- John (6/5): Central Hotel; Functional & not Comfortable - Hotel is very central & I found the hotel functional rather than comfortable. Room was clean & basic and the breakfast OK. Two real issues I had were: 1) Smallness of bathroom. There was no room for the sink, so that was in the bedroom itself & I couldn't put the shower mat down & close the door as there wasn't enough space. 2) I had paid for room in advance through Hotels.com but was asked on check-in & the following morning "If I had paid for the room" which I found a bit unsettling

- Cristina (8/5): - Size of the room was great. Beds were comfy. Bathroom very small but shower had great water pressure. Building is very old but has a lot of character. There is no where to pull up in front of the hotel to unload luggage (minor annoyance in the rain). Overall the price was right and we had a great stay. We’ll be back again in a few weeks!

Völlig lieblos verwahrlost das Hotel. Das Frühstück ist so einfach und lieblos da hingestellt, außerdem nichts besonderes. Eine einzige Katastrophe.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Hot, Outdated Hotel - No air conditioning in this hotel. It is extremely hot and uncomfortable. Hotel is outdated and very basic. Very small elevator for luggage and one person. Otherwise, you are taking the stairs and sweating. Location is on a loud, busy street. Your windows are open because you are so hot, so you are also dealing with the noise of the street and the bugs flying in. I was also required to pay for two nights (credit card swiped) at check in before seeing the rest of the hotel, the room, and finding out there was no A/C at all. No refunds!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Ausgebuchte Stadt, deshalb down grading erhalten? - Das Personal ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit, freundlich sowie kompetent. Das Zimmer entsprach aber nicht den Erwartungen. So entsprechen die offiziellen Fotos bei weitem nicht dem Zimmer, das ich schlussendlich erhielt. Womöglich hatte ich wegen ausgebuchter Stadt ein down grading. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach eingerichtet und auch in renovationsbedürftigen Zustand (Duschstange nicht vorhanden, zB). Es erinnerte mich an meine Studentenzeit mit niedrigem Budget auf Reisen.
- Inge (10/5): Wiesbaden ist immer eine Reise wert - Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Für eine Nacht war die Größe des Zimmers ok. Restaurant hat eine sehr schmackhafte Küche. Syrisch-libanesisch. Das erste Mal ausprobiert und sehr begeistert. Am Wochenende geht nur mit Reservierung. Frühstück normal, aber der Kaffee war schön stark.

Das Hotel entsprach vollkommen dem Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis: große Zimmer, sauber und einen ordentlichen Fernseher. Von der Ausstattung der Möbel ist es etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine Nacht, absolut okay!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Preis /Leistung stimmt hier nicht - Eigenlich ein schön und Sauber eingerichtetes Zimmer , jedoch sind die angegebenen 22m2 nur max 15m2 und ein waschbecken im Schlafraum bei 59 Euro / Nacht ist ein absolutes noGo ,Das Badezimmer mit 1,5m2 für Dusche und toilette ist auch nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Für diesen Preis würde ich dort nicht nocheinmal übernachten und es deshalb auch keinem empfehlen.

Also, it faced the back of the hotel and there was no view. We asked if we might change rooms and were told this wasn't possible. The hostess didn't speak alot of English so it was difficult. It cost more than our other hotels in Germany and breakfast was not included. We stayed here 5 years ago, had a nice room facing front, and breakfast...so were disappointed this time
- Markus (6/5): Nettes kleines Hotel in Zentrumsnähe - Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Zentrum. Für den günstigen Preis darf man allerdings kein Luxus erwarten. Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Doppelzimmer; aber für eine Nacht können wir dieses empfehlen. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich auch eine ganz tolle Cocktail Bar.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good quiet hotel in posh part of town - Stayed a couple of nights as parts of a work trip. Hotel is fine if sleepy. Located in a posh neighbourhood with few shops other than luxury boutiques but not far from all that central W:baden has to offer. Visit a bit frustrating as my flight was delayed and my arrival in town was not until the second day; emailed the hotel when this became apparent using address on their website to explain, asking if a modification could be made (presuming--as was quite apparent when I arrived--that they were not busy, so plenty of rooms were available), but the email was never received and the management was unwilling to budge. I've been able to do this sort of thing several times at other hotels booked online, so I found this response stubborn and greedy on their part. Room fine, bed comfortable, wifi good.

- Árni Heiðar (6/5): Dirty underwear in my room (not mine) - This hotel is inexpensive so I guess you pay for what you get. There was no closet to keep clothes in my room. The bed was not placed parallel to any wall which surprisingly had a lot to do with my sleep, I would opt for a room with a regular placement of the bed next time. Staff was friendly but not particularly helpful. You need to be in before 11pm or have a key with you - they don´t tell you before.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Jan-Lukad - Auf dem Bett waren so viele Haare, dass eine komplette Fusselrolle nötig war, bis ich und meine Freundin uns getraut haben uns hineinzulegen. Einfach widerwärtig, die Dusche war ebenfalls voller langen schwarzen Haaren, der Fön roch nach "Zwiebeln" oder irgendetwas in der Richtung. Auf keinen Fall wieder!

Alles war ordendlich und sauber, die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bis auf den Fernsehr. Leider hat das Hotel keine eigenen Parkplätze und so musste ich ewig suchen um irgendwo mein Auto abstellen zu können.
- Moni (8/5): Das Hotel war ok - Die Lage des Hotel ist super, man ist gleich in der Innenstadt. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist zum Übernachten in Ordnung. Frühstück war ok. Leider kam Sonntag das Zimmermädchen schon um 9.30 rein, etwas unangenehm. Und das Frühstück geht nicht bis 11 Uhr wie auf der Internetseite, man sollte schon gegen 10 Uhr spätestens gehen. Aber sonst alles gut .
