Accessible to public transport, amenities and airport. Pretty hard to say. Room was dusty and wasn't vacuumed. Disappointed that a request for room to be cleaned was ignored and bed wasn't made as listed on the booking information's.

Staff were great to deal with even with our last minute requests prior to arrival. It’s a great location for state hockey centre and zoo. Easy access to city via tram. Lack of hooks, rails for bathroom. Would be very handy to be able to hang up you towel or clothes in the bathroom. Was difficult to book in, arrived after gate closes at 8:00pm, rang number on gate and didn’t connect. Luckily another guest let us in.

Laundry is shared but closes at 10pm, and there is no one physically there to help you after 10pm. The window screens were torn, so you can't open it for fresh air.

Worst of all was the condition of the towels, they were so worn out that they were fraying while being used, some of them even had big holes. This was the case for all the towel sets that were replaced daily.

• Silvana (8/5): - The motel was on the outskirts of the city with free secure parking . We had a tram stop 100m away which took you right into the city centre. It's right near Melbourne Zoo. The room was recently renovated with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom taps handle was stiff and hard to control.
