- James (3/5): Overpriced, dirty and uncomfortable. - The location was convenient enough for where I needed to go and what I needed to do. My room was not clean. Hair on the bathroom floor from a previous guest. Toilet paper hadn't been replaced and no extra roll in the room. Mold all over the shower tiles. There is a second sink and shower heads that don't work. The layout of the room is strange and does not maximize space. Tile floors are cold and not very cozy or comfortable. The tub next to the bed is odd. The window doesn't open all the way (strange sliding doors cover the window). Bed was dirty. Sheets stained. Uncomfortable mattress. A condom was included in the bathroom kit, so maybe I just didn't realize what kind of hotel I booked. Way overpriced.
- Yordanka (1/5): Would not recommend. Live and learn experience - The floor in the room was tile, cleaner than carpet. Location was far from airport, transportation was not available like it says. I arrived late and was told to get a taxi by hotel staff. Breakfast was cheap and really tasty. ***Please fix this window (pictured) on the Kids Lounge floor as it is incredibly dangerous with little kids around*** There was a small soft play area upstairs that we just assumed was free for hotel guests. My daughter was playing there and then a lady came in and told us we had to pay W20,000 for 30 mins of play. This is totally overpriced as you can get hours at a much better soft play for cheaper. I also didn't see signs anywhere saying it was that price.

- Nicholas (4/5): Needs TLC - pictures are deceiving! - Booked the suite in the hotel, looked a decent price for quite a nice looking suite for a night in Incheon before heading to the airport. The suite itself was ok (they are all different by the looks so its pot luck). Mine had kitchen area, with pretty much everything labelled as 'DO NOT USE'. So not sure what the point of it was! Had a dining area but no comfy seats. MASSIVE bath in the middle of the main room, which looked inviting but unfortunately the taps were so bad and plug ill fitting that you'd be lucky to ever get enough water in to have one. Decoration was awful - selloptape all over the walls (not sure how or why but there was!). All in, looked quite a decent hotel but its hardly been touched since it was built so its got a very run down feel. Location is ok, walkable from subway and some restaurants close - but its not a particularly lively place. If want to see more of Incheon probably better closer to centre / chinatown etc.

- Richard (8/5): Clean & Economical - We had an extended stay (10 days) while visiting family in Incheon. The hotel turned out to be an excellent choice for us (was within walking distance to my in-laws home). We stayed in a 'Standard-Twin' room. Hardwood floors and 'Asia-style' bathroom (ceramic tiled floor with shower, tub, sink, and toilet in a 12x12 ft room). Room was clean, had fridge, TV, and electric range (which we didn't use). The only weird thing about the room: the bathroom didn't really have a door. The bathroom was partitioned by glass walls, enclosing the shower, and a separated toilet area (the glass being 'frosted' in strategic areas). My only 'complaint' would be: when you took a shower, the water would 'leak' from the shower partition out to the rest of the bathroom, and in our case, into the toilet partition. So if you weren't careful, the next time you sat on the toilet, your feet might be in a puddle of water. But as I said, it was 'Asian-style', so you were provided with shower-shoes as part of the bathroom amenities. I believe when we checked-in, we were given a coupon for one free breakfast (which we didn't use, always had breakfast at the in-laws house). Would definitely stay there again (which we did actually. Our trip was structured as 10 days in Incheon, 4 days in Seoul, then back to Incheon to catch a flight out. So our last night in Korea was spent in this hotel). Bottom line - although we didn't stay in one of the fancier rooms, our room was clean and affordable.
- Spencer (10/5): Excellent value for money - Spacious and stylish room at a great rate. Breakfast wasn't great but at least they provide breakfast. That seems to be going extinct these days.
- CHUN WAI (8/5): - THE ROOM IS NEW
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not recommended - It was not very pleasant. The room was very very dirty and not well-maintained. The sofa and table were stained. Part of The walls and ceiling were dilapidated. The aircon was not working when we came to the room, but the person did come and fix it after some time. The shower didn't have a door, it was really cold. Really wouldn't recommend this place. It was also really far from the airport and the subway station. It was not a good experience.

- Owen (2/5): Really weird place - The decor in this hotel is really unpleasant. Very ugly colors and off-putting designs. Worse than most love motels. The setup was very unpractical.
- Never (8/5): Trendy designed hotel to enjoy - The staff were nice and proactive to help. But, it was a bit funny that we found the toothpaste was forgotten to be refilled for one day. To round up, the service was good and comfortable to stay for few days with its good location as well.
- Yung (6/5): Very nice and clean. - Stayed two nights there. Very clean. Staff were very nice and kind. Lots of restaurants and convince stores around. May come back.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice design hotel, some inconvenients in the room - The location is ok, near local subway station. The room is big and has a nice design, but I was surprised that there is only one consent for plugging, we wanted to use for our labtops. We asked the staff, they said they cannot do anything with it, so we couldn't work in the room.
