- helma (7/5): Jammer, had me verheugd op 4 sterren. - Locatie geen aanrader. De weg ernaar toe vanaf het centraal station is niet prettig. Achtertuin rommel, rookstoeltje buiten bij de ingang. Verfwerk achterstallig. Gehorig zowel in de kamer als op straat.

- Ana Glišić (3/5): - already at the hotel entrance it was very dirty, floors, furniture, rooms as well, bathroom. rooms very small in comparison with what was shown on booking. room not even equipped with a bottle of water and they did were not adding used coffe/milk/tee that in room. no housekeeping on a daily basis. We were accommodated in some other building about 10mins from the actual hotel and had to walk there and back always for breakfast. I really cannot see how a price of 330e/night and 4 stars rating can be related to this hotel.

- Ricky (8/5): - Gut gelegen, nettes Personal, sehr gemütlich und groß, direkt an der Hauptstraße. Für den Preis top! Etwas Staub unter dem Bett und auf dem Regal. Klobrille war locker und rutschte hin und her. Etwas hellhörig, besonders die knackende Holztreppe hörte man. Parksituation allgemein eher schwierig. Ansonsten völlig okay.

- YOUMINE (10/5): - L'accueil, l'emplacement, la propreté. Un manque de rangement. Une odeur d'égouts dans la cage d'escalier devant l'ascenseur durant les 3jours de notre séjour. J'espère que cela n'aura été que passager. Très bon séjour malgré cela.

- Catherine (1/5): Worst experience of a hotel in over 5 years - book elsewhere. - It’s walking distance from the train station. The room was tiny - the only space to open a regular size suitcase was the bed and the bathroom door couldn’t open fully because it was obstructed by the bed. It also wasn’t clean - there were stains on the duvet and hair on the bath towels. Management was defensive and generally staff were clueless when asked basic questions. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend anyone book this hotel - there are lots of other options walking distance to the station or in the centre.

- Nehal (4/5): Wasn’t like expected - Comfortable rooms with nice bed and coffee machine. Also the bathroom was well maintained. The battery of the door wasn’t working and it took long time to fix the situation (one or 2 days as far as i remember) to change to another room. Also, the smell of the building wasn’t good. It was smelling like we are in a toilet, specifically in the elevator.

- Dmytro (3/5): Не советовал бы этот отель - Удобно расположен. В пешей доступности магазины, рестораны, транспорт. Смарт тв Обслуживание на ресепшене. Освещение в ванной, очень пыльные номера. Цена на номера слишком завышена. Нас не могли заселить на 40 мин раньше времени заезда (заезд с 15:00). Уборщицы за 4 суток лишь 1 раз постучали с предложением убрать номер. Не пополняли воду/кофе/чай. В номере отсутствует холодильник. Первый номер был расположен в конце улицы в другом здании что не совсем удобно. В номере 414 была сломана лейка душа и крышка унитаза. По утрам напротив номера 414 было очень шумно, так как он находится рядом с лифтом и уборщицы по укутали сильно шумели и громко общались. Настольный светильник в номере 414 не работает так как кнопка сломана. Слабое давление воды в лейке душа.
