days post cruise. We arrived incredibly early! But this wasn't a problem we we offered a coffee and the opportunity to drop our bags until check in. On check out the same, which was great. The room was ready on time, spacious as advertised , clean and very comfortable with amazing views of Nynhavn ( rm 322 a corner superior ) A large well appointed wet room with walk in shower. One small ( 1cm) difference in floor level to access shower area) The main issue we would highlight would be hotel reception accessibility - just to be aware. There is level access from street level, however to reach the reception there are stairs. There is a lift but this lift is VERY narrow. It is adequate and took my husbands wheel chair with me stood behind but the width to access this lift was tight and could be a problem if a wider entrance was needed. Therefore it might be worth checking before booking. The staff were aware of the restriction and were very helpful trying to work with us. We needed to use this lift to access our room. For us it wasn't a problem once aware of it. There is a larger lift from reception that takes you to the toilets , including a large disabled toilet. All very clean, secure and with lovely orange soap! ( smells lovely) The breakfast room can also be accessed from here although we could reach the breakfast room directly from our room via the smaller lift. Breakfast was a lovely calm peaceful ,quiet affair. Continental but a very good selection. Really lovely warm soft boiled eggs, good selection of breads, pastries.. Nothing of any importance. To us but a couple of points, maybe but they were not a problem in reality. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been ideal but saying that facilities were easily available in a very nice reception lounge space. There was no problem with taking a drink back to your room. And just to be aware of the lift as mentioned. But absolutely nothing that would.stop us revisiting! We woud love to!
- Janet (10/5): Fabulous Place in the Heart of Copenhagen - Lovely continental breakfast with gluten-free options for me. Location is outstanding - easy to walk to see the main sights and also to reach the Hop On Hop Off bus stops. A unique property with interesting history. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating when we arrived early on check in day. They stored our luggage, offered us the use of restrooms and provided complimentary tea/coffee and a place to sit if we wanted to do that before going out to sightsee.

We caught the Metro from the airport and it was a relatively easy walk to the hotel (despite the beautiful cobblestone streets 😉) Check in was easy and friendly, the room was comfortable. A continental breakfast was included which was good. After 3 weeks of travel in other parts of Europe we missed the convenience of a kettle/coffee machine and fridge in the room, but the hotel offered free tea and coffee in their lounge and were happy to provide us with an ice bucket for drinks!

Odalar tarihi yerlerdeki diğer oteller gibi çok küçüktü en azından bir valiz açacak yer olması gerekiyor. Odada bi su ısıtıcı kahve olması gerekiyor.
- DannaHicks (9/5): A historical hotel which offered us a unique, safe, comfortable stay while in Copenhagen. - Our rooms were better than expected (from website pictures). Very comfortable. Our windows faced the lovely courtyard. The rooms were very comfortable (basic) with enough storage. It was immaculate in cleanliness and charm. A lovely breakfast with fresh fruits, breads, cheese and meats (cold cuts) which was plentiful. Choice of coffee, juices and a selection of teas. The location is perfect. You step outside the hotel and you are right on the Nyhavn Canal with easy access to attractions. Perfect for first time visitors. No need for an inhouse restaurants, as you have a variety of choices within a 5 minute walk, or venture round some side streets and find really good places to eat. We absolutely recommend this hotel. It may not be rated 5 stars, but you are there to visit Copenhagen. The staff are more than helpful and welcoming. The streets are bustling during the day, but peaceful and quiet at night. If you are going to Copenhagen, this is the place to stay. It has a no fuss old world charm and offers just what you need for a wonderful trip. Basic amenities in the room, small tea kettle or coffee machine would be nice, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The shower floor was a little slippery. Hotel needs a separate (larger) room to store luggage. If you arrive before check-in and there are many checking in at the same time, they run out of places to store luggage. The staff were kind and used space around the lobby area. It did not hamper us leaving our bags and going out to tour until our rooms were ready.

It was surprisingly quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. There was a good supply of hangers and plenty of storage space. I would have preferred a shower cubicle/screen instead of a shower curtain, and the complimentary shower gel and shampoo seemed very basic. I would have appreciated some tissues in the bathroom, and the option of a bath robe. The breakfast buffet was good, although my friends complained about the coffee from the machine being too weak!

- Cemre (9/5): Perfect location in Nyhavn - The location is excellent, right in the heart of Nyhavn. You can walk to almost everywhere. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. During our stay, it rained one day, and since we had not brought an umbrella, we thought we would get wet while exploring. However, when we were leaving the hotel, we noticed that they had placed a few umbrellas by the entrance for guests to use. We thought this was a very thoughtful gesture. The room temperature could be adjusted using the radiator, so we never felt cold. Highly recommended. The room we stayed in was quite small, but this was not a surprise since we were already aware of it. The bed linens looked clean, although there were some stains on them. The area reserved for luggage storage is quite small, and since many guests leave their bags there, it can be difficult to find space for your luggage. However, the reception staff are helpful and will assist you by storing your luggage in an open area if there is no room left in the designated storage space.

- Altunyay (10/5): Çok merkezi çok iyi bir otel - 27 Nisan-30 Nisan tarihleri arasında konakladık. Oda tertemizdi, her sabah havlular değişti ve temizlik yapıldı. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü. Otel o kadar merkezi bir yerde ki her yere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Kanala bakan odalar çok önceden rezerve ediliyormuş, biz avluya bakan bir odadaydık ama orası da çok güzeldi. Çok güzel bir avlusu var. Sabah akşam kahve keyfi için çok ideal. Çay kahve 24 saat ücretsiz lobiden alabiliyorsunuz. Ülke fiyatlarına baktığınızda çok işe yarayan bir hizmet:) tekrar gelirsem aynı oteli kesinlikle tercih ederim. Bizim gibi güzel ve güneşli bir havaya denk gelirseniz sabah erken saatte kalkıp kanal boyu yürüyüş yapın.

- Sanne Bloch (9/5): Hyggeligt historisk hotel i Nyhavn - Atmosfæren på Bethel er superhyggelig. Dejligt værelse med virkelig gode senge og en god stol. Hyggelig reception/lounge område, hvor det er dejligt at sidde med en kop kaffe. Servicemindede og smilende personale. Det er intet jeg ikke kan lide, men det ville absolut være en bonus hvis der var el - kedel på værelset

So easy to Get there by metro and then walk and walk! My room was really small but honestly didn’t spend much time there.

- Laura (9/5): Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Nyhavn - A lovely hotel in Copenhagen at a pretty decent price for the city. Can't beat the location- a few minutes from a metro stop, 30 mins directly to the airport and right on Nyhavn! It's so easy to get to everywhere in Copenhagen from here. Warm welcome on arrival from the staff with a very easy online checkin the day before. Feels small, boutique and quiet. Very clean room and very comfortable beds. Lovely lounge area to relax with free refreshments. It does feel a little expensive, but Copenhagen isn't a cheap city. Not lots of facilities in the room, but they do have refreshments (tea and coffee) in the lounge. I do feel like there could have been nicer toiletries in the bathroom for the price. Hotel seemed very warm overall, not sure if it would be too hot in the summer (I was there in April).

- Shaked (10/5): The perfect stay for a few days in CPH - FANTASTIC location, right on the canals of Nyhavn. Short walk from all the restaurants and metro station. Clean, comfortable, enough storage in room and bathroom. Lovely staff. A bedside table could be nice!
