- Kristian (8/5): - Great park, excellent security, the cabin we stayed in was nice but desperate need of TLC, doors not closing properly, slippery steps and uncomfortable beds. Would advise to go for the newer units. Staff were mostly amazing, very helpful and friendly. No problem with getting information. Some a bit unfriendly in the golf carts. The park itself was very well maintained, we look forward to our next visit and will aim to try one of the newer cabins. Very convenient location with a short drive to cafes, shopping and entertainment. Will be back!

- JANE (10/5): - Loved the glamping style cabins we stayed in. the proximity to the toilets was great, parking also great outside. we stayed off peak altho during peak l imagine it would be humming with excited children as it is a fab set up for families. showers were nice and hot whole park was spotless and well maintained. Staff at the shack and office were really pleasant and helpful. highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

- Ben (10/5): - Stayed in the new ‘Willy the whiting” complex. Was very clean, neat, still have new smell. The layout was really good too compared to the older cabins- dining table was in a convenient place in this room. Amenities are always good on site. Always rate this holiday park.

- Melanie (2/5): - We don’t feel safe for our kids at the park anymore The last two times we have stayed at the park we have have found confrontations The last time we stayed we had a homeless person accuse us of stealing his food and became very aggressive in front of our kids which scared the lights of them This time we had a man abuse our kids as he thought our kids were bullying his The vulgar language he used and the threats he made to my friends were disgusting and all the kids that were there in our group didn’t feel safe again It’s a great park but it’s suppose to be safe for kids We will be very unsure if we stay again

- Julie (6/5): - I booked a cabin which had one double bed & two sets of bunks. The double bed was old and uncomfortable and the bunks mattress's were as thin as a yoga mat. We were near a demolition site of an amenities block which started at 7am and proceeded through out the day. Whilst in the cabin during the day it actually shook from the heavy equipment being used. Cabin was also in old condition with a tv the size of an ipad which was so dark you could hardly see it. (this was swapped out on my second to last day) Laundry facilities require urgent attention with only three washing machines working out of about six and same with the dryers, only two of those working. This is not a cheap caravan park by any stretch, so for $1000 for a week I would expect a lot better.

- Lorna (4/5): - The beach was lovely, but cabin shocking. Won't stay again unless cabins knocked down, they are that bad and very old . They are not maintained properly and are not very clean. Spoilt our visit.we also had an ant problem, to be fair they did send maintenance out to try n help. But it didn't work so we went to Bunnings n bought our own ant gel. Problem much better.

I have 2 4 year old foster children with mild autism who couldnt use the facilities properly. The under 5 room was invaded by 10 year olds and the boys have lots of bruises on their faces from teenagers doing somersaults on the boucing pillow. Otherwise lovely.

Pool closed after 1 day - probably should not have been open due to covid but instead got all weekend guests to park and closed it on Friday night. Games room just TV screens.

The air-conditioning unit didn’t work and the plates were dirty upon arrival. Also receptionists were quite rude and that was disappointing. The park was filled with friendly people and is located close to everything we needed. Pool area was lovely and the amenities were clean. Laundry easy to use and change readily available from reception.

Very disapointing!! The bed was like a rock and around the windows it was mouldy. Very discusting!!

Only suggestion is maybe provide a filter tap in the kitchens for water. Also, although the gym is a wonderful addition, it was disappointing to see the old games room had been changed for gaming machines. No variety, the kids loved playing pin ball and the other games that were in there.
