- Tayna Orta (10/5): A great deal - Very nice staff. Close to the 5,7 and 10 bus that takes you to Hermitage and city center. Or you can walk. Big room and comfortable bed. Bathroom could be better but I can't complaint for the price.
- Nikhilesh (10/5): FIFA World Cup 2018 trip - A very good neat and clean hotel. Spacious rooms. I is located within 10 minutes of Nevsky prospekt. It has plenty of good convenience stores and restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance.The only negative is that the building is old and has a creaky elevator.
- Susan (6/5): Generally good - The hotel is situated an hour's walk from the Kremlin but I'd close to s metro station. My room was very spacious and well equipped. The staff are extremely helpful and most speak English well, however my bed was very lumpy and there was no hot water for a shower first thing. Even after breakfast, the hot water became cold very quickly. This may be a one off

Заезд прошёл быстро,в отеле очень приятный запах, номер очень чистый и уютный, кровать оооочень мягкая и белоснежная,все в номере работало.2 туалета и 2 ванные на этаже, также все чистенько. Вообщем отель на 5, вернусь обязательно ещё ! Спасибо!
- Olga (8/5): Недорогой отель - В этом отеле останавливались на 1 ночь. Отель занимает половину этажа в жилом доме. Номер чистый и удобный. Ванная чистая, новая. Единственный минус в морозы в номере было холодно. По стоимости на новогодние праздники один из недорогих.

- Matti (10/5): Käytän Vienna seuraavanlainen kerralla. - Kaksi viikkoa yhdistetyllä lomalla ja Venäjän kielen kurssilla Smolnassa.Hyvät bussiyhteydet sekä Smolnassa että keskustaan.Molemmat myös kävelyetäisyydellä. Hotelli edullinen , rauhallinen ja siisti.Henkilökunta miellyttävä ja asiallinen.
- Irbis (10/5): Отличный мини-отель за свои деньги - Все очень понравилось! Отель в центре города, рядом много кафе, продуктовые магазины и даже мини-рынок со свежими фруктами. Мы жили в 6 номере. Очень большая комната с двумя большими окнами и двуспальными кроватями. Все очень чисто. Здание старинное и потолки около 4 метров, много воздуха и света. Окна на тихую улицу, до метро около 10 минут шагом. Персонал очень приветлив и дружелюбен. Остались только приятные впечатления.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Gut und Günstig. - Das Personal ist freundlich. Diese verstehen Englisch und Russisch. Das Zimmer ist relativ groß für (Doppelbettzimmer). Gut möbeliert (1 großer Tisch, 2 kleine Tische, Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Relativ ruhige lage, nicht weit von Nevsky Prospekt (Hauptprominade). Das Frühstück ist annehmbar, man sollte aber keine großen Erwartungen haben. Leider nur 2 Tische für Frühstück in der Küche da, deswegen Es sind in einigen Zimmern Duschen vorhanden. In einigen jedoch nicht. 2 Gemeinschaftsdusche und 2 Gemeinschaftsklo sind deswegen im Korridor untergebracht. Ich war für meine Erwartung zufrieden. Leider ist nicht ausgeschildert das das Hotel im 4. OG auf russisch 5 Stock untergebracht ist.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Ohne hohe Ansprüche absolut preiswert! - Leider sind Toiletten und Duschen auf dem Flur und das Frühstück ist minimalst, aber das wars schon an negativen, denn Toiletten und Duschen sind sauber, unser Zimmer war sauber, hell, gepflegt. Im Zentrum, aber nicht laut, Markthalle, Supermarkt, Park nebenan. Nettes Personal, sieht von innen viel besser aus als von außen, andersrum wär schlimm. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

The doors are a bit flabby and need better door knob. Only one side works and is difficult to lock. But the staff was very professional and did the best with what they had.

Один раз возвратились в отель с Невского пешком - без проблем.Проживали в номере с двумя огромными кроватями.Площадь номера около 30 кв. м.Завтрак очень сытный, до обеда не хотелось кушать.Особо хочется отметить хозяйку отеля,очень приветливая.За вселение раньше времени ни копейки,это от нее как бонус.Последующие общения с ней очень приятные.Посмотрели остальные номера отеля - есть выбор по вкусу.В соседнем доме очень приличная бюджетная столовая,при желании можно воспользоваться.

Неприятностью оказалось следующее:при бронировании через Ваш сайт улучшенного двухместного номера,им оказался эконом-номер(туалет и душ-общего пользования),администрация отеля подтвердила, что у них нет такой категории как улучшенный двухместный номер. Убедительно прошу Вас впредь, информировать клиентов более точной информацией.
