• Marian_J (7/5): - Výborná poloha v blízkosti La Rambla. Niekto zo susedov nám na terasu hodil chytenú myš v sáčku, terasa bola špinavá a prakticky nevyuziteľná. Tesnenie medzi sprchovou hlavicou a hadicou poškodené. Posteľ preliačená.

• Тараканова-Гороховская (9/5): Можно было бы оставить несколько капсул для стирки и посудомоечной машины. - Возможность заселиться раньше -по приезду.Было чисто и уютно.Большая веранда с выходом в тихую зону.Отличное месторасположение.Есть фен,и Не было стика кофе ,сахара и чая.
• Rossi (10/5): - Много близо до търговската улица и метрото. Има хубава и просторна тераса. Имахме късен полет на връщане и ни оставиха още 2 часа,за което много благодариме!!! Има кафе машина,но нямаше дори и една капсула кафе,и много се чудих ме какъв модел до си купим.

• Gabriela (8/5): - Ubytovani je v centru města, čisté a dobře vybavené. Netekla jeden den voda a to je u moře celkem problém.
• Suree (9/5): Superb - The location was easily accessible to local shops, cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions. The host was responsive and made us feel valued and supported us with enquiries.
• Eleonora (7/5): Nice stay in Barcelona - just few suggestions for improvement - The apartment is very nice, fully equipped, clean, silent (at least during our stay) and close to many attractions. The bathroom has the bidet. Very large and bright terrace. Tv and wi-fi ok. Some coffee capsules and tea kindly offered. Responsive host. The procedure for the on-line check in can be problematic, especially for older persons. Moreover, a deposit of 300 EUR is requested for the stay with an additional transfer fee of 6 EUR. This is not advertised anywhere but for transparency reasons, in order to allow all the potential guests to decide in an informed way, it should be, before booking. It is true that someone may consider the area where the apartment is located a bit particular. However, we personally did not have any problems. Also, it is always crowded and frequented by many tourists (as it is between the two ramblas)

• Mackenzie (8/5): Excellent location, very spacious, and wonderful customer service - Very spacious, awesome location, nice little patio, comfortable, and felt safe with all the locks/codes and security camera. Also had an elevator to second floor which was beneficial for luggage. Customer service was fairly prompt when messaged on issues, and went the extra mile to make up for the inconvenience. Hot water stopped working the second day, took over 24 hrs to fix, but they did make up for it with free ride to airport, and offered alternative shower option.

• Brendan (8/5): Great apartment, happy to recommend - Great, central location. Spacious apartment. Good wifi. Great shower! The apartment seemed clean and tidy. The fold out bed didn't work properly so it was a bit of an uncomfortable week for me! Although the location was very central, it felt like it was in a not-so-great area, but it didn't cause us any issues.
• A_stay (8/5): Close to Las Ramblas & Mercado de La Boqueria - Well equipped and comfortable, clean. Short walk to Metro station, Famous "Mercado de La Boqueria" & Las Ramblas, bar/restaurants (The chain Bakery "365" was across the street and we went there every morning. Also I liked the wine selection at the Liquor Store right in front of us) , local supermarket with a little playground (my son loved). The host was a great! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. Little sketchy neighborhood with homeless, not a tourist area. It is conveniently close to Las Ramblas, but walking alone at night is not recommended. Also I guess it can't be helped that it is a stone building, but I can hear EVERYTHING from next room/upstairs so pretty hard to sleep at night...
• Nina (8/5): Would probably stay there again, given the location, price, space and amenities available. - Great location - we are slow walkers, but we could get to Barconaleta in 20 mins, Born, Gotic or St Antoni in 15 mins and Las Ramblas in 3 mins! the Aerobus connection at Plaza Catalunya was just 15 mins walk, too. Good (chain) bakery opposite the front door for breakfast pastries, etc. Excellent bars and restaurants all in staggering distance. Some people might find the immediate area a little challenging, but it’s no worse than other major city - we always felt safe and unthreatened walking everywhere, even in the early hours of the morning. Like anywhere in the world, keep your eyes open! The apartment was spacious and well equipped - really, everything you needed was provided, including plenty of loo paper and towels, and 2 bottle openers - happy days! There was a very large terrace at Liceu 11, but sadly it was a bit too cold to take advantage of this amenity. Wifi worked fine, too. There were a few broken floor tiles in the living room which you needed to watch out for, but really, there were no major issues at all.
